Not only did Seamus' team expertly remove and replace all the stucco, they replaced the roof deck and removed and reinstalled the windows. This was a huge undertaking. Not only was it completed in a very timely manner, but it was done correctly and for a fraction of the price of other contractors we consulted. Seamus genuinely seemed to care about the hell my family went through at the hands of Streamline and his efforts reflected that concern. He developed an excellent professional and friendly relationship with my family as well as my neighbor's, who hired him as well (again, for Streamline. Seriously, Streamline sucks).
