Sold my townhouse in four days and needed stucco repair on a short timeframe. James Sweeney…read moreresponded by phone quickly, arrived in short order to review the building and gave me a very fair estimate. Despite two bouts of rainy weather, he and his crew finished the repairs before settlement as promised--even though the job required some tricky removal of diagonal deck boards. Afterward, you would never even know a single board had ever been disturbed. In the office Anna Marie Bonner was so helpful in getting me the detailed estimate required by my buyer and her real estate agent. They make quite a team and I simply can't say enough nice things about them and the excellent work they did. Throughout James kept in close contact with me and had my back in this transaction--and even gracefully navigated an HOA hiccup at the very last minute. I highly recommend them!

Not only did Seamus' team expertly remove and replace all the stucco, they replaced the roof deck and removed and reinstalled the windows. This was a huge undertaking. Not only was it completed in a very timely manner, but it was done correctly and for a fraction of the price of other contractors we consulted. Seamus genuinely seemed to care about the hell my family went through at the hands of Streamline and his efforts reflected that concern. He developed an excellent professional and friendly relationship with my family as well as my neighbor's, who hired him as well (again, for Streamline. Seriously, Streamline sucks). He instilled nothing but confidence in us and we could not be happier with the result. I could not imagine using anyone else for any future projects and you should do the same.

My husband hired Casey to do a Bilco door for us. He came out and seemed like he was interested in…read moredoing the job and gave us a quote. He asked for $2000 up front to pay for materials which we gave him. He took off the old doors and prepared everything as if things were moving along. He then asked for $1000 for labor. Bill again paid him for which he gave us a receipt. Casey then disappeared. Has not answered our calls or emails. I am planning on taking this guy to small claims court. If there is anyone else that has been ripped off by him contact me via Yelp and maybe we can do this together. People like this have no business being in business!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Casey showed up to work on our basement. Not only did he do a…read morehorrible job, but once we paid him he ignored our calls, texts, and emails. Never showed up to finish the job and left our basement in shambles. He painted our basement and got paint all over the ceiling, the work he did on our dryer could have started a fire (confirmed by 2 new contractors we had come to the house to assess), he put shiplap on backwards, and put some tile down on our floor but did it at an angle and left spacers in the ground (had to hire a brand new contractor to fix and finish the job). He abandoned the job once we paid him. My husband and I have tried so hard to get in contact with him but he refuses to answer except for once where he texted my husband to ask for food and gas money for the week. Save your money and the headache!!! Casey is so unprofessional and does terrible work.
