Disciple came out, recommended a strategy of replacing a couple of stones, re-pointing the rest of the area and applying sealant over the whole section. Work was scheduled promptly. The guys were very friendly and professional. The job was finished within 10 days (mortar needed to cure before sealant could be applied) and it looks great. Now we have to wait for a horrific rainstorm to see if that solves the problem.

Very frustrating as it's raining a lot lately and we want our external stucco wall repaired before any water damage occurs. I guess maybe they don't need my business? Can't say anything about their work but this customer service experience makes me question their reliability and attention to detail. It was clear that Jim and his team are professionals - the finished product was clean and well done, and obvious that time and care was taken to perform the work. The work involved removing unusable stone, replacing the lintel above a basement window, replacing and matching the stone with the wall, removing existing mortar, and re-pointing the entire wall. I'm absolutely 100% happy with the finished product. As for Jim, he was always responsive and available for any questions, sent photos as progress was made throughout the project (I'm remote), and was always a pleasure to work with. I contacted Jimmy at O'Neill and he came out on a Sunday to look at our house and go over some options. He emailed me an estimate the next day with several options. He recommend only repairing the right side of the house from the top of the windows down. Jimmy advised that the rest of the stone was in good shape. In his estimate he included repair the gaps around our windows and the door at the rear of our house. The option he recommend was the least expensive on his estimate. I appreciated Jimmy's honesty. He wasn't just out to make money. I accepted the estimate and the work started on a Friday. His masons were very professional and kept a very clean work area. His quote was also much higher than what Bander offered and in my opinion he wanted to do a lot of unnecessary work for my situation. The issue I had was mortar erosion between bricks on a home I just purchased recently. When I called Bander my call was answered immediately and all communication thereafter was timely. When I first called, I spoke to Mike who got me scheduled for an estimate. Mike was able to come to my property quickly and was on time. Mike was very professional and took time to go over the work needing to be done. The price he quoted me was very fair and I put down the required deposit and told him to go ahead and put me on the schedule. I was told that it would be a few weeks before they could come do the work which was fine. I was actually scheduled much sooner than I thought I would be. The work done went above and beyond anything I was expecting. Since we had agreed to only fix the problem areas lacking mortar between bricks I thought only the really bad spots would be fixed. That said, everything that even looked like it needed work was tended to and the job was so good that all the repairs they did blend in very well with what was already there. The work done was very meticulous and attention was given to every detail. Once the work was completed great care was taken to clean up the area as well. They fail to disclose that they may use liner segments during chimney liner installation and do not inform customers that there is no warranty on labor if their installation fails. Evidence suggests they likely damaged the liner during a standard 25' installation and then concealed this by using segments and a coupler that ultimately failed. Their subsequent response, claiming that a visible gap in the liner does not constitute a failure, reflects negligence given the inherent fire risk. This information is intended to help the community encourage Jamison to improve transparency so future customers are not burdened with thousands of dollars in corrective repairs.
