He also came out the same day to assess the issue and was super nice. He spent the time to answer our questions, talk to us about what he thought was going on, and clearly explained what the process would be to fix the problem. This was a two-day job and they were on time both days and worked relentlessly in the August heat and humidity to make sure it was done properly and within the expected time frame. Chad and Jordan even took the time out during the work process to show me what they were doing and explain why they were doing it. When the inspector came out to assess the job half way through, he commented that the job looked great and was one of the best he had seen like this. When the job was ready to wrap up they did a nice job at cleaning up and doing what they could to ensure there wasn't a big mess left behind. ("Due to rising fuel prices.") We decided to call around and Rhoads sent a team of two people out to look over our tanks and go over what things we use propane for. After talking to the team, they presented us with a contract that didn't require a sign-up fee each year and a gas price of almost half the one the former company wanted us to pay.
