They did an incredible job and I plan to use them again. They quoted me a flat rate in advance which might lead to some people doing less of a job since they aren't paid hourly but they were extremely thorough. They honestly went above and beyond with little things like getting rid of unneeded boxes and helping me put up curtains and a few other things. They were communicative both before and after the cleaning, letting me know when they were on their way and sending me pictures once they finished. My place looks amazing and the price was pretty fair as well. They offer a discount if you have a recurring cleaning which is nice as well. Three people came to clean my place and I was impressed with how efficiently they did things. Mega Clean? Mega Amazing! I was able to schedule online and I never had to talk to a single soul. I could have called but it was nice to be able to communicate and book a cleaning online. My house became a hole. A beautiful, albeit dirty, flat. It was made for entertaining, but I felt to embarrassed to let people in. Wow! Mega Clean came with 3 people and did not cut any corners. OMG!! I don't know where to begin!! Ana and Roberto came to my house on Friday morning at 9:30 and were done with my ENTIRE house by 12:30!! I have a 2 bd 1 bth house and when I tell you it was a mess you wouldn't believe me! I clean on a daily. But they came and did a deep clean for an affordable price and left nothing untouched. These guys are amazing! I needed someone to clean after moving out of my apartment. I had arranged for another company to come an do the cleaning but 3 hours before they were supposed to come they cancelled. I reached out to Mega Clean and asked if there was any possibility they could come in an hour! Roberto and Ana do an incredible job, they are efficient and friendly. The apartment was a 1bed 1bath about 600 sq. ft and super messy. They were able to get it done in just over an hour and a half. Everything was spotless they appliances and windows looked brand new. It was my first time hiring a cleaning company and probably the last. We hired them to clean up after we moved out of a 950 sq ft, 2-bedroom apartment in October because after moving - we were too tired. I'm not a messy person, pretty easy going- no fuss person and I've kept my apartment clean. Before the cleaners arrived - I threw out the trash so they didn't have to! I specified all the places which they needed to clean via yelp before agreeing to hire them and this included inside and outside of two bedroom windows and a sliding glass door. They arrived and after the cleaning started said that they only clean the inside windows- it wasn't a promising start. Then they (3-people total) started cleaning the kitchen but never moved the stove to clean the sides, bottom and top - until I asked them. The laundry room was in the kitchen so I asked them to dust it down- it never happened. The inside kitchen cupboards were not cleaned or even dusted. The inside of the fridge was cleaned - not the sides or top (where there was built up grease). They pulled the bedroom blinds up and never cleaned it - but wiped the inside of the windows (and as a favor to me - cleaned the outside patio sliding glass door). There was a single ceiling fan above the dining table which was left as is- I asked for it to be cleaned. The two bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned and had no problems. I paid $250 plus $50 tip and asked for a receipt to forward to the landlord and he (Roberto?) said he'll send it after reaching home. It's December and it never arrived and never responded to my messages- even after sending a reminder. I did return the next day to clean all the areas left uncleaned -The landlord was the one who brought it to my attention. Yet two months later they withheld $400 from our deposit for the places still not up to standard. I didn't think I had to babysit cleaners and scrutinize their work. If I did- It would have saved me $700! I will not recommend this company to anyone. read more
