Update: in response to the owner, 1. It is not a wrong booking, I asked the person on the phone why the system/website doesn't let me book for the 19 and he said to just choose the 20 and he can fixed it in the back end. Not my problem. 2. The paint jobs that you keep hinging on are only located in the BATHROOMS which I never complain about. The dust and dirt stain left behind were on my brandnew kitchen cabinets as seen in the photos which were never painted. No construction were going in kitchen or livingroom. Continue with the lies just to show how your business is. 3. Who has the time to continue texting with you? There is a small window of opportunity to get the house ready for move in. Why do I have to take in account that you would failed on your jobs or allow you second chance to fix your mistake. 4. The house is within the square footage in the quote. It is not significantly larger nor should it be a surprised for your employees. Don't bargain once you quoted or accept client service. 5. Your employee pulled the blinds and it fell, I stepped in and asked her if she can put it back she spoken in Spanish and said 'si'. Don't tell me they didn't break them. You can continue your lies. Lastly, if there were ever a sincere apology immediately after I pointed out the issues from my first message I wouldn't have to justify with all of the proofs so shame on you for trying to go back and forth before offer to discounted me tips money. ---------------- First, I gave 1 star for their responsiveness and for the last minute booking. Other than that the service itself deserves no star. They charged me for all the items included in a regular move-in/out service plus additional for carpet cleaning and $10 extra bucks for a ceiling fan but keep negotiating afterward that certain things were not included once I pointed out how the job wasn't done or was not done well. Here are the issues: 1. One of them broke the blinds off of one window during her cleaning. I pointed it out and she said she will put it back. Unfortunately, the hinge is broken now and it fall off soon after they left. She was so rough with all of my chandeliers and blinds. But at the end all the blinds still dirty. They claimed they only swifer it. Well then why do i hire you. 2. The back sliding glass door to my backyard went off rail and got stuck due to cleaners rough handling and pushing on it, costing us an hour to fix and ending up replace railing. 3. They also did not do a good job cleaning the master bathroom. Master closet has two tools and one bag of toilet paper on an empty open shelf and she didn't lift or push it around to clean, she skipped the entire closet instead. It was still all dusty. The floor and all six other shelves. 4. The kitchen cabinets exterior are still dirty (see pictures). Inside kitchen cabinets, and outside were not wiped down properly. They reported back to their boss that because my cabinets were full which was a lie. 5. The fridge was still very dirty and same condition as before during the final check. I had to ask them to redo. If I did not check it would have been a waste of money. My oven is brandnew so save to say there is no grease yet they didn't even wipe off the outside glass or handles properly. The only that was properly done was the carpet cleaning which a guy came separately and washed steamed and left. Overall, I appreciated the fast appointment but the work wasn't done properly. I still tipped them some $ but I'm not happy with the results. Will never ever book this service and do not recommend anyone fall for the cheap price. read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS CLEANING SERVICE! They are unprofessional, their basic deep, cleaning, service lax, mini features that you would normally see with such a service (fridge inside). Their website clearly state that they will not charge your credit card at the time of booking.... See the photo below. You're right they don't charge you until after your service is completed but buried in their fine print is that they will place a hold on your card for the same amount. I booked to have my house deep cleaned and let me tell you it was anything but that! 7 windows did not get cleaned, other than the glass. I had booked a heavy duty move-in cleaning with them along with carpet steaming and power washing the garage. I chose this option so they address deeper areas of the house before we move in but they had clearly missed some very visible spots. The refrigerator was hardly clean. We had to spend about an hour to clean it. The microwave door and gas stove grill was still greased. There were cobwebs on the ceiling (which we were specifically told that those will be addressed). The dishwasher had stains of buildup which was not taken care of (heavy duty includes cleaning all the appliances inside out). Overall, not very satisfied but they did do a good job with carpet steaming and power wash. The bathrooms were also cleaned well. Not sure if I will be using their service in the future. read more

I hired Valdete and her husband to deep clean my messy home and they did a fabulous job, cleaning tirelessly for hours in every nook and cranny you can imagine, removing all the dust of a Davis (homes have more dust in dry, agricultural area Davis), Australian shepherd containing home (LOTS of shedding). I had my house cleaned for a "move out cleaning and carpet shampooing" in Napa on June 28th. I paid over $650 (including cash tip) for these services prior to moving out of our rental home. As I said, we were moving out the next day, so I didn't THOROUGHLY look over everything (and that was a big mistake). Fast forward to now, I received a call a few weeks ago from my property management company (who manages the rental I hired them to clean) and they were reviewing how much of my security deposit I would get back. They knew I had the place professionally cleaned ( I had to forward them this receipt as proof) but they (as well as myself) were absolutely HORRIFIED to see what the "professional" cleaners had used to clean the brand new, stainless steel refrigerator. Please see the pictures and screen shots of the damage costs below. The cleaners seemingly used a SOS brush to clean a STAINLESS STEEL fridge and absolutely ruined the doors with scratches that cannot be prepared. The property owner was FURIOUS and they were unable to "buff" or get the horrendous amount of scratches out and needed to repurchase NEW doors for the entire refrigerator. Due to these "professional" cleaners negligence or ignorance when cleaning a stainless steel fridge, this cost me $1,383.12 out of my security. So, in addition to the $650 I paid for "professional" move out cleaning, I paid over 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS for this disaster. I didn't want to write this review. I messaged this company prior and they replied SO unprofessionally and got upset with ME for "accusing" them of this. I gave them a chance to make this right and they didn't. I was looking for at least a refund on the cleaning services, so I could get some money back. What a disaster. read more

They did a very good job with reasonable price and I definitely will recommend and use them again.

I think I got them on an off day. I purchased a heavy-duty move-in cleaning specifically because I needed certain things done in addition to the ones included in the regular cleaning. Those included, cleaning grease off of the kitchen ceiling, cleaning cabinet doors inside and out, wiping smudges off the walls, removing light mold off of the bathroom ceiling, and dusting the blinds. A week and a half later, I was still cleaning all of the above which the cleaner missed. Plus I also had to clean basic things like grease behind the stove knobs, all the kitchen backsplash, and the front of all the appliances. Make sure that if you have a complaint about the service, you do it within the 24 hours following the cleaning so you can have the crew come back out and finish the job. Otherwise, their policy is to give you a discount on a second cleaning. After complaining about the policy and the quality of the service received, I got 20% refunded. I realize that only one cleaner was sent out when the original crew could not do it and that it was done at great expense to the company (since the cleaner might not have been local). However, a better outcome would have been to cancel or reschedule the cleaning rather than attempting to complete a job that was just too big for one person. read more

Right off the bat they text me and try to upsell me to services I don't need and had already turned down multiple times. Once I declined, they began to complain that there were items in my house, all of which were included on their list of services for the heavy duty move out clean, that were dirty. Complaining that my house hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while. Umm ok, that's why I'm paying you $120 per hour.. right?!? This is like a restaurant complaining their customers are hungry - makes no sense. Then they start sending me pictures of the items (again, all of them are in the list of services to be provided) and setting the stage for charging me more money. Perhaps if the workers were cleaning rather than taking pictures of dirty items, they'd finish the job on-time. I could understand if there were things I was expecting to be done that weren't on the list they provided in their email, but that's not the case. It's obvious they're just trying to milk more money from me, when I've already paid over $400 for 3.5 hours. So when they were "done" and I walk through the place I could literally run my finger on surfaces and see the dirt on my fingertip, but since they we're going to charge me more to do the rest of the cleaning, I just sent them on their way. Not thorough at all. 2 people, 4 hours, I could have done more by myself in that time. Trust me, pick a different company unless you want to clean your own house after they're done. I worked with Camilla and her crew in Sacramento when I lived out there so it was almost a dream to see she also relocated to the Bay Area! The process to book online was easy and efficient. I like how they email you who is coming to your home along with the services they will be providing before they come. Maria was prompt, patient and kind. I came home and was SO HAPPY with how immaculately clean my home was. Maria cleaned under beds, window seals, corners I haven't been able to reach or get too (like behind my stove) and really went above and beyond my expectations. She even text me before she left with pictures to make sure I was happy. She also offered to clean my oven again next time she came because she wasn't able to get all the spots out- I can't argue with that because it was pretty dirty and she still did a great job getting it clean. There is a language barrier but she was able to use google translate for us both to relay information back and forth with no problem. I have used this company for two deep cleans of a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house. The Zebulon family team showed up (early!) each time and did a super job. They do not speak English, but it didn't matter: with a translation app and through the office (staff available while team is cleaning), Portuguese to English was hmanaged. They were thorough and paid attention to detail and I am very happy. It is a good idea to review what services are provided and what are not. (For instance, a deep clean doesn't include the inside of the refrigerator unless you specifically contract for that; it DOES include inside of the oven.) Communicating with the office clearly before your cleaning is important (and easy!). I have now scheduled several months going forward because I feel confident that they know what they are doing. read more

What an incredible job and work ethic Ludmilla and Nalva did and have. I get that the typical house cleaning is $160 but this was so well worth it so understand you're paying more and it's worth it. I think this would have mentally and physically broken our regular Housecleaner. 8 month renovation remodel with a horrible sawdust, tile dust build up. The ladies started at 8:00 a.m. and worked beyond 9:00 p.m. Clearly proud of their work, after finishing the 2nd floor first they wanted me to inspect their work up there.
