It was through and through a pleasure working with Jaime and Laura of J & L Cleaning Services…read more Jaime was great to speak to during the initial phone consultation, clear and straightforward in terms of how their services work and sharing a ballpark estimate to ensure we were aligned. He immediately arranged for his partner Laura to come that same day for a thorough walkthrough on what exactly we were seeking. She offered her own perspective on additional cleaning they could do beyond what we requested - loved that involvement, and very amenable on price. An organized and prompt team, they sent an invoice to confirm expected services and price prior to our quickly-accommodated cleaning. I don't often see this among cleaning services and appreciated the transparency and efficiency. Communicative and reliable, Laura and another team member arrived on time and spent several+ hours taking care of everything promised down to the small details (baseboards, switches, tops of trash cans and so many appliance surfaces, kitchen counter arrangements, organization of our guest alcove, etc.). I'm so pleased to have found a friendly, trustworthy, and genuinely high-quality cleaning service right in our immediate neighborhood. They're passionate about what they do, and it shows. Jaime, Laura, and their team are the best and I look forward to having them at our place regularly.

Highly recommended -- they are very careful to practice safe cleaning with gloves and masks with lots of disinfectant!

They don't move furniture that's moveable ( not heavy ones) . Or light weight objects. Their cleaning is just minimum basic at the best. I paid them what I agreed to pay but was extremely disappointed. I can technically file a claim against this company for bad service . They are asking me to hire them again so they can come back to clean. Why would I pay more for what should have already been done? I see a lot of positive reviews from 2020 and earlier . I've had multiple crew members in my home: Karla, Adriana, Adela, and Hazel. Every single one did a fantastic job. I didn't have to ask them to go back over anything and I'm picky. I speak Spanish but I think language is not an issue because they have a strict checklist and I'm certain they would just call the supervisor for help if you're struggling to communicate something. Both times a newer employee cleaned, a supervisor came at the end to check their work. The company handles payroll, etc. for these cleaners who are their employees, all above board, and they have a good online system. Only issue I had was with scheduling confirmation and they apologized profusely and fixed the issue. A+++++, 10/10, 100% worth it. I don't do a lot of reviews but I am mainly doing this because if you mention their employees by name in a review, they get a little $.

They came without a vacuum and there is a damage in my hardwood floor!!…read more I hired this cleaning service based on their great Yelp reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing. For starters, the shower doors were still dirty after the cleaning, which is one of the main areas I expected to be spotless. Additionally, several of my glass end tables were left with visible spots, even though I specifically requested attention to detail on those surfaces. The service I paid for included cleaning five bedrooms, but the two young ladies who showed up only wanted to clean four of them. I had to call the company back to get a refund for the one bedroom they refused to clean, which was a frustrating and unnecessary hassle. Given their glowing reviews, I expected much better. Unfortunately, their level of cleanliness and professionalism fell far short. I won't be using their services again and wouldn't recommend them to others. If you're looking for thorough and reliable cleaning, look elsewhere.
