Came to this spot around the corner and was met with excellent customer service. They let us in immediately (whereas some dispensaries have a large queue). Upon walking in, there were several digital menus on the wall that listed out the strain, brand, and thc percentage. We were specifically looking for a low thc, high cbd strain which we were sifting through the list to find. Immediately, Jamar came up to help us identify exactly what we needed despite the oddity of the request. Highly recommend. Stay tuned for the review of the bud itself ;)

Simple. My husband placed an order. Received a text stating that our driver had arrived. Went outside to pick up our order. No driver. Called them, they claimed that they were there. We live on the first level front unit with windows, we can clearly see if anyone has arrived. Didn't appreciate being called a liar, being spoken to so disrespectfully. Unreliable, rude, and totally unprofessional behavior. They should be grateful for their customers, and that we keep them in business, and keep their people employed, especially during this difficult time of Covid19. Straight Up B.S. This place presents itself as a high end good quality dispo in the city but they pull scams just like any other trap shop. I bought 2 ounces one indica and one Sativa I asked their rep what he thought of the ounce Humble Cannabis Company packs, guy mentioned it was good but tried to up sell me to a $400 zip when all I needed was a decently priced good quality bud. I ended up buying 2 ounces: a SFV Sativa and Wedding Cake. I literally died as I opened the opaque bag seeing nothing but BROWN, BUSHY, old moldy weed. The wedding cake was just the same but STALE! I can't even make edibles out of this crap it's the WORST ounces I've ever seen. I called to let them know because I work in the industry and care about consumer experiences I have never seen anything this bad. Victor the manager said "sorry you picked our cheapest pack the quality isn't there and offered 10% off another purchase. Are you kidding me? Why would you even sell this? The shop is closed. You can only order online or pick up. Most bags come closed and you cannot see your product in most of their prepackaged bags. So not only can we not see or smell what we're buying but we're suppose to be okay with being told sorry you picked the wrong one and be out $500+??? Avoid this place. Go support a local dispensary that truly cares about your business.

I was ready to pay with my items and with great confidence, I was ready to hand over my debit card. That's fine, I thought. I'll just either Venmo or use their ATM. I'm typically reluctant to use an ATM, but they only accept an obscure service when paying with debit. Reasonably, I preferred the ATM. With only a $1 fee, it was no big deal. Except that my bank wasn't allowing the transaction to go through. After a few tries, I gave up and decided to use the Online ONLY payment services. Even businesses who want to minimize their taxes use a more well known app service, AT LEAST. Customers don't want to make a new account every time and give away their personal information to some obscure website. I spent nearly 30 minutes on what was supposed to be a 5 minute stop and I ended up walking out with nothing but wasted time. I was trying my best to literally give them my money. Normal people don't carry cash anymore. In fact, COVID means you shouldn't use cash. read more

I was fooled by the good stars and free delivery. Well, you get what you pay for. If you want your delivery to show up in your window, schedule the window that's 3 hours earlier. Also, if you call because your order is 3 hours late, expect to get a response similar to "there's nothing we can do." You might also get the super helpful advice of "you could have come and picked it up." This is 2020. It's a buyers market. There are too many good dispensaries out there to waste time with this one. read more

This place man! No consistency with management. I came two times prior and used a value customer card without my name on the card. No questions asked. Awesome. Came back another time. Now I'm told it has to be under my name but you can use the ATM. I use the ATM $5 charge from my bank and &1 for them later I get my product. Come back with my credit card with my name on it, and nooooowwwww. I have to spend $100 for my card to be "recognized" from them. I was literally trying to make this a simple stop. Just a pre roll and some gummies. Instead as I pick and get excited about my choice, my refreshing budder informs me that at this point I have to spend $75 more for me to be a customer. When I ask for this policy and where is this information posted, it's on our web. Well great, but I'm standing In front of you. Called management and their response was, we are private sooooooo it's on our web. Basically because they are private and this is a small market their policy is to do them. Show your doc recommendation and check in, no appt necessary, plenty of street parking, in and out in 20 min and I was first time in and quality selection of meds with some edibles and concentrates. Be careful not to crush your free gift like I did by stuffing it in my pocket with the round tins. Invest in a metal grinder, price, but better then getting sticky fingers and collect over time some nice keef powder. Easy 2nd time check in, you just give your name or member number. Response to Misha's reply: Misha, I appreciate your response, it would be nice if you took management accountability for your processes and decisions. You chose your ID checking process -- it could be a much quicker scan, and manage the staff that spend excessive time chatting, poking at their phone etc, and very slowly get people inside. The law you quoted doesn't mean you have to poorly manage the ID check process. You selected and configured your point-of-sale (POS) system. That may have been a bad decision, since it apparently can't handle the difference between delivery and pickup orders. There's plenty of POS systems out there that can handle this, so you have to take responsibility for locking yourself into a system that doesn't fit your actual operations. The result of your decisions is a broken pickup process. I hope you realize management is responsible for this. read more

It's been frustrating trying to look around and find the best dispensary, especially one close to home. I can at least say I love how close this dispensary is and their prices are pretty good and very reasonable. However, their customer service is not good and their schedule delivery times are not accurate at all. I work very long hours and don't get home till late. I specifically request for a delivery time frame of 9pm-10pm. But whenever I place an order they always call and state my reservation is scheduled to be delivered at an earlier time. The last time I ordered (which will remain the last time) I called and just asked for my order to be delivered passed 8:30 if possible as no one would be home. The associate who answered wasn't helpful, when I explained why I wouldn't be home he continued to talk as if he didn't care and gave me the option to cancel. So it left me no choice but to cancel as I do not want to give my money to a company who can't accommodate the time frames they provide. If they have a long scheduled time, they should understand that some people just don't have the luxury of accepting deliveries at earlier times and should respect the time frame they request. I guess my hunt to search for a good dispensary will continue. read more

One of the best Dispensary in San Francisco. Although they are new, and just opened within 1 month now, they exceed well above almost any club in SF. I have been to almost all the dispensaries in SF but this one has become my top 3. I was their very first customer at this place and most workers know me, but that was due to their excellent service. They had so many infamous marijuana strains and the quality just blows your mind. All their prices are at a standard at as low as $45 and high as $50. Although they charge tax, their 4 grams 8ths make up for that. They also give you nice tin jars where your medication is stored. This place is so clean cut, this place is even nicer than Vaporroom. One problem is you can smoke in Medithrive, like you can in vaporroom. The staff at Medithrive are very knowledgeable and are so nice. I have reffered many of my friends to this place and now im here on yelp for my first review on this site to spread the word. MEDITHRIVE IS A MUST VISIT. many strains that i have gotten from this place are : King Henry OG, Queen Elizebeth, NL x Bubba Kush, Elephant, Goush OG (gods gift x og kush) and many more. I always anticipate for this place to get their new shipment of cannabis as its always fire. I check their websites everyday to see if they updated their current inventory yet. (Updating their website was my suggestion on a email to them, and they actually listened and did it which was a surprise. Many clubs dont care about suggestions, and actually do anything about it.) This is way Medithrive has became on of my favorites next to Vapor room which is my first. They also have treated me so well and given me so much hook-ups. If you havent been to this place, i have to just say, check it out for your self. read more

There are usually open spots on the block out front. They have machines to pay, and I always do, though I've heard they mostly check in the AM. This location is open, bright, and has a wide variety of products! They're sorted by ingestibles, vapes, and have a big flower bar at the back where you can talk with someone in-depth about the herb selection. They have various displays throughout that are sponsored by the different brands they sell. They even occasionally have live demos, where people from the brands come to offer samples, information, and discounts on their products. There are always weekly specials, so make sure to check those out to try and save some money! Each time I've come in here, the staff has been friendly, engaging, and helpful. They are well-trained, and knowledgeable about the different products and brands. If you have questions, or need recommendations for a specific brand or strain, just ask! If you're new to Cannabis, you can just tell them the feeling you want (sleepy, energy, focus), and how you want it (eat, drink, vape, smoke, etc). Every experience I've had at this location has been positive. I feel bad for not mentioning everyone, but specifically big shouts out to Casey, Kirk, Cairo, and Davante! (All this isn't even my FULL review: http://bit.ly/dlOGz8) The main thing people talk about when they review Medithrive is the atmosphere, and I must say, I really wasn't impressed. Not to say the atmosphere isn't well dressed, but painting the walls burnt orange isn't enough to make me a repeat customer. I'm a hard sell: I don't care about gimmicks (free programs like yoga, 4 gram eighths, etc), all I care about are medicine quality, knowledgeable staff, and an accurate and organized menu. These are the only criteria I base my ratings on, though I try to always list perks that are available from each dispensary in my reviews. The menu is on a video screen, which is cool, but it was divided into 2 sections instead of 3: "indica/ hybrid" and "sativa/hybrid". *RED FLAG* I still wanna try this place out and get my freebies for my first time (only the edible for the Sticky coupon, they were out of pre-rolls for the first time visitors), but I am in shock at the prices. I mean, I've looked at their menu on StickyGuide before, so I knew in advance that their eighths are all 4 grams, which of course raises the prices, and it says that all the pure indicas they have are $60 an eigth. I told the budtender that I do not pay Los Angeles prices for buds in SF, that I'm seeking a heavy indica for my insomnia (and also anxiety), and that I do not like sativas at all because they only make insomnia and anxiety worse. I was saying this because I was prepared to thank her for her time and head to another dispensary for some top-quality pure indica at a reasonable price. This was after she suggested several hybrids for my insomnia stating the "uplifting" effect as a benefit. It's a huge peeve of mine when I tell a budtender that I am treating insomnia/ anxiety and they reccomend something "uplifting," like that's a selling point to someone that can't fucking SLEEP and is totally neurotic all the time. She looked at me like she understood my needs exactly, nodded her head, and said that Ron Burgundy has the heavy effect I'm looking for and will help my insomnia. I still wasn't really buying it, but I must admit that I was intrigued by the 4-way genetic cross of different purples. I know purple doesn't nessecarily mean pure indica as well, but I figured I would try this anyway if she thinks it will work. $50 for 4 grams is not bad at all! 3am that night; my brain is still wide awake from the stresses of the day and the anxieties of tomorrow. I smoked 2 bong-loads of Ron Burgundy in quick successtion to get an intesne sedative effect and laid down in bed. 4am; my brain is still racing as if I were dead sober. I trusted the budtender, and she sold me medicine that does not fit my needs at all. Today, I tried calling Medithrive several times only to reach a constant busy signal. I went to Medithrive with the remainder of my eighth and spoke with a gentleman about my situation with hopes that I could perhaps return it or exchange for an actual indica. The first thing he said is that Ron Burgungy is actually a pure indica, to which I replied that their own StickyGuide menu names Ron Burgundy as an indica-dominant hybrid (http://bit.ly/a4ZuSr). Another gentleman said that all of their indica-dominant hybrids are good for insomnia. O _ O Are you kidding me? If that's what you think, you are seriously undereducated on the uses of indica and sativa and you obviously don't know shit about how insomnia works. Indica dominant hybrids are NOT good enough for insomnia... it's like suggesting a sleeping pill that contains a percentage of caffeiene. My insomnia doesn't say, "oh, well that's 70% indica, so good enough! Let's go to bed!" That's not how it works. It's more like, "well well well! it looks like there's some sativa in here! Let's keep on thinking and being wide awake and anxious all night!!!" If you believe that a hybrid is good enough for somebody with insomnia, then you yourself must have only experienced some OCCASIONAL SLEEPLESSNESS in your life. Must be nice. This is not a stupid mistake, this is a huge deal! When dealing with medical cannabis and medical cannabis patients, it is the partial responsibility of the dispensary and the budtenders to know the basic different between indica and sativa, what they treat, and provide the patient with the proper medicine. In my opinion, Medithrive is the best dispensary in the entire state. They carry a wide variety of chronic strains that are all top shelf products. This holds true for their edibles as well. The edibles offered at Medithrive range from then smaller dose edibles to heavily medicated grapefruit drinks or the delicious Bliss truffles that have yet to disappoint. The menu is broken down by indica and sativa with hybrids on either side depending on whether it is an indica or sativa dominant hybrid. Medithrive is also home to a great selection of concentrates ranging from the best sand hash in the entire state to the ever so tasty keif that is always in stock. The HIGH quality (as well as quantity since they are home to the 4 gram eighth) is what keeps me coming back to Medithrive, but Medithrive does not only offer high quality bud,edibles, and concentrates, they also always have a knowledgable staff that is always patient, kind, and compassionate always making me leave smiling. From the moment you step inside Medithrive you immediately notice how different it is from many other dispensaries. It is a CLEAN, well lit, modern, and welcoming environment. Every strain available is arranged on the counter in jars with the strain name listed so that you can see and smell the herb before you buy it (thrichome scopes are available). The next best thing about Medithrive is their website (www.medithrive.com) it is always kept up to date and strains are updated every day. Every time I go to Medithrive I check their inventory online before I leave so that I know that the strain that I want will be there when I arrive. Although it is a minor bonus, I thought that it was worth mentioning that their website works on both the iPhone and the iPad so you can even check their inventory if you are on the go. I have never had a hard time parking or dealing with the meters because Medithrive's neighbor is a liquor store and the people inside always are friendly and will give change to feed the meters. On top of the 4 gram eighth, Medithrive offers discounts if you spend a certain amount as well as free gifts for new patients. I don't usually write reviews for dispensaries, but Medithrive has treated me so well that I felt obligated to share my wonderful experience with all that are interested. My review is based off of my numerous experiences in dispensaries in the bay area, but none and I mean NONE can begin to be compared to the quality of product and service that Medithrive consistently offers their patients, which are treated more like family members. this has become the only dispensary i even go to anymore. it's less than three blocks from my house, less than one block from 16th/mission bart so it's super geographically convenient. that, however, is *not* the primary reason i visit this dispensary exclusively. i have lived in the bay area my whole life, i've been smoking marijuana since i was eleven years old and i've been a native san franciscan on and off - almost completely on (and in the mission) for over a decade. the reason i mention this is that if anyone is familiar with the finest bud in the world, i feel like i'm qualified to make a super informed decision. i can say, without a doubt, medithrive is home to the finest smoke in san francisco at any given time. add to that, the fact that the staff is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and has a tendency to remember you on a person-to-person basis and remembers not only you, but your specific needs as a patient and what you have a tendency to be looking for. in addition, they often have compassion handouts and generally have the patients' best interest as their primary concern rather than some lame capitalist profit-oriented agenda. that's not to say you don't pay for what you get, and this isn't the ideal dispensary for low income patients, but you also get what you pay for... just because i have the resources to pay sixty bucks fo four grams of weed doesn't mean i'm gonna drop that kind of cash unless i feel it's totally worth every penny... and believe me, at medithrive, it is! i love these guys and they love me. simply the best. read more

First up, the location, while not the greatest ,it is gorgeous inside and more than I expected after having visited quite a few clubs in the city. They checked my note and card, signed me up for the collective and had me ready to go in no time. The menu is delightful. A few old school selections along with all the modern stuff one could expect. I appreciate the fact that the eighths are 4 grams, yes they cost a wee bit more, but has anyone ever known medicine to be cheap? No. I asked the gentlemen who was helping me about a few strains, he knew his stuff. I always find it refreshing when I am not dealing with someone put there just for aesthetic purposes if ya know what i mean! On my first visit I grabbed some lavender, which was tasty and quite a good stone, and skunk #1 which is an old school cross and was a great contrast to the lavender. Since I was there on the fouth of july I was also handed 2 free joints of some prerolled, which, smelled to me like pineapple but who knows. I went back a second time to further sample the menu, this time I grabbed NL#5xBubba, ChemDawg and Mr OG Kush. All were knockouts with not a weak nug among them. A free Rasta cookie was also handed to me for buying 3 strains, which i ate the next day and had a good buzz for a solid 5 hours. Overall this is my favorite club in San Francisco at the moment, while not the least expensive the quality more than makes up for it. Who wants 40 average strains when you can have a dozen amazing strains? Go to Medithrive, get good medicine, live a better life. read more

This dispensary is a true testament to the evolution of the cannabis dispensary over the last few years. Everything about Medithrive is top-notch. My experience went something like this... I walked into the facility and was immediately impressed with the atmosphere and feel. Rich wood, brilliant lighting, moss accents, spotless surfaces, and an opaque marijuana window are all the more inviting to the patient. I was quickly verified with the friendly staff member at the front desk and then was whisked away to the peruse the long counter topped with jars of fine looking meds. The beautiful girl at the counter invited me to touch, smell, and feel all of the medications to my heart's desire. If I had any questions it would be easy to chat with her for a bit! The selection was just right for me. There were about 10 strains, all of which were very nice looking. Some people like more selection, but was easier for me to make a choice with fewer options. I picked out the Goo, which looked amazing and smelled equally impressive. It looked like it had been coated with powdered sugar! The price was pretty standard at $50+tax, but considering it was a 4.2g 1/8th of that quality, I felt I had gotten a steal. They also have some discount cards that you can take for your friends or for future use, so I was sure to grab some of those on my way out. Overall, Medithrive is a really great place. First impressions are always ever lasting and Medithrive makes you feel as though you have just walked into a first-class collective without the stuffiness and incense aroma of most local clubs. The decor is modern and pleasing. There are no Buddha's or vignette flags with red, yellow and green hues to be found. In fact, the complete opposite of a "420" skater hang out. The staff is professional and not some post-teen kid trying to school me on the meds. All of the staff are quite knowledgeable and will be more than happy to show you the beautiful variety of strains, in addition to some high quality hash, keef and edibles. Last time in I went with 4 edibles and a gram of hash. The edibles were a DD (double dose) and were absolutely fantastic. I do not like to make a solid opinion my first time around so I allowed myself the time to re-evaluate Medithrive's service and med quality over the next few weeks. I was not disappointed. These guys have the best quality med's around. Not only are they better priced than local collectives, the quality is waaayyy better. The owners and bud tenders of Medithrive seem like they only choose the best med's for their collective and are genuinely concerned about what your needs are. if you prefer higher-grade strains of pot and you don't already know about this place, you should definitely hook up with medithrive. to start with, they're a block away from 16th and mission which is a major transportation hub, if that is a concern of yours. it looks kinda like a jewelry store inside, with nice glass cases fulla weed and labeled jars containing sniffable samples of each strain that's in stock. they usually carry between three and six strains each of sativas and indicas; the highest grade is $60 and well worth it, to me, though i've never bought sub-par weed from them at any price. i usually stick to the high grade sativas, of which they never seem to run out of insane new varieties, but it seems that no matter what form you likes your thc in, medithrive has you covered-all kinds of crazy edibles, hash, oils, teas, pre-rolled joints, etc. and if you get a bit overwhelmed by the options, one of the friendly, knowledgable, DELICIOUS medi-thrive girls (or guys!) will come to your immediate aid. their eighths all weigh four grams and they are always doing some kind of special or giveaway. i am such a regular customer there that i think i am pretty much their unofficial mascot at this point. they are even nice to my dog!! and did i mention the medithrive girls? oh yeah, i did. whew! okay, now you know. read more

I was sooo excited to check out this place but ended up disapointed. We first entered and were told to wait for the guy at the desk to go through the new patient procedures. I expected this and did not mind waiting. However I did not expect the wait to be sooo long. The guy at the desk was talking to someone who was trying to sell him a product. this was happening in front of me and the 3 other new patients who came in after me. we could hear all the details about their buying policies and I thought this type of conversation should be in a more private area. Finally they finished talking and it was my turn. I sat down and was handed a form to sign. I expected this as it is quite common in dispensaries now. as I read the form there was a line which basically said they could use my recomendation at their own grow facilities and I was uncomfortable with this because I want to have the option to grow my own and I was nervous about the legality of posting my recomendation in more then one spot. So they said if i did not agree I could not enter their facility. O.K....... I left unable to even see the inside after waiting for such a long time. I have been to other clubs and never had an issue with the forms i have been asked to sign. What a disapointment after I had been really excited about this place. read more

Medithrive is one of the most professional cannabis clubs I have ever been to. I just moved from L.A. where there are tons of clubs on every block. Few of which are even worth the visit. It's sad that more clubs can't be like Medithrive. This dispensary leaves all others in the dust. They have excellent staff, great medicine at great prices, and an awesome interior with live moss. They first set you up with a free and secure Medithrive account. It's a co-op, so all the medicine is bought and sold by members only. Everything is very fresh and great tasting. The traditional cannabis is sold in 1 Gram and 4 Gram pre weighed containers. Ranging anywhere form $35-$60 for all high quality high grade cannabis. Their edibles very effective. I haven't tried all of them but the cookies and drinks are great! Their displays are set up so you can get a great look and smell of each strain. The display is all glass making it easy to get a look at all they have to offer. They have great sales and discounts! First time member get a free sample. There is no other place as wonderful as Medithrive!! When it comes to customer service and product knowledge Medithrive IS THE example! I'm so excited about writing this review that I don't know where to begin... let's start from the moment you walk in. This isn't just some store front for passing out medical marijuana, but a company that had the "patient/customer" in mind. The beautiful inside and warm greeting when you enter is exactly what others should copy! At first I was a little taken back by the wide selection Medithrive had to offer, but all it took was asking one question. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all their products and even the extra questions that I might have for other things. Price's... Howdy! I've been going to MediThrive, for almost 8months now. I've been to many other dispensaries..but I like MediThrive the best.BECAUSE, they have the top of the top items..top shelf 1/8ths..4grams..the best prices for you need.the choices you get are unbelievable. I almost passed out from the beauty, the display and number of items to select from. Anything in any form that fits yiur needs. You'll find it here. The prices are more than reasonable and can meet anybody's financial status. I am an unemployed individual and lately have needed to be price savvy. I get that here. And again, you get the best . I have not even mentioned the Staff. I sound like a 5yr old..and act like one when I see my babies..aka staff. They will spend time for you. No matter what.. Of all the shops I've visited Medithrive is by far my favorite. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable--and not pushy when it comes to their product. The person behind the counter is happy to help you no matter how much you're spending. The variety is impressive, with a range of Sativa's and Indica's to choose from--and a staff that knows which will put you to sleep and which will make your back feel better. The edibles are the tastiest I've had--candy bars, lolly pops, peanut butter, cookies. And they have a great selection of vegan treats--which is cool since I can't have dairy. My favorite is the tea, really calming and delicious (which I wasn't expecting at all). And they're always giving out some sort of free sample, be it cannabis for first time customers, or a free edible on Valentine's day. The space itself is open and inviting--I live in the Outer Richmond but will happily make my way to the Mission; because who wants to shop somewhere that makes them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. read more

This place is definitely worth the drive from the south bay. I've been to a variety of dispensaries in San Jose, Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, redwood city, and San Francisco, and Medithrive has got to be one of my favorites. -The location is the first major plus, with extremely convenient parking right out front and its also very close to the freeway. -The inside of the building is equally impressive, with an upscale and professional office/reception area, and a polite and friendly staff. -The variety of their products is good, about 12 strains of bud nicely displayed for patients to inspect, tax is included in the price, so if it says its 50, its 50. -They also have some really good concentrates, I'd recommend the OG kush Gold dust. its pricey but way worth it. -They also have some really tasty and potent edibles, and you can even custom order large batches! Bottom line, this place is definitely worth your time if you're a true connoisseur! read more

I was just in the Medithrive club today and it is by far my favorite. This is not your ordinary club because they exist for the purist. Like taking your favorite hit from your best glassware, a visit to this club will give you idea of what quality is. When was the last time you saw a coffee jar filled with whole beans used to clear your glands. They have stains that are unique and heavily tricombed. The names they give their beauties will also give you a laugh. Do you remember the Cliff House...I mean really. You will have a harder time finding better medication anywhere in the Bay Area. Very nice and friendly staff! If you are lucky enough to meet a Budtender by the name of Stacy, you will have met experience first hand. This medical marijuana dispensary is like a fast food joint but much much costlier. The business is staffed by super young hipsters that seemed less interested in customer relations than raking in the money. I've been to most dispensaries in SF and have always accepted the differences in characteristics but this one is definitely one of my least favorites. The ambiance has zero warmth to it. There is an area where they rope you in in a line formation. People shopping there seemed like drug dealers who would pose as patients. And, their price isn't the best in town. The give-aways are often their least popular items and don't get me started with their free joints -- which is stuffed with a mixture of tobacco and 420. They do have a few items I like there but not enough to keep my patronage. I highly recommend trying out other dispensaries before going to this one so there is a way to compare. read more

This is my go-to local dispensary. They're a good compromise - with very nice staff, decent selection, good quality and reasonable (albeit not cheap) pricing. Note: pricing might look steep, remember to check for sales on Twitter and that 1/8ths are 4g. My biggest issues with Medithrive are: 1 - their staff isn't very knowledgable (if you ask what cut of OG Kush something is, they're unlikely to know) 2 - strains are sometimes miscategorized (sativa dominant hybrid listed as indica dominant for example) 3 - their selection is limited (but good for the most part) and made more limited by their choices (Romulan is always on the menu and if you, like I, don't enjoy it then you're down 20% of your options) Given their incredibly convenient location and the positive experience of the place, it's hard to argue. I just wish they had better selection and a little more knowledge. read more

Lollipops. Lozenges. Teas. Cookies. Sweet Relief Brownies. Weed in little round silver tins. Friendly staff. I love this place. Medithrive has everything a dispensary should have without the sketch people hanging outside, the intimidating stoned security guards, or the pretension of know-it-all smokers. I've had my medical card for almost two years now. I don't smoke all that often, mostly only for genuine medical reasons, so Medithrive works great for me: it's easy, clean, convenient and friendly. I don't think their prices are lowest in the city, but for what they are trying to do and who they are trying to cater to, they do an excellent job. Medithrive is a step in the right direction for a state that is trying to legalize. They're bringing the long-overdue legitimacy and care that this plant and the commerce surrounding it deserves. read more

I usually make my pick-ups at MediThrive every other week during the afternoon/evening, at around 5-7pm. I began using MediThrive prior to all the cannabis regulation laws brought in 2018 and the quality of service has definitely transferred over. When I pick up, It is usually slow and when there is a line it usually moves quickly. All in all, Budtenders are approachable and knowledgeable at describing flowers and if they haven't tried any product(s) themselves they usually let me know; I personally enjoy the transparency. My job is a few blocks away from MediThrive so I tend to walk over but knowing the foot and vehicle traffic, I would not recommend driving as parking is scarce and it might be difficult to find anyway. Luckily Bart and various Muni lines run close by so this place offers commuting options. read more

Stay away unless you want to get stabbed or assaulted. The worst customer service. Went there with my spouse . had to first dodge human shit and vomit to get to the front door. Doorman/ security looked stoned out of his mind. Went inside. My spouse had his ID, I didn't. He told me I had to leave and wait outside. basically pushed me out the door. While waiting outside, this drunk super tweaked guy came up to me started shoving me and harrassing me. I knocked on the door and motioned to have him open the door. He opened slightly. I asked to let me inside and that I was being attacked. He said no I didn't have my id and shoved me back outside and slammed the door all the while the guy was still there threatening me. The security guy needs to get FIRED! I'm telling everyone to never support this business read more
