Then last night at the Day on the Ridge event in Eagle Ridge, the Papusa Lady's food truck was present and the experience far surpassed my first one. The pupusa was approximately 5 to 6 inches in diameter and was accompanied by a small container of sour cream (enough to smear on the entire pupusa), hot sauce, an amazingly tasting of some type of flavored rice with cilantro, and a delicious (and also unique tasting) coleslaw - all for only $10!!
