A quick FB post in search of a place that could possibly repair this expensive door led me to call and speak with Sarah. The professional communication, 'can do' attitude was remarkable. I sent over my photos for an estimate and it was absolutely perfect. They communicated how to make it more durable for numbskulls like me by installing a crossbar to add rigidity. 24 hours later, I received a text for pickup. What I received back was an absolutely perfectly rebuilt door, squared and even the paint was touched up with new screen and as communicated, a reinforced middle bar. Raul found a smart solution that avoided breaking the drywall and got the door hanging and sliding perfectly again. The office door was badly misaligned due to foundation settling. Raul carefully adjusted it, aligned it to the frame, and added a rubber seal to make it soundproof. The final result was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The backyard door had a similar alignment issue. Raul trimmed and aligned the door properly and added a rubber seal so it now closes tightly and seals well.
