The experience differential was evident upon speaking with the different companies. Jacob from Paintr stood out immediately with his knowledge and the time he took for notes of what our needs and requests were. I have an interior design and construction background and my husband in engineering. Jacob was professional and truley exceeded our expectations with the work he and his crew provided. We thought would be impossible with our past experiences with contractors that have fallen very short of their promises. We had a lot of renovation to do for our rental home after years of renting and wear. The job encompassed a complete interior repaint and more than half of an exterior repaint with a lot of retexturing that was poorly done buy a previous contractor. Jacob was super efficient and accurate with his notes, details and quotes. He was super conscientious of timelines and details as we told him when we needed to have the job complete. I was so impressed as I followed up and checked in on the project with the quality work that they did. The attention to quality, of prep work and painting, was the best we've experienced. They were very quick to respond to questions and his painter assistant, Leo, was really professional and did a fine job as well. I mentioned a list of other things that needed to be done to complete the renovation, Jacob said he had a branch of his company that did the handyman services that we were looking to do. This included cabinet refinishing, tile repair, bathroom tile backsplashes, relocating outlets, repace bathroom exhaust fans, finish trim that previous contractor neglected, and more. These items were also completed with high quality workmanship and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Paintr, with Jacob and his crew, for their professionalism, quality work, great communication, and fair pricing. They delivered on every promise and it was our first experience with a contractor in a long time where we had peace of mind and are so very happy with the outcome!
