They cut and installed granite counter tops, backsplashes and bars in 3 condos and did a beautiful job. Their prices were reasonable, they showed up when they said they would, they worked with me on any issues that came up and made sure I was happy. Richard, Cesar, Raul and Martin installed the cabinets quickly and very effectively, even with a minor change that I asked them to do. First tears of joy for how beautiful the cabinets were and looked. Miguel, Max, Jose and Victor were the crew that installed my granite countertops. I sort of made it a challenge for them asking that the largest counter not have a seam in it, but be a completely one piece. They did it so nicely. This is a 4' X 8' simple shed, vinyl, and I have the pavers and the plywood for the foundation. The manufacturer estimates a 2 to 4 hour job. So $1000 would be a $500-$250 an hour charge! Hoo wee! I spent $900 on all the materials. Others quoted $250-$400 to do the job. Sorry, I can't recommend their handyman services. So take this review as if I went to a store, found that they were charging $16 for a gallon of milk. I didn't buy the milk, but I certainly cannot recommend buying that store's milk. And if you would read the owner's comments to the 1 and 2 star reviews including this one, the tone of his voice is telling. When a business receives a bad rating or review or a customer complaint, it is a great opportunity to make good and create immense good will, not only with the customer in question, but for anyone reading the review and how it was handled. More business owners would do well to learn this lesson. ***UPDATE So the owner then sends me a personal message to further berate me. This is unprofessional and childish behavior. I hardly write any 1 star reviews, but when a business owner is unprofessional, immature, and way overpriced, it leaves me no choice. Be cautious about hiring him. During the monsoons last summer we had an ocotillo knocked over. We contacted a few landscapers to…read moresee if it could be saved and was told by one that drove by to see it that it had rotted at the roots and couldn't be saved. Luckily we were contacted by Isaiah Mendoza, Legacy landscaping and design. He came by and said he thought it could be saved. Along with his assistant they spent all day digging, separating and replanting 2 of 3 parts of the ocotillo. I'm happy to say the both sections have survived and showed growth throughout the summer. We then hired him to fix a small area of brick and railroad ties that were slowly eroding on our hill. He stopped the erosion and replaced the pavers and secured the ties with rebar. The weather that day was too bad for them to even consider going up on a roof. Emailed them to set up another appointment, to which they responded in a timely manner. My disappointment came when the day before my appointment, which was another 8 days out, they informed me that my home was not in their service area, however, they could fix my roof for $xxx - $xxx. How can you give an estimate when you haven't even looked at the problem? I wasted about 2 1/2 weeks for something they should have realized in the beginning. You may have great roofers, but you scored 0 on communication.
