Anthony came in for three weeks stayed with me stayed by my side, he measured the road. He explained everything that they were going to do. He showed me where the erosion was what they would have to asphalt, etc. etc. etc. and he waited patiently for me to get everyone on the same sheet of music. When the job was done, he completed it in one and a half days. Everyone is 100% satisfied, to include those individuals that were recalcitrant. The price was not steep, given that they practically had to rebuild the entire bed. It was a wonderful job they did. I cannot tell you how awesome Anthony and his crew were.

Precision block came by and gave a good bid. Precision arrived at designated time. Turned out the decking was built like a tank, rebar, concrete filled block, everything tightly screwed down. Way beyond the anticipated demolition. Precision was equipped appropriately and completed the demolition as described in the contract. No "EXRA FEE" due to difficult conditions. Clean up was very good. On close inspection I found only one small piece of debris that was hiding in the shadows in vegetation. Was glad I did not try to do the demo myself, would have been a nightmare. Great job!, Quick. Cost effective.

I asked for estimates for removing limbs on a mesquite tree that was blocking a stop sign. I had…read moregotten a citation from the City and the fine for not correcting it was $10K. Several companies responded and were willing to come take a look and give me an estimate. AP Landscaping was supposed to come in the morning today but came later in the day. I had sent photos so there was no mystery about what was needed. When they got here, both the landscaper and his wife agreed with me that a single cut was needed to remove two branches coming off that large branch. The price was $80 including removal of the cut wood. I went back inside as agreed to do my things and came out to find 1. Only one of the branches had been cut and a text told me that the price had gone up by 50% from $80 to $120. I sent a photo with a line indicating where the cut was supposed to have been. I got a nonsense song and dance story that there was a dove nest and that they did not understand that both branches were to be removed by cutting their single common branch. We went over it repeatedly, so there was absolutely no mistake (see the photo below). I was very, very unhappy and told them so. I got more song and dance. I paid $40 since half of the work was done and half of the wood removed. I have not yet gotten the promised receipt.

I explained to him that I needed a slope in my backyard to be covered and he recommended that I go with the shotcrete technique. He was very courteous and responsive to all of my question and requirements. I then met with Vince the Estimator and he was able to provide me with a number of options to suit my needs and budget. The day before the work was to start I was introduced to Jimmy and Tony and they took the time to explain the whole process to me and even offered a suggestion that would more beneficial for my. Even though it cost additional money, I could tell that they weren't trying to sell me additional services, but really cared about the service they were providing and this modification would enhance the final product. They showed up the next morning right on time (at 5:30am on a Saturday). Jimmy and his crew were the consummate professionals throughout the project and every time I came out to take photos of the progress anyone I came across would ask if I was satisfied with the service so far. They were mindful of their surroundings and took every precaution to ensure that there would be no mess. Towards the end of the project I was called by John to ensure I was satisfied with the work.
