They deliver same day, they're able to listen and make accommodations. There's always parking and easy access in and out of the store. I'm also disabled, and amputee with one leg, and I ride in a wheelchair and they're always there to greet me open and close the doors behind me and I've never had a problem. I appreciate them I've been using them for well over 15 years and will continue as long as I'm living anywhere near them. Since I was in the area, I only came here to see if they had a particular brand of bug spray in stock. As I entered through the garden section, I asked a male employee who was standing by the door if the bug spray was in this area. He shook his head no. I assumed he didn't understand what I was asking for. It didn't matter, I spotted some Raid on the shelf near the pottery. I eventually found the brand I looking for which was on clearance. I also was able to find a courteous male associate to price check the item (after a female associate said she couldn't do one) just to make sure it rang up at the listed price. It was accurate. Was out of that store in minutes. I'm not sure when I will return. Decent customer service was a bit difficult to get at this location.

Yes, there are some times you can go where lines aren't as bad but the parking is terrible although better than North Miami. Hard to find a spot and usually carts left in parking lot and no carts in store. The lines aren't very long, I've been here before, with 2-3 registers open and a line nearly half way back through the store so appear to have staffing issues. As of recently, it also seems like there's a whole section of women's clothing missing. I came across sportswear, bathing suits, and plus sized but maybe that's all Walmarts as it's maybe a biannual trip for me. I'd say it's worth a trip here over the mess and crowd in north Miami but also worth driving further west to go if you need to.

I recently sent my old…read moremother to take her passport photos (digital photos) the photos never came to the email so I went there after work to request them to send it again, there she was with her back to me and after me politely stay for her to finish what she was doing for at least two minutes, I said hi there, she responded by saying "give me a minute" I now was a bit now agitated so I said, I've been here for two minutes already. She without turning to look at me said " what do you need" I said can you face me? I am not going to talk to your behind, she turned finally with a face that looked like she was going to tear my head off asked again "what do you need". I responded I need nothing I want to see if you can send me an email that you had sent me this morning again, without hesitation she said no I can not and she turned her back to me again. I asked it is the photos you already sent me passport photos for my mother she said no I can not she would have to come take them again. I understand that might be true, hard to believe but possible however her handling of it with her I think Russian accent was the rudest I have been treated in a business establishment in my 63 years in this world. I KNOW I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS EXPERIENCE WITH HER. I never have wished for anyone to lose their job but she would not work an hour for me if I had anything to do with it.

BUT It's in such a terrible strip mall, surrounded by vehicular circulation and parking despite it being in the walkable, multi-modal, beautiful downtown Hollywood, that results in an awful experiential approach no matter how you come. Add on top the consistently subpar client experience, this place should be torn down and allow Hollywood Blvd to properly join the circle - and reduce the vehicular dominance of the site, and allow for better neighborhood-focused- and unionized-workplaces and community services. If I never have to visit this place again, I'd have a better life.
