They do have an amazing array of products, but when I asked for help, on 2 different occasions, I was made to feel like a pest and not a valued customer. No smile, no nothing. This pharmacy is a few blocks from my house. I tried going in for the second time today and was yelled at for having a closed coffee cup with a tight lid on. I was told no drinks in the store after I've been browsing the store for a while - so I politely asked if I could leave my tightly closed cup somewhere while I shopped and the guy shouted from behind the counter that he did not want spills all over his merchandise. I've never had someone be so rude to me - NEVER going in there again. His loss! Amazon has better prices and no attitude! read more

I have been doing businesss with them, and this last time I had my doctor send a script to them they refused to fill because I had other scripts filled at another pharmacy. they told me I had to fill all I'm scripts with them They would not fill my script. They did not have courtesy to call me and tell me my scripts would not be filled is totally unprofessional. Do business with people who are greedy and care little about their customers. read more

This is the best business I have found in Miami since I moved here almost a year ago. Not only is their store stocked with interesting, hard to find items such as European skincare/beauty products and much needed supplies (I broke my foot recently and found the very best cast protector that made showering much much easier)- but the level of customer service is so toweringly superior to any I've experienced here. The owners, brother and sister, consistently deliver caring, compassionate service. Adam delivered most medications I needed during my fracture recovery. He also calls me when meds are due to be renewed. Oh, and he found an online discount for me- his own initiative! I'm a big believer in supporting small businesses. I once had one of my own. Unique one of a kind beauty and skincare items as well as tons of delicious smelling soaps and candles. On the Pharmacy side, I actually discussed my medications with the Pharmacist, not an underpaid clerk who could not care less, like they offer at the chains. I needed a homeopathic medication that has been hard to get. The pharmacist order it, and got there quickly. When I went to pick it up, they charged me three times the price and did not explain any charges. I called the laboratory from where they order and track down the order to find out that they were adding up about 200% and no explanations why. I had never seen so much dishonesty, that is robbery. When questioned, they came up with some BS excuse of extra taxes that were never mentioned. On top of that, the pharmacist and she was rude, arrogant, and full of attitude. I wonder how these kinds of places can stay open. read more

I can't believe I haven't been going here my entire life. This place is amazing! The staff/owners are incredibly knowledgable and caring, unlike those humdrum pharmacists at CVS and Walgreens. I never have to wait longer than 20 minutes for a prescription to be filled, and usually wait less than 10 minutes. I am so very surprised to hear the negative review from the Mom with the kids. This is certainly NOT a true snapshot of this wonderful neighborhood Pharmacy. Beauty Bar and outstanding gift shop. I frequently visit this great store with not only my kids but also with my dog. Both owners are warm friendly; are super nice and always welcome my kids.
