Horrible pharmacy service. They are rude, lazy and have selective treatment. Moving all my prescriptions out of there.

Be careful in the store when you give a cashier your debit or credit card they sign me in without any of my permission or knowledge to some kinda CVS Club they took five dollars from my account every month. I spoke to store manager. I have no account with those people. I give her my email my phone number she did not find me she give me a phone number to corporate. They don't care either. The people at this pharmacy are so not helpful - have been waiting over a week for a prescription that the Pharmacist himself said he would call around for - and every day I get a different story - now they want me to start calling different drug stores to find the prescription or to call the manufacturer directly - this is their job - not mine!!! read more

Rudest pharmacist I ever encountered in my life. She literally walked away from me before I was finished. My insurance company called them, and said the woman at CVS hung up on her. By far the WORST experience I've had at a pharmacy. MARIANA is cold, rude, unfriendly, insensitive, and clearly has zero empathy for any other humans. The manager was almost worse. The attitude that man had makes it extremely hard to understand how he actually has a management position with this company. CVS you really need to vet your employees a little better. Not only would I never visit this pharmacy again, I am going to make it a point to tell everyone I know that uses this location to stay away ang go elsewhere. (On a happier note) I went to the Publix pharmacy across the street and the helped me immediately with so much care and compassion. They are what a pharmacy should be. They were all so kind and helpful. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to them now and NEVER going back to Hallandale CVS pharmacy again. Do better CVS. read more

Horrible! Waited for medication for about 40 minutes. When I came to the window to pick up prescriptions, pharmacy tech didn't even start filling prescription and announced that it will not be ready until next day. Pharmacist told her that I was waiting. When I tried to explain , pharmacy tech turned around and rudely told me that she is not talking to me. She is not fit to work with people and in costumer service. We are costumers because either we or our loved ones are sick. Shame on CVS for hiring people with poor manners and attitude. read more

I can put up with a lot of what others are complaining about, but it would be impossible without CVS's new pharmacy manager (Nicko I think)... He is awesome and makes me feel at ease despite having to fill 4 different medications... Very slow. Unprofessional. I stopped by at the store, they told me I need to call pharmacist and talk to pharmacist only over the phone. I was waiting in my car being on hold for 45 min. I am extremely disappointed in the service given at this pharmacy! They give you incorrect information and are extremely rude!! I have been hung up on my pharmacy technician in Mid sentence. I had actually just come from a nearby liquor store at which I declined to buy sodas, because I figured it would be cheaper here. WRONG. Apart from a couple of specific brands on a loss-leader sale, everything else was significantly more expensive. This was also the case for health and beauty items as well. I was surprised to see a decent selection of bargain-brand wine though. That was the only thing that set this CVS apart from others I've visited - everything else, including prices, was predictable. read more

Lorevea didn't allow me to use a GoodRX coupon for my prescription through the drive thru and said I had to come in if I wanted to use it. Seems like a made up rule to excuse laziness. Especially seeing as we are literally in a pandemic. read more

PHARMACY - IF YOU WANT TO DIE DEFINITELY USE THIS PHARMACY. Although this might seem dramatic, think about all of the people who need their medications to survive....not to mention the medications that could have deadly consequences if stopped without first lowering the dosage. I tried for THREE DAYS to call the pharmacy to get a prescription refilled - I am sick and it is not easy for me to get out of the house. When I wasn't put on hold for hours, I was hung up on repeatedly. What if you truly cannot get to the pharmacy AND have no way to get ahold of them? Absolutely disgusting NEGLIGENCE on the pharmacist's part. I happen to need my meds or else I could die so....now just waiting until tomorrow for them to refill after finally getting out of bed and dragging my ass to them. When I was there I was told they are "understaffed and nobody hung up on me". There were three people behind the counter. The phone rang Nobody went to get it. And nobody was too busy...at all. If I was all alone I could have easily died and I think about all of the people who are on their own. A lawsuit waiting to happen. After an initial bad experience here I wrote a bad review. Today I called to confirm product inventory due to it's convenient location. The pharmacy employee couldn't understand what I needed though I referred her to their website which described the product. I spelled the product's name and used perfect English but she was confused and transferred me to the front of the store. After waiting a while for them to take the call I again spelled the product name in perfect English - my call was transferred back to the Pharmacy. This place gets 1 star only because it is open and air conditioned! read more

I have had an unbelievably negative experience here. I have been trying to get test strips for my glucose monitor, and it will be 3 weeks tomorrow! My dr.'s office has sent the script 2 times. CVS had a great pharmacist - Trevor; but he has moved on. The new pharmacist (Nicholas) admits that they can't find them b/c all the scripts are thrown into a drawer. Really!? His other excuse is that they "have been very busy the last two weeks". I contacted the pharmacy manager, Borchas, and she agreed that there has been no follow up by the store and apologized. She promised to solve the problem, but she has not followed up either. We will be taking ALL our business to Walgreens, and you should do the same! Beware! read more

I have only been to this CVS twice (in the same day) because am just here on vacation. The first time, I went to talk to the pharmacy staff to get their opinion on a reaction I was having. The second time was to pick up the prescription I had filled. Unfortunately, I cannot remember their names but the 2 gentlemen that helped me at the pharmacy were great! They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They were very helpful, quick, and understanding. Wow, surprised at these reviews. I just came back from my Florida vacation, and was very happy to see that this CVS was up and running (it was being built last year). The cashiers, Lourdes and Heather, and the manager Karen, were all incredibly kind and bent over backwards to help me get the items I needed. The store was usually pretty empty, and they took care of me and my coupons with no problems. The registers being "updated" and acting crazy by corporate is not their fault! I really appreciate their hard work. If you are kind, it goes a long way! The store is also well lit, clean, and very organized. read more

I'm very disappointed with this CVS customer service I happens to ask one question about a coupon and Marleny the cashier who was in charge for the register at the time on august 8th 5:30 in the evening told me to use my brains because that wasn't her job . Then she told me that I had very small brain and before my brains diminish to nothing I better lear how to use it .
