I took the bus from New Vegas (the Strip) to Old Vegas (Fremont Street). It is a very economical way to get up and down the strip. It costs $6 for 32hours or $8 for 24 hours. It is very affordable if you plan on going up and down the strip. Getting a pass was easy. I did it on my phone while I waited for the bus. It took me less than 5 minutes to do. You can use your pass on your phone, Apple watch, credit/debit card, or physical pass. I used my phone. If you are going to use that option, just make sure you have enough battery to last. I did not feel unsafe on my rides, but there was no police presence on board. They do, however, have video monitoring on the buses. Fortunately, I never needed to see the reaction time on any of my trips. The bus was relatively clean. And I will be the first to admit that there are some very interesting people who ride the bus. The buses are ADA-compliant and have wheelchair lifts. The route is pretty much straight and can easily be followed using your map application of choice. I enjoyed my rides on the Deuce. It got me where I needed to be and saved me tons of money. If you have a little time to get to where you are going and do not need a direct route. I would highly consider this transportation option.

No issue with the policy, but the bad communication and ghosting is a huge red flag. Edit: Booking request was for December, April 1 was the quote as mentioned, April 23rd I confirmed I'd like to move forward with booking they asked for final details to secure booking that day. They then ghosted when I provided what they requested (Follow up emails send 4/24, 4/26, 4/29). I tried contacting them through Yelp June 6th as they never responded. They responded and again asked for final details to secure booking and then informed me of their three month policy after all of this. If their company policy is 3 months, no problem, but this was not communicated at all for two months and they consider ghosting as communication of their policies.

I immediately had a text that they were waiting for us and which terminal to meet them. They held a special sign that I had requested. The chauffeur was very friendly and handled all of our luggage. We were able to choose our own music to play over the speaker during our drive. It was a lot of fun for a 21st birthday. The Plaza Hotel was very good, especially since it was basically free with this promotion. It was in a good location, and the service was very good. I would stay there again. The restaurant .com card they gave us was basically useless to me since it's such a nuisance to use. The Bite card seems to be very good, because you can save some good chunks of change with that, like 2 for 1 helicopter rides, etc. Though we have not used it yet. The show tickets they gave us were a bit of a disappointment. There is some sort of fee for any of the "free" shows. Most of the better shows were 2 for the price of 1. And one ticket could cost $70-$90 or more. On some of the other smaller shows you'd always have to pay something, not really a huge deal, but they aren't really "free". For instance there would be a $5 or $10 service charge per person, or a 2 drink minimum at $15 per drink (i.e.$30 per person), and so forth. We decided to see a show that had a $5 service charge only. So, after driving to planet Hollywood and parking in their huge garage, and walking around this big mall searching for the theater, then waiting in line a 1/2 hour, when we got up to the ticket window to get our $5 tickets the girl at the window said they are all sold out of the $5 tickets because there are only about 10 of those seats ever available in the theater, so they only have $15 seats available for our "free tickets" that we had. So we paid $15 each. The show was good but not worth any more than that. The sales presentation was fine, a little confusing at times, but it sounded like a decent offer. It was not high pressure at all, and the sales people were all very pleasant. We were out of there in 2 hours, probably would have been less if we did not act interested and did not ask questions. After the presentation they gave us a voucher for $100, we walked a few feet to the cashiers window in the casino and exchanged it for $100 cash. So that was nice and easy.
