I ordered the 5 person limo. It was bigger than we expected. And we loved the party lights inside. The communication when our flight landed was awesome. I immediately had a text that they were waiting for us and which terminal to meet them. They held a special sign that I had requested. The chauffeur was very friendly and handled all of our luggage. We were able to choose our own music to play over the speaker during our drive. It was a lot of fun for a 21st birthday. I just only wish they had a bottle of champagne in the limo for us to pop and start our vacation as it was hard to bring in our luggage. I would use this company again. read more

Five star limo is an excellent limo servicing in Las Vegas. They are reasonably priced. Provide excellent service. I have used them 4 times when going to Vegas in a larger group. I've never been disappointed. Meet and greet service. Friendly drivers. Timely communication. Great vehicles. This last time we were surprised and got upgraded to their stretch hummer. Very very cool. When thinking about using a limo service. Check these guys out! read more

Five star SCAM! So even though they were in time at the airport once they picked us up they only agreed to one stop for beverages and snacks. This one stop was at Five Star Liquor store. The limo driver was so helpful she even grabbed a cart and encouraged us to buy buy buy. Everything was overpriced by like 250%. Complete scam to stop at their liquor store. If we would have known we would have waited. She walked the aisles putting stuff in the cart fully knowing we would be paying an arm and a leg. Lastly the limo was in the way to the Grand Canyon. In other words the driver told us they needed to take off their fleet because the limo was so old. I think unfortunately they need to revamp and get nicer limos. Was pretty disappointed but we were committed by this point. The limo their was the white one seen in pics and the limo back was the black one. Either way both old and smelly. read more

Our party of 8 used Five Start Limo for a sightseeing tour through Red Rock Canyon. This is an excellent option if you have limited time, don't want to rent a car or book a group tour. The whole trip from the strip and back took around 3 hours and cost much less than an organized tour or a taxi for the same number of people. Rafael drove us through the 13 mile Scenic Drive at the park making stops at panoramic viewing spots and giving us time off to take lots of photos. A combination of the limo comfort, breathtaking views and a great service made this trip one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had at Vegas. Look forward to my next visit and a ride with Five Start Limo! read more

While in town for a volleyball tournament, we booked the stretch hummer limo for our 12 thirteen year olds & 2 parents. We went with the mini strip tour & had THE best time!! This company was easy to work with from the beginning, as they responded to my many emails quickly & provided all the information I needed. On the day of, our driver called to confirm and to send photos of the limo. He picked us up at our hotel & took us on the strip tour for photo ops, also stopping for dessert! Our driver was wonderful, even with the screaming/squealing and singing teens in the back! We had such a great time and this was a great team bonding hang!! read more

My sister-in-law and I took our teenage kids to Vegas and we decided to do the strip tour for 2.5 hours. It was great. The kids loved it. Joanna was amazing. She was so great to have as our tour guide. We went to the Las Vegas sign and she took photos of us that turned out great! We got to see the fountains at the Bellagio (twice) went to Fremont street and got to see the light shown and then went back down the strip. The kids thought they were VIPs :). Great time with a great host. The only thing that was a bummer was the group before is blew a fuse on the neon lights inside the limo so we didn't get the disco party inside the limo. read more

Five Star Limo - Inside stretch hummer - Limos Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

After carefully researching the internet for the past couple of weeks, I made the decision to hire 5 Star for my fiancé's birthday party last Friday! I called, spoke to Mr. Rafik at first, then called again to verify a couple more details, spoke to a girl, don't remember her name, made all the arrangement for our party bus and was confident we had everything clear and we would have the best time. The hiring process to rent unit, went so smoothly and it seemed I have made the right decision! Unfortunately my good impression of the company, ended as we boarded the bus with all my friends. All the cordial treatment ended with the last phone call. Our driver, Jon! Maybe wasn't in the best day! He maybe had personal problems, didn't want to be working that night, but he almost ruined our party! I say almost, because although he was extremely rude we tried to make the best of our experience! First thing: when I called the office to clear some of the details, like music, amenities inside bus; I was informed that 5 Star wasn't allowed to provide alcohol as I already expected but you would provide, water, plastic cups and ice. - well that was nothing in the bus! No water, no cups, nothing! As we start driving through the strip, our driver continue being rude, making us feel extremely uncomfortable in front of our guests, that had come from all over to join us! He purposely stump on the breaks, very hard, to make us fall, and make our drinks fall on the floor for no reason. We asked him to please be more careful, as we didn't want anyone to get hurt, he completely ignored our requests and continue doing that until the end of our party! Every time we made a request, he would give us a dirty look! At some point he said, if we were not happy with the way he was driving, we could just sit down!?!?!? Was it a party bus, or a funeral arrangement? Then in the end, he comes around the bus and tells me, he would have to charge me $50 for cleaning! Which then made us all understand the reason for the sudden breaks. To my lovely surprise, I believe he forgot and opened the front passenger door when we were exiting, and there it was, the water, the cups, everything that was said was going to be available to us, it was with him in the front and he never served us! I truly don't think this is the type of services you would be wanting to present for you company! That is not the impression I had when I contacted the office! You have a service that people hire to have fun in Las Vegas. Some of my friends there, most likely was their only time in Las Vegas, and so you should have people working with you that will continue selling your services as you do! Being fun, cordial, respectful! Your drivers should be your best advocates, providing a fun environment for your clients! They should sell the complete experience, it was a party bus after all, and the main idea it to have a great time! Our experience was far from that unfortunately! ---- To my even greater surprise, owner just replied with just a photo of the bus after our party, as you can see the picture attached. Bus was dirty, yes, as I explained we were on the floor of the bus more often than ever desired due to the way driver conducted the bus. Also please see my reply to his email with picture of the bus! And stay away from this company if your intention is to party and celebrate life. Want to cater a funeral it may be suitable! my last reply to photo of bus: Wow! Seriously! And what does this photo means? I did not at any time ask for money back, neither was my email about the cleaning fee! I wrote to report an extremely rude service by your driver, which as explained previously caused us to fall several times during the course of the events, resulting in your bus, to be that way! Yes, in the end the bus was dirty, because we were in a party bus, and your driver purposely made us fall while holding drinks, as we were in a party bus, maybe to party and celebrate. I just did not understand the part of all his rudeness, hiding and not providing neither water nor glasses. The purpose of my email was just to alert you as I thought this was not the type of services you wanted to provide us! Now with your very professional reply, I change my mind about how you handle your business and I see the rudeness comes from the upper level management as well! Thanks for the service and I'll make sure to let every single person I know about it! read more

Outstanding service. I booked six rides with Five Star over a 4 day period for arriving family members - two of which were last minute rushes as planes were delayed. This company outstandingly delivered every time - even with a rushed booking for an international flight. When one of their SUVs experienced an issue on the way to the airport they immediately substituted another (a stretch Hummer!) and met my (very pleasantly surprised) arrival without issue. My phone bookings with Jasmine with multiple rides, last minute requests, and delays was nothing short of some of the best customer service I've ever had. It may sound like gushing but it's rare to work with a company that delivers so well. Five Star is now my go-to. read more

This is the second year we've done business with them and it's always great communication, friendly chauffeurs and competitive pricing for what we need during CES. We've shopped around leading up to CES and the prices are always crazy and most companies want at least a 3-4 day MINIMUM in order to reserve. So thankful I found out about Five Star Limo for our company needs because it's hassle-free even during one fo the busiest show seasons! read more

My wife and I used Five Star Limo for our wedding day. We had the stretch Hummer limo which had a lot of space and came with a free bottle of champagne! The driver was kind and drove safely to our destination. He avoided traffic by going on the side streets to make sure we were not late to our reception. We also wanted to change the music that was in the limo, so our driver let us connect our phones and play our own playlist. We appreciate him being proactive in his driving. All in all, our bridal party had a great time. Five stars for Five Star! read more

Don't rent them from EDC weekend. Three points that year made it so we won't be coming back: - We paid for a 22 person limo, but we were picked up with a 16 person limo instead. - Later, the driver was frantically calling us on the phone asking us to come out of the festival an hour before the scheduled pick up time (probably because they double book super hard on EDC weekend) - Driver asked us for a tip (it was clearly stated that the price was inclusive of tip) read more

Horrible experience with this company. I specifically ordered a black stretch limo as a surprise for my boyfriend. My contract specifically stated BLACK STRETCH LIMO. It also stated they would arrive at 10:55 AM in the baggage claim of the airport. They arrived at 11:30 AM (so much for my surprise right). Then they took us to another location other than baggage claim and to a white hummer limo which looked like it had been freshly in an accident and the inside was falling apart. I tried to explain to the driver and he offered no solutions. I later called the company to express my frustrations and the driver answered the call. He was very unprofessional and yelled at me. I was very nice to him and he behaved poorly. I then asked to speak to a manager or someone else who could help and he stated he was the only one who worked there. For a company named five star limo this was one star service and I can't believe they even allow their vehicles to look like that when picking up customers, very embarrassing. Do not recommend AT ALL. read more

I had a terrible service with this company.... I have tried to contact them via email, phone, social networks... but they won´t reply.... They don´t care about their customers, they just want to get the money and provide any kind of service. It was our wedding trip, and they basically destroyed our whole dream.... This is the email that I am trying to get a reply.... they won´t do it but at least everybody can have their own opinion... If you ever hire them....and your driver is "Mario".... good luck!! Regards. ------ Hello I would like to complain about today's service from Mario...I cannot believe, I hsve received feedback from different people and all of them told me to boom my experience with your company. Today it has been our wedding nd the limo service was supposed to bring us to the highlight of our day. The Las Vegas Sign. Since 8pm we all 8 people were waiting for the Limo at the pick up point. At 8.05 I sent Mario, the driver, a sms saying that we were ready and waiting for him in the address that we provided in the application 99 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89101, EE. UU. https://maps.app.goo.gl/cqH6uqbWLxdst5PJ7 At 8.12 I called him but I received no answer.. At 8.21 I called him again and after a while, he answered tbe call. He was in another street and told me that where we were waiting for him, he could not wait for us. But he never tried to contact me... How could I knlw that he was at another place waiting for us so he was not even a answering my phone calls nor text messages? Finally, we started the trip at 8.25 (15 minutes later of our schedule). He told me that, as we were starting late because of my fault, we couldn't go to the las Vegas Sign and to the Belaggio on time without paying him an extra hour. So we had to decide to go directly to the Belaggio so we couldnt pay more to him (and he was late!!). We went all the Strip till the Belaggio. I told him to go slowly so we could enjoy our 45 minutes ride. He went so fast (I could even call it a rally mode). Driving really fast, and breaking heavily at the light stops. My mum for example got out of her seat and hit her face with the separation that os between the driver and the passengers. We arrived to the Belaggio 20 minutes earlier but as we couldn't go to the Las Vegas Sign and tbe all 8 passengers were even dizzy because of the way he was driving, we decided to get out the Limo and loose that 20 minutes... It was horrible. Thank you Mario and thank you Five Star Limo for ruining our first ever Limo ride and the hotspot of our trip. Finally we had to take 2 round way Ubers to the sign and had to pay much more money that we were supposed to pay.. Leaving at 8.10 from the Fremont Experience would have allowed us to take our photos at the las vegas sign and be ontime at the Belaggio... But he was late and ruined thw whole plan... I don't think he is the right driver for the service that you want to deliver to your customers... Regards read more

They were our limo service for our wedding on 8/20/11. Our driver Rafik, was on-time and very very friendly. He was very laid back. The mammoth limo was ice cold and he had stocked ice cold water for our wedding party. They were priced very reasonable compared to other companies. Not to mention, the Mammoth Limo held about 28-30 people, which was perfect for our group. If your looking for a limo service for your wedding, night out, or a tour....I totally recommend Five Star Limo!! read more

What a joke. Today, I was in town for business with a very large company. We used 5 star limo to take a group of about 20 people from the Green Valley Ranch to the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Here is a list of the events during and surrounding the 30 minute ordeal 1) When asking the concierge for a shuttle equivalent for 20 people we were quoted $90 2) A limo bus pulled up, we all pilled in to discover there was little to no functioning A/C. It was about 102° outside, so as you can imagine, 20 people crammed into a limo designed for 18 with no A/C was less than pleasant. In addition one of the 2 windows was missing the button to roll it down. So air flow was very limited 3) Once all uncomfortably fit into the limo, our driver (who's name i regrettably missed amongst the fun) informed us he could only take cash. It is 2015, in one of the biggest city in America, and you expect us to carry cash? 4) And here the kicker, once we all got in, the price jumped to $200. So you expect people to walk around with $200 cash on their person? Even in Vegas, that's seems like a reach. After 5 minutes of argument, it was agreed that we could run a credit card, but with a $25 fee. So our shuttle bus just went from a $90 estimate to $225. To go 7.9 miles with 20 completely sober business professionals 5) The pièce de résistance was once we got back to the hotel. Green Valley Ranch is right off the highway and a 7.9mi ride to the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The route he took was nearly twice as long as the route we'd taken (on a shuttle bus) earlier that morning. And to top it all off, he dropped us off on the street. He didn't pull into the entrance area of the Cosmopolitan. This was the worst car service experience that any of us had ever had. For a business so plentifully is Las Vegas as a limousine service, you would think 5 star would try just a little bit harder read more

Five Star Limo definitely gets five stars from me. After making the reservation all my plans changed, not once but twice. Their were multiple pickup & stops that needed to be rescheduled. I booked a party bus here for 18 people and the service was great. Booking went smoothly, they called to confirm the day of the event, and the driver was actually a little early to pick us up. The driver was very patient while we got our group together and sorted everything out. Our only plan was to drive around for 2 hours from downtown Las Vegas to The Strip, and our driver suggested that we stop at the welcome to Las Vegas sign for a photo opp. This was a great idea. He was also very accommodating when we had to make an emergency pee/booze stop. The bus itself was nice and had all of the basics, but it definitely would not have sat 20 people very comfortably and was maybe lacking a little glam (can't a girl get some bubbling lights on her birthday?). Like I said, it had all of the basics, and the service made it worthwhile. Also, it was the best price I found online after a pretty extensive search. read more

Best limo service in town, i will defiantly book again. Im very happy with the limo driver.

The website clearly says complimentary champagne, which is precisely why I booked this service. The driver helped my husband carry his bags, but I carried all three of mine myself. This might be a cultural thing?? No clue. When we arrived at our hotel, the driver basically threw our bags out and sped off (the wheels actually squealed). The only thing in the limo was a couple bottles of slightly chilled water. It was uncomfortable, silent, and glaringly lacking the champagne I paid for. You have to very insecurely send copies of your ID and credit card via email, and that's AFTER inputting the numbers in a non secure (not https) site. DO NOT BOOK! DO NOT CONSIDER! read more

Worst limo experience I have ever had. Prior to writing this review, I tried to contact the owner who never responded. I booked 4 services from 5 star limo for our wedding day #1: pick up bride and bridesmaids: the driver was awful and incredibly rude. Didn't assist anyone with their bags or luggage. Never offered us water or beverages. Added 20% tip to my credit card without asking. #2: pick up groom and groomsmen: pretty much same story as before. Same rude driver. Limo was dirty. Empty beer bottles rolling around which weren't from us. Again, added 20% tip which was not deserved. #3: party bus to pick up guests and bring to wedding: bus broke down and was over 40 minutes late to pick up guests. Many guests ended up paying for taxi to wedding. Never called to inform us they were late. Had to delay start of ceremony because bus was so late. Again, added a 20% tip after arriving late and delivering guests late! #4 bring guests back to strip: pretty much same story as the others. Rude driver, added own tip. Do yourself a favor. Pay a bit more money, and find someone else for your limo needs. read more
