I ordered the 5 person limo. It was bigger than we expected. And we loved the party lights inside. The communication when our flight landed was awesome. I immediately had a text that they were waiting for us and which terminal to meet them. They held a special sign that I had requested. The chauffeur was very friendly and handled all of our luggage. We were able to choose our own music to play over the speaker during our drive. It was a lot of fun for a 21st birthday. Five star SCAM! So even though they were in time at the airport once they picked us up they only agreed to one stop for beverages and snacks. This one stop was at Five Star Liquor store. The limo driver was so helpful she even grabbed a cart and encouraged us to buy buy buy. Everything was overpriced by like 250%. Complete scam to stop at their liquor store. If we would have known we would have waited. She walked the aisles putting stuff in the cart fully knowing we would be paying an arm and a leg. Lastly the limo was in the way to the Grand Canyon. After carefully researching the internet for the past couple of weeks, I made the decision to hire 5 Star for my fiancé's birthday party last Friday! I called, spoke to Mr. Rafik at first, then called again to verify a couple more details, spoke to a girl, don't remember her name, made all the arrangement for our party bus and was confident we had everything clear and we would have the best time. The hiring process to rent unit, went so smoothly and it seemed I have made the right decision! Unfortunately my good impression of the company, ended as we boarded the bus with all my friends. All the cordial treatment ended with the last phone call. Our driver, Jon! Maybe wasn't in the best day! He maybe had personal problems, didn't want to be working that night, but he almost ruined our party! I say almost, because although he was extremely rude we tried to make the best of our experience! First thing: when I called the office to clear some of the details, like music, amenities inside bus; I was informed that 5 Star wasn't allowed to provide alcohol as I already expected but you would provide, water, plastic cups and ice. - well that was nothing in the bus! No water, no cups, nothing! As we start driving through the strip, our driver continue being rude, making us feel extremely uncomfortable in front of our guests, that had come from all over to join us! He purposely stump on the breaks, very hard, to make us fall, and make our drinks fall on the floor for no reason. We asked him to please be more careful, as we didn't want anyone to get hurt, he completely ignored our requests and continue doing that until the end of our party! Every time we made a request, he would give us a dirty look! At some point he said, if we were not happy with the way he was driving, we could just sit down!?!?!? Was it a party bus, or a funeral arrangement? Then in the end, he comes around the bus and tells me, he would have to charge me $50 for cleaning! Which then made us all understand the reason for the sudden breaks. To my lovely surprise, I believe he forgot and opened the front passenger door when we were exiting, and there it was, the water, the cups, everything that was said was going to be available to us, it was with him in the front and he never served us! I truly don't think this is the type of services you would be wanting to present for you company! That is not the impression I had when I contacted the office! You have a service that people hire to have fun in Las Vegas. Some of my friends there, most likely was their only time in Las Vegas, and so you should have people working with you that will continue selling your services as you do! Being fun, cordial, respectful! Your drivers should be your best advocates, providing a fun environment for your clients! They should sell the complete experience, it was a party bus after all, and the main idea it to have a great time! Our experience was far from that unfortunately! ---- To my even greater surprise, owner just replied with just a photo of the bus after our party, as you can see the picture attached. Bus was dirty, yes, as I explained we were on the floor of the bus more often than ever desired due to the way driver conducted the bus. Also please see my reply to his email with picture of the bus! Horrible experience with this company. I specifically ordered a black stretch limo as a surprise for my boyfriend. My contract specifically stated BLACK STRETCH LIMO. It also stated they would arrive at 10:55 AM in the baggage claim of the airport. They arrived at 11:30 AM (so much for my surprise right). Then they took us to another location other than baggage claim and to a white hummer limo which looked like it had been freshly in an accident and the inside was falling apart. I tried to explain to the driver and he offered no solutions. I later called the company to express my frustrations and the driver answered the call. He was very unprofessional and yelled at me. I was very nice to him and he behaved poorly. I then asked to speak to a manager or someone else who could help and he stated he was the only one who worked there. I told him to go slowly so we could enjoy our 45 minutes ride. He went so fast (I could even call it a rally mode). Driving really fast, and breaking heavily at the light stops. My mum for example got out of her seat and hit her face with the separation that os between the driver and the passengers. We arrived to the Belaggio 20 minutes earlier but as we couldn't go to the Las Vegas Sign and tbe all 8 passengers were even dizzy because of the way he was driving, we decided to get out the Limo and loose that 20 minutes... It was horrible. Thank you Mario and thank you Five Star Limo for ruining our first ever Limo ride and the hotspot of our trip. Finally we had to take 2 round way Ubers to the sign and had to pay much more money that we were supposed to pay.. Leaving at 8.10 from the Fremont Experience would have allowed us to take our photos at the las vegas sign and be ontime at the Belaggio... But he was late and ruined thw whole plan... What a joke. Today, I was in town for business with a very large company. We used 5 star limo to take a group of about 20 people from the Green Valley Ranch to the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Here is a list of the events during and surrounding the 30 minute ordeal 1) When asking the concierge for a shuttle equivalent for 20 people we were quoted $90 2) A limo bus pulled up, we all pilled in to discover there was little to no functioning A/C. It was about 102° outside, so as you can imagine, 20 people crammed into a limo designed for 18 with no A/C was less than pleasant. In addition one of the 2 windows was missing the button to roll it down. So air flow was very limited 3) Once all uncomfortably fit into the limo, our driver (who's name i regrettably missed amongst the fun) informed us he could only take cash. It is 2015, in one of the biggest city in America, and you expect us to carry cash? 4) And here the kicker, once we all got in, the price jumped to $200. So you expect people to walk around with $200 cash on their person? Even in Vegas, that's seems like a reach. After 5 minutes of argument, it was agreed that we could run a credit card, but with a $25 fee. So our shuttle bus just went from a $90 estimate to $225. To go 7.9 miles with 20 completely sober business professionals 5) The pièce de résistance was once we got back to the hotel. Green Valley Ranch is right off the highway and a 7.9mi ride to the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The route he took was nearly twice as long as the route we'd taken (on a shuttle bus) earlier that morning. And to top it all off, he dropped us off on the street. He didn't pull into the entrance area of the Cosmopolitan. This was the worst car service experience that any of us had ever had. I booked a party bus here for 18 people and the service was great. Booking went smoothly, they called to confirm the day of the event, and the driver was actually a little early to pick us up. The driver was very patient while we got our group together and sorted everything out. Our only plan was to drive around for 2 hours from downtown Las Vegas to The Strip, and our driver suggested that we stop at the welcome to Las Vegas sign for a photo opp. This was a great idea. He was also very accommodating when we had to make an emergency pee/booze stop. The bus itself was nice and had all of the basics, but it definitely would not have sat 20 people very comfortably and was maybe lacking a little glam (can't a girl get some bubbling lights on her birthday?). I rented the party bus for 22 people, had 14 in our group. It was supposed to come with champagne, which it didn't. The bus did, however, come with plenty of used, open water bottles all over and an open 2 liter of Diet Coke. There were three bottles of unopened water in the coolers, all of which was obviously left from the party prior to us. The speakers were cutting out on the sound system so it sounded horrible.
