He even literally rolled out the red carpet for my 9-year-old son! Andy is professional, punctual, and knows Vegas like the back of his hand. He's especially great at navigating the Strip and finding the best routes to get us where we need to be, even with all the traffic. The Sprinter is always clean, comfortable, and equipped with seatbelts, which I really appreciate. The sound system is also fantastic for keeping the party going! Andy also has an SUV available for service, which he has picked me up in. It's clean, comfortable, and a great option if you don't need a party bus. What really sets Andy apart is his attention to detail and the way he makes every experience feel special. Whether it's a business outing, a night on the town, or a family trip, he delivers every single time. I wouldn't think of using anyone else in Vegas. Highly recommend!

But that was a minor inconvenience compared to having to walk all the way across the pedestrian bridge and back to the Strip. The night of my ride, my driver, Ben, communicated via text when he arrived (about 15 min early) and where to find him. I originally haz a 6 person limo but was upgraded to a 8 person and champagne and waters were provided. Ben was very friendly and patient. I had a mishap during the night and he did what he could to make it less inconvenient. He also offered suggestions on where to end the night. Unfortunately, the driver, Daniel, chose to pick up another group and left us stranded outside the Sphere. This is unacceptable for a company that offers private transportation services. Reliability is the minimum you expect when you pre-book and pay for a service like this. As soon as we stepped onto the bus, we noticed the pole in the middle was broken off at the top, so we couldn't safely use it for the first half of the ride. Unfortunately, our host, Kris, made the experience even more uncomfortable. Instead of helping create a fun atmosphere, she made things feel awkward. It often felt like the party was centered around her rather than our group. She spent much of the ride swinging on the pole, singing to herself, and behaving in a way that didn't match the experience we were expecting. To make matters worse, she repeatedly asked my sister, who booked the party, to leave a positive review and also encouraged everyone in our group to tip. That felt unprofessional and took away from the experience. The only positive takeaway was that we got some nice pictures. Other than that, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company based on our visit.
