The $163 included 1 hour of driving, gratuity, taxes/fees, & fuel surcharge. After the ride, my fiancé was charged $179; I thought this was a mistake and gave them 2 days before I reached out. By that time, the charge had went through as $179 and the $163 charge was pending. At first, I thought this was a small enough amount to forget about it but at least wanted a receipt for the charges. After following up multiple times, they refunded me the difference but couldn't tell me why I was charged incorrectly. If you book with them, make sure to ask for a receipt afterwards to avoid random upcharges - it seems like they will do it if you don't say anything.

She pointed us to a loading area and about 10 minutes later the shuttle came. This took another 10 minutes. Had we been servived right away, we'd be at our hotel. It was a 40 minute delay and I've never, EVER, WAITED THAT LONG FOR AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE. We could have UBER, Vegas Loop or got a taxi for less and had immediate service. But wait, our driver drive really slow. I couldn't see the speedometer, but everyone else was blowing buy us. After he drooped the first guest, we were next. He passed our hotel and when I asked him if he was aware he missed the hotel, he said he didn't miss it. This is how I know he was clueless, not only did he have to make a uturn to get us there, he was now driving like he was behind schedule and driving in excess of the speed limit. Between the driver and the airport agents, they should really just be let go. Your role is too important to be that clueless. The return trip to the airport was smooth. We were going to move forward with booking again per their message instructing to do so, and now they say they can't book out over three months in advance. No issue with the policy, but the bad communication and ghosting is a huge red flag. Edit: Booking request was for December, April 1 was the quote as mentioned, April 23rd I confirmed I'd like to move forward with booking they asked for final details to secure booking that day. They then ghosted when I provided what they requested (Follow up emails send 4/24, 4/26, 4/29). I tried contacting them through Yelp June 6th as they never responded. They responded and again asked for final details to secure booking and then informed me of their three month policy after all of this. If their company policy is 3 months, no problem, but this was not communicated at all for two months and they consider ghosting as communication of their policies.
