I would not recommend this service. To keep this an easy read: - The driver was rushing me even though my bus was booked for 5:30. He demanded that we come sooner if we can because of "traffic". There was no traffic. - Driver was very rude and disrespectful. - His eyes crept on me and all my girlfriends - He didn't tell us when he was going to start driving and just gassed it - When we got to our location, he was rude by turning on the lights and telling us to get out. We rented a 25 person party bus for our 10 year wedding anniversary and had an awesome time. The bus had plenty of room, a nice sound system with Bluetooth, ambient lighting and a pole for the wild individuals. The driver called ahead to verify the pickup location, arrived on time and was very friendly. There were no cups or ice but he made a trip to pick them up, while we were at the wedding chapel. After he cruised down the strip to the Vegas sign, a casino for restroom break and Raider stadium for pictures. We will definitely rent from them again. read more

I booked a party bus to pick up myself and friends for a fun weekend in Vegas! The person I booked the bus with was very nice and helpful. What's nice is they'll track your flight, so in the event that your plane is delayed they will know. Well, my flight got in approximately 25 minutes ahead of schedule, but we still had to wait for our friends from another flight to come in. When my flight touched down, the driver immediately called me telling me I had to hurry and get to his van, otherwise he would leave. Mind you, I'm not even off the plane and our party of 9 still needs to get our bags we checked. Needless to say, I was super stressed that we were going to be left. I should mention that when I booked the bus, I was required to put down a deposit for the bust and then the remainder of my balance would be charged to my card on the day we were picked up. Thankfully, the driver waited for us to retrieve our bags. First impressions of the bus were not that great. I was told there would be champagne on the bus, there was not. The bus was not that clean and the seats had quite a few tears in them. As we are loading up on the bus, the driver asks me to step outside to speak with him. He tells me that I have to pay him the remaining balance in cash, plus a tip. Mind you, I was not told this when I booked the bus with the exception to tipping the driver with cash. When I asked him what my remaining balance was, he had no idea. He pulls his phone out and kept changing the amount that I owed him. I explained to him that when I booked the bus I was told the remaining balance would be charged to my credit card and I would tip him with cash. He then explains to me that he would need to take a picture of my credit card and send that information in. I was not comfortable at all with this, so I paid him cash. He takes us to the our first stop, and as we are loading back into the bus he pulls me aside again and tells me he had his math wrong and wants me to pay him MORE money. I explain to him that I've already paid the full amount, plus a tip. He then tells me he will not take us further until I pay him more money. Embarrassed and just wanting my friends and I to have a good time, I give him more cash. I paid for an hour and a half. We only got the bus for an hour and then he dropped us off at our hotel. I mention to him that we still have a half hour left and he just removed our bags from the back and said he had no more time left. I was super bummed out with this service. This was supposed to be a fun way to kick off an epic friends trip weekend and I was severely disappointed with this company. If you are in the market for a party bus rental company in Vegas, I would choose another company. There are so many options and I learned my lesson with this place. read more

If you're looking for a party bus provider, look no further than Highroller! Cheikh, the owner and driver, is extremely easy to work with and helps make sure everything goes as planned. The Bus: We got the 40 person bus which was huge. It also happened to be the perfect amount of room for the 26 people in our party who were all dancing and moving around the entire time we were in the bus. We also had a bartender and a fully stocked bar with us and we were not struggling for room AT ALL! Also, the Bus was flat out sexier than every other bus we saw - it was very impressive. The Driver: Cheikh was perfect - very nice, professional, and super easy to work with. I had ordered a lot of alcohol for the night and Cheikh picked it all up a day early. Also, while we were at one our stops (Commonwealth, which was also amazing), we had asked Cheikh to pick our party up some White Castle, which he timed perfectly - and was a huge hit after drinking all night. On a side note, Cheikh made sure we were dropped off very close to the door of each place we were going to. I know, seems like this would be the case with any party bus company, right? It isn't. The girls all had sore feet from dancing all night and this was huge by the end of the night. Again, just another thing that just made the night that much better. I would give this 0 stars if I could. I tried to book a bachelorette party with 14 girls on their party bus for a Friday night 2.5 hours. I called the company and talked to Curtis, and he recommended utilizing the online booking tool. He even talked me into upgrading to the 20 person vehicle. I looked online, my date was available so I went ahead and booked via the online booking tool and paid an $80.00 deposit. 15 minutes later, the owner Cheikh, leaves me a voicemail saying that my date and vehicle are actually not available. He did not offer to change me to another vehicle, or another date, or leave a valid phone number for me to call him back. I called the office back and got Curtis once again, who explained to me that Chikh operates the business from Africa, and forwards all office calls to his cell phone. This made me really uncomfortable, as I already provided payment. I was unable to ever talk to Chikh, despite my email and multiple phone requests. Today, my date STILL shows as available! The company discriminated against my group and order. I easily booked with another company later that day, and now am waiting for cancellation of funds for my credit card from High Roller. I strongly recommend going with another company that is more reliable. High Roller- Update your availability online calendar. It isn't fair for customers to pay a deposit if the date isn't even available. read more

Vegas party transportation in style! This company did not disappoint my expectations when looking for a limo service to transport my group of friends around the Strip. The party bus is amazing! I wanted to celebrate my birthday in style and High Roller Transportation made it happen! Cheikh made the process stream-lined and easy. I had contacted him through Yelp and made my deposit over Paypal, which equated to one hour of use. I had requested 2 hours of a party bus on a weekend night. I received a receipt and after a couple weeks, Cheikh sent a reminder text to me to meet him at the valet area of our hotel. He was on time for our 11 PM pick-up time. The bus was gorgeous, clean, and fully equipped with a dancing pole, club lights, seating for 20+ people (we had 12 in our group), cups, ice, mixers, speakers and a place to hook up your music if you choose not to use whatever they had. There was a Bluetooth option, so that was very convenient for wireless music on the party bus. We had Cheikh stop at the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign, as well as a bathroom break...because 2 hours on a bus with booze means lot so potty breaks. After the party bus, Cheikh was kind enough to take us to a strip club and was even able to hook it up so that women did not have to pay a cover and men had a 2 drink minimum, which was $20 a drink. Cheikh was prompt, responsive, friendly, professional, fair, and everything you could want in a party bus driver. I had used a different company a couple years before this, and due to the large hourly price difference I'm glad I did because not only was High Roller Transportation less expensive per hour, but they offered the same if not better service than the other company I used - and that one was also a 5 star experience! So you know you're getting a good deal and an even more amazing experience with High Roller Transportation! I will definitely use these guys the next time I need a party bus in Vegas. Needed to transport 21 people from a BDay dinner at an off the strip restaurant to RIO on 6 hours notice. The actual ride is short (15 mins) but since you pay by the hour, the driver will drive you around the strip so the riders can enjoy the party bus experience. It's like a nightclub on wheels (ice, cups, video monitor, and music provided....byob). We had an amazing experience with High Roller Transportation on 10/21/2020. I believe Ali was our driver that night. He was professional, on time, and made the experience wonderful. It was so great that my friend rebooked High Roller Transportation again the night after on 10/22/2020! I believe our driver this time was Cheikh. I was hesitant after reading certain reviews regarding the quality of vehicles such as A/C, music, etc. However, from both nights, there was not a single flaw! I am actually planning to make a reservation again for two nights during NYE weekend 2021! The owner explained that many people leave reviews for another transportation company with a very similar name without checking if it was the correct transportation company that gave them bad service. The vehicles were clean, the A/C was blasted, music & speakers were amazing! The only thing I might note is that I do wish the A/C was stronger in the back of the vehicle for the large bus meant for 40+ people. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! I've ridden a lot of carnival rides that haven't even come close to being this terrifying. Entire wedding party was car sick or scared shirtless. Will never use their services again. They drove us out the Valley of Fire for wedding pictures, and when we got back to bus both drivers (because we paid for busses) were smoking pot.
