TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Shoulda been 0 stars I like to be nice, but not this time. Me and my friends rented this bus for 6 HOURS for prom, and we got it for less than an hour. Terrible communication. Apparently, they overbooked, and they would leave MINORS at a hotel just to cater to a celebrity wedding. Duke, the driver, was very irritable when telling us that we had to leave EARLY, and left 9 of us MINORS (again) still at the casino. Duke also shouted at all of us minors, and our parents were not happy. We were essentially booted off the bus right after we got to our destination. Nevada Party Bus was literally the best experience ever for a big group pick up and drop off. We booked two point to point pick up/drop offs and they were perfect. They were on time, actually early which worked out even better for us. Duke, our driver, was friendly and accommodating. Everyone was able to enjoy the wedding and not worry about driving back. I booked a bus the day before an event and paid a deposit. We canceled at the last-minute and did not use the service. An hour later I received a text informing me that the company had processed my credit card for the full amount of the fare without telling me. I was pretty angry because the because I had not been informed at the time of booking that I would be charged the full amount of the fare in the event of cancelation...a "policy" seems directly contrary to collecting only a deposit up front for a trip booked within the cancelation period. Rather than deal with the problem, the office staff made excuses---but eventually the owner made the situation right. Five stars for the owner and the driver who took everything in stride---one star for the office staff that decided to use self-help by charging my credit card without my permission. Disputes are bound to happen, but the way it was ultimately handled by the owner makes the difference---I would now be willing do business with them again, but left in the hands of office staff I would be contesting the charges and filing complaints. All things consider4ed 4 stars---this is a tough business and finding folks with integrity isn't easy. read more

abandoned minors at a casino due to sheer incompetence of the company. the company overbooked and instead of correcting their mistake instead decided to leave several minors at Green Valley Ranch casino. Duke, the driver, shouted at us, multiple times, for no reason, adding more stress to our situation. We attempted to reason with him, but he wasn't having it. My wife and I reserved a bus from NV Party Bus but cancelled less than 24 hours later because we found another company (AWG) that was significantly cheaper. But they refused to give our deposit back of $360. I don't mind losing the deposit IF we were told that it would be non-refundable. But we were never informed! The manager was completely unprofessional and would hardly return our messages. Finally got a hold of the owner,Art, and we came to an agreement that he would refund partial amount and credit the rest. But this p.o.s. kept stringing me along saying he issued the credit which never came. Then he said he sent a check which never came. Mind you, this is now going on for several months as I was trying to be very patient. Finally, Art just ghosted me. Wouldn't return any of my emails. My next step is to sue him through small claims court. Do not use this company! They do not deserve your support! He will probably reply to this post with a bunch of excuses. I ordered a partybus for my birthday!! Nevada party bus was awesome !!!!! We rented it for 4 hours we went downtown ,Las Vegas sign to take pictures adn ran to the liquor store and just partied on the bus ...we had Thaddeus as our driver he was so fun he played all of our favorite songs we had the best time of our lives I will recommend this company to anybody that's looking for a great night out in the town in Las Vegas. read more

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a limo/party bus service. I had called very last minute for booking and Duke was the sweetest. He told me he had an hour in between drives if I would like the hour spot, which had been all I really wanted in the first place. So he put me in for 8:45-9:45. I told him that all of my people would be ready by 9. Perfect. Everything was a go. The night of the event, we had gotten picked up. Driver was nice. Everything was fine. We left the house at 9 heading to the Mirage. At 9:20 the driver turned the lights on and opened the doors. Reminding you we had only been partying for 20 minutes and I already paid $220. The entire party was confused and the driver told me that he had another transfer. I got off the bus so that the rest of the party wouldn't hear the discussion. I told him that I was paying $220 for 45 minutes and that my contract said drop off was at 9:45. He finally said "ok I'm sorry you're right, I'll drive around for 20 more minutes". I could not believe it. Not only was I right but now everyone in my party had been deprived of partying for the duration of the time that we were trying to figure it out. It was very unnecessary and a waste of time. I would definitely recommend spending your money on a different company. read more

Party bus was a good time. Our driver was Thadius. He was very nice until the end of the bus ride, mind you there are 18 girls who are attending a bachelorette party!!! He drops us off at our hotel everyone expect the bride and a few of her FAMILY members were getting off the bus. That's when thadius decides to tell the bride that we didn't pay. When he picked us up I gave him the balance and also a 25% tip. He tried scamming the bride and her family!!! So I returned to the bus and showed him my receipt and he pretended like he had a different total. So he pulled up his phone and showed me the exact receipt I had to the penny. He caused a huge headache and embarrassed me in front of the entire wedding party. So I don't recommend a group of girls who are drinking go with this company because he truly tried taking advantage of us. Disappointed for sure. read more

Absolute worst service to use.. I didn't want to give a star but I had to. We had services booked for a party of 30, when the bus came it was not either of the ones promised (Big Daddy or Daddy Mac). The bus was so small my sister and her husband (who came to Vegas from Wales in the United Kingdom) couldn't even get on. The company said they would refund them yet the still have not... mind you we were there 3/11/17. We stood around in the parking lot almost 2 hours why they pretended to try and fix the situation. Needless to say we completely missed the second club, and they sure didn't have front of the line and no wait access. As for our host....lets just say he SUCKED and left us hanging a few time, or in his words before walking away "I wash my hands of this." We have called and emailed them as we feel they should refund my sister and her husband in full as they couldn't even go, and refund at least half to the other 28 who had to endure a horrible experience.
