When we informed our guests that we had set up transportation to alleviate this concern, it was a huge hit. The guests found it very considerate that my wife and I would even provide this option. It was because of Bell Transportation and their awesome team that we could provide such an excellent service for our guests. The drivers were on time and ready for guests, able to get everyone to the wedding on time. The return bus transported everyone to the 2 hotels and many of our guests had used this service and found it very convenient. The staff that I spoke with over the phone, especially Nancy, had shown me kindness, patience, and efficiency to ensure that we could make all this happen. This was something I had stressed about leading up to the wedding date, but ease of making the reservations and the prompt communication really made the day that much more special!

The $163 included 1 hour of driving, gratuity, taxes/fees, & fuel surcharge. After the ride, my fiancé was charged $179; I thought this was a mistake and gave them 2 days before I reached out. By that time, the charge had went through as $179 and the $163 charge was pending. At first, I thought this was a small enough amount to forget about it but at least wanted a receipt for the charges. After following up multiple times, they refunded me the difference but couldn't tell me why I was charged incorrectly. If you book with them, make sure to ask for a receipt afterwards to avoid random upcharges - it seems like they will do it if you don't say anything.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH WINNER TRANSPORTATION LIMOUSINE…read more I EXPLICITLY booked a LIMOUSINE for pickup at the airport. I even asked the guy if the limousine had glasses inside his response was "absolutely". What we ended up getting was an dirty SUV, without glasses or anything. We paid $128 for this crap! It was a 20 minute ride from the airport, to the liquor store, to Harrah's resort. We were willing to pay for that price if it was a limousine but definitely not a dirty SUV without glasses! (Mind you the ONLY good thing about this experience was how pleasant and nice the driver was). When we called the company to say we did not ask for an SUV we asked for a limousine he straight up denied it saying I never asked for a limousine, and when i brought up the glasses he said "yes we have glasses" i asked "okay WHERE?" and all he did was stutter and ask to speak with the driver. The driver then said he would drive us to the station TO PICKUP THE GLASSES! I'm absolutely gobsmacked at this point. I said there was absolutely no point in that and we would just like to go to the hotel. This ENTIRE time we've been dealing with them they've called us LIARS for saying we dIdNT AsK fOr a LimOuSiNe who the f*ck would pay $128 for a 20 minute SUV ride. I would've taken an Uber for that! I've never not once written a bad review for any establishment, but this experience is BY FAR THE WORST experience with one and I hope my review steers anyone looking for a REAL limousine service, over to Presidential or Bell limousines! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMOA Y. Absolute trash. Swindled us right out of 128 for a dirty SUV

Unfortunately, the driver, Daniel, chose to pick up another group and left us stranded outside the Sphere. We were forced to wait over an hour for a solution, which completely disrupted our plans and ended our night on a bad note. This is unacceptable for a company that offers private transportation services. Reliability is the minimum you expect when you pre-book and pay for a service like this. I would not recommend this company. They were not professional or serious about their service.

First the email and phone team, completely flawless. That is team 1. Because of them, I expected the same level of support across the board. When we landed in Vegas and found the booth. The woman there was clueless. We watched her fumble with a single customer for 10 minutes. When We told her we needed a ride and had boarding passes, she had trouble understanding like we were the first to have them. She pointed us to a loading area and about 10 minutes later the shuttle came. We and another couple boarded and were buckled in and were getting ready to leave, then the man, who was equally clueless ran out waiving his arm advising another couple needed the shuttle. This took another 10 minutes. Had we been servived right away, we'd be at our hotel. It was a 40 minute delay and I've never, EVER, WAITED THAT LONG FOR AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE. We could have UBER, Vegas Loop or got a taxi for less and had immediate service. But wait, our driver drive really slow. I couldn't see the speedometer, but everyone else was blowing buy us. After he drooped the first guest, we were next. He passed our hotel and when I asked him if he was aware he missed the hotel, he said he didn't miss it. This is how I know he was clueless, not only did he have to make a uturn to get us there, he was now driving like he was behind schedule and driving in excess of the speed limit. Between the driver and the airport agents, they should really just be let go. Your role is too important to be that clueless. The return trip to the airport was smooth. Our driver was polite, intelligent and drove like he knew where he needed to be. Like the email and phone team, he was flawless. I don't think I'd use them again, because half the experience was just too irritating. But respect for the other half of the team that impressed us.

When I arrived in Las Vegas, I waited at the airport for over an hour and no one ever showed up to take a colleague and I. When we checked periodically to see what the update was regarding our driver's location, we were told that since we had such a large sorority conference, that all the buses upstairs were filled with our sorority sisters and we'd have to wait. After waiting an hour, we finally decided to ask for a refund and for our reservations to be cancelled. Since I had a round trip, I decided to go forth with my second reservation. BIG MISTAKE. Fast forward to preparing to leave Las Vegas. The line for suitcases was taking a bit of time, so I called my driver to communicate with him and see if he would be able to wait just a few minutes until I got my suitcase. I called and left a message since he didn't answer the phone. When I went back to my reservation to check his location, I noticed that he marked me as a no show. No phone call back. I called him again and let him know that I'd called and left a message to ask if I could have just a few extra minutes to grab my suitcase. He started yelling at me and said he didn't have time to wait. I wasn't out there at the scheduled time, therefore I was marked as a no show. I explained to him that I'd called and left a message explaining what was going on with the suitcases and that he didn't even call me back before marking me as a no show, and he began to get irate, YELLING AT ME, telling me that he didn't have to call me back since he was a driver. This left me stranded and scrambling for a last minute ride. I then had to pay additional money for a ride. I paid money to this company believing that they would deliver a service and they disappointed me twice. Awful customer service. I called the front office to let them know the order and to request a refund and they said they would let upper management know and get back to me within 3-4 business days about my refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

When I go to Vegas which I go a couple times a year I get airport limo service which with 2 previous companies included transportation both ways and is about $175 not including tip or anything. I called crown because the service I used 5 months ago had moved to another area and I saw the good reviews so I thought I would give them a try. I called asking about airport transportation and said I needed both ways and the lady said it was the usual amount I have paid with other companies. I had given her my flight information for my arrival flight and my return flight. Looking back at it now it seems like she was trying to ignore the return trip back to the airport. The driver arrived on time which was good, but when I asked if I could go somewhere and get juice and pop he kept pushing me to a liquor store saying they would have what I needed. I don't drink but whatever. We get there and the drinks were $6 for a 2 liter. The place was in a dark area and seemed kind of shady. They didn't have what I really wanted but I got something and spent $25 on 4 2 liters. After I got back to the limo the driver goes back inside it almost seemed like he gets a kickback to take us to that place which makes sense because of how adamant he was about going there. We arrive at the hotel after a 35 minute trip from pickup at airport to the hotel. I never received anything about the return trip back to the airport so I called the morning of and asked. I was told that no I wasn't in the system and they don't offer round trip service from the airport. They want you to pay double what you would pay with other limo services in the area. I didn't bother getting into it I know I was super clear that I thought I was getting round trip service. If you don't offer that tell me when I book. If I have to pay each way tell me when I book. But don't just book me for the trip from the airport and ignore all the times I said I needed return service leaving me hanging on the day I am supposed to return home. It just seems like Vegas has changed a lot recently when you go to a some restaurants they ask you what side do you want making it sound like it is included with the meal when it is not. It seems like everyone is out to just get money from you now there and not care about future business by you. It's disappointing because in Vegas they used to treat you very well and I always would tip very well because I liked being treated well. Those days are over though it's all about how can we get as much money from you now who cares if you come back.

I'm still smiling thinking about our wedding day, and Crown LV played such a special part in making…read moreit absolutely magical. My wife and I decided to splurge on a stretch limousine for our big day in Las Vegas, and I'm so glad we chose Crown LV after reading their reviews online. From the moment I first called to inquire about their services, I knew we were in good hands. The booking process was incredibly smooth - no hidden fees, no pushy sales tactics, just honest answers to all my questions. The woman who handled our reservation was so patient with me as I went back and forth on timing (you know how wedding planning can be!), and she even offered some great suggestions about photo locations along the Strip. The limousine itself was absolutely stunning. When it pulled up to our hotel, I actually got a little teary-eyed. It was pristine inside and out - leather seats that were clearly well-maintained, a fully stocked bar area, and ambient lighting that made everything feel so romantic. The sound system was perfect for our "getting ready" playlist, and there was plenty of room for me in my dress (which was no small feat!). But what really made the experience exceptional was our driver, Miguel. He was punctual, professional, and had this wonderful way of making us feel like celebrities without being intrusive. He knew exactly when to give us privacy and when to engage in conversation. When we were running about ten minutes behind schedule (wedding day nerves!), he was completely understanding and adjusted our timeline seamlessly. He even had breath mints and tissues ready - those little touches that show real attention to detail. The ride through Vegas was like something out of a movie. Miguel took us past some of the most iconic spots for photos, and he was more than happy to wait while we captured those once-in-a-lifetime shots. He clearly knows the city inside and out and helped us avoid the usual tourist traffic. What impressed me most was how Crown LV handled the little unexpected moments. When my bouquet started falling apart (cheap flowers, lesson learned!), Miguel actually had a small emergency kit in the limo and helped me secure it with some clear tape. And when my new wife accidentally spilled a bit of champagne on her shirt, Miguel had a stain removal pen ready. It's these thoughtful details that separate a good service from an exceptional one. The pricing was fair and transparent - exactly what we were quoted, no surprise charges. Given the level of service and the quality of the vehicle, I honestly feel like we got more value than we paid for. Our friends and family were so impressed when we arrived at our venue, and several of them asked for Crown LV's contact information for their own future events. That's probably the best testament to their service right there. If you're considering a limo service in Las Vegas for any special occasion, I can't recommend Crown LV highly enough. They didn't just provide transportation - they helped create memories that my wife and I will treasure forever. Sometimes you get exactly what you pay for, and sometimes you get lucky enough to receive so much more. Crown LV was definitely the latter.

They stopped responding to my emails and finally responded over yelp two months later. We were going to move forward with booking again per their message instructing to do so, and now they say they can't book out over three months in advance. No issue with the policy, but the bad communication and ghosting is a huge red flag. Edit: Booking request was for December, April 1 was the quote as mentioned, April 23rd I confirmed I'd like to move forward with booking they asked for final details to secure booking that day. They then ghosted when I provided what they requested (Follow up emails send 4/24, 4/26, 4/29). I tried contacting them through Yelp June 6th as they never responded. They responded and again asked for final details to secure booking and then informed me of their three month policy after all of this. If their company policy is 3 months, no problem, but this was not communicated at all for two months and they consider ghosting as communication of their policies.
