I called Winner Transportation to inquire if they could drive someone from Las Vegas airport to Bullhead City. I talked to Grant who was very polite, called me back when he said he'd call and said they could absolutely drive her. My sister was impressed with their service - meeting her at baggage claim, helping to take her luggage inside at her destination, great driver and conversationalist too. My sister used this service to go back to McCarron airport. They were on time and again very polite. My other sister who lives in Bullhead City will use their services when they have to go to Las Vegas for appointments PLUS she is already referring this company to all her friends. I had called 4 companies before Winner Transportation. They did not charge an arm & a leg for services! Another company wanted $500 - more than double the cost of Winner Transportation! I will use Winner Transportation from now on when I need transportation services in Las Vegas or River Cities. You should give them a try...you won't be disappointed. Here is a picture of one sister heading back to Las Vegas today. Thank you, Katheryn Henry read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH WINNER TRANSPORTATION LIMOUSINE. I EXPLICITLY booked a LIMOUSINE for pickup at the airport. I even asked the guy if the limousine had glasses inside his response was "absolutely". What we ended up getting was an dirty SUV, without glasses or anything. We paid $128 for this crap! It was a 20 minute ride from the airport, to the liquor store, to Harrah's resort. We were willing to pay for that price if it was a limousine but definitely not a dirty SUV without glasses! (Mind you the ONLY good thing about this experience was how pleasant and nice the driver was). When we called the company to say we did not ask for an SUV we asked for a limousine he straight up denied it saying I never asked for a limousine, and when i brought up the glasses he said "yes we have glasses" i asked "okay WHERE?" and all he did was stutter and ask to speak with the driver. The driver then said he would drive us to the station TO PICKUP THE GLASSES! I'm absolutely gobsmacked at this point. I said there was absolutely no point in that and we would just like to go to the hotel. This ENTIRE time we've been dealing with them they've called us LIARS for saying we dIdNT AsK fOr a LimOuSiNe who the f*ck would pay $128 for a 20 minute SUV ride. I would've taken an Uber for that! I've never not once written a bad review for any establishment, but this experience is BY FAR THE WORST experience with one and I hope my review steers anyone looking for a REAL limousine service, over to Presidential or Bell limousines! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMOA Y. Absolute trash. Swindled us right out of 128 for a dirty SUV read more

I just came back from a convention in Vegas and used Winner for my airport transportation. Our airport pickup driver was prompt and friendly. I had a 6am return flight, which meant a 4:30am pickup. Byron showed up early and was bright and cheerful. The vehicles were clean and comfortable. Overall the service was exactly was I expected and I would definitely recommend them. read more

NOT COOL...I was a regular non-business customer for over a year, and would order a Cadillac Escalade each time. Drivers were polite and professional, but most continued to ask me for directions. Isn't that why you hire a limo service, so you aren't bothered with that?? Company needs to provide drivers with updated GPS systems. Then my Cadillac Escalade kept getting swapped out on the day of my departure, at least 6 times...usually w/o prior notification. They would just roll up in a different vehicle!!! Here's the piece de resistance...made a reservation on 1/13/20 with Mike (usual limo scheduler) for the following week. Later that day received a confirmation email from Mike, along with an advisement of limo fare increase, effective same date, seriously. The invoice was $192.08 more than my usual roundtrip fare...and I was just going roundtrip from Southern Highlands to the Venetian!!! Next I queried about my upcoming trips booked 2 months earlier for Feb 1 and Mar 3...would those fares be honored at the original lower rate since the price increase was not in effect until 1/13?? Mike said he would speak with Ash (Owner). The very same Ash that several weeks prior said I was a valued customer...now values Corporate clients more. Never received a return call but did receive email(s) cancelling all my future reservations. Unethical business practices. But I do believe in KARMA... read more

Winner Transportation is my go to spot for luxury suv transportation and limousine services in Las Vegas. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing the correct vehicle for events planning and charters. The vehicles are in pristine condition and kept extremely clean for general rides as well as celebrity charters. The office is conveniently located off Twain and valley view so anytime I need to book a limo I can actually do it in office to save time. I like how friendly the drivers are and very respectful at the same time, they don't expect tips but are so grateful when given. Professional is the keyword that describes Winner Transportation from booking to the last stop on a ride and I definitely feel like a winner every time I use them for business and personal! Make sure to check them out in Vegas. read more

Last minute reservation, able to accommodate our large party, driver was on time, friendly and took us to all the major sites!! Would do business again!!! Customer service was awesome! read more

I booked a round trip on the Mercedes Sprinter Party Bus for my daughter and her 9 friends for her 16th birthday. It was great because I was able to sign a waiver allowing them to go without a parent supervising. The driver showed up exactly at the time booked on the dot! He was so nice. The kids were able to bring their drinks (non alcoholic of course) with them. It was clean, the music sounded great, cool party lights and there was no stripper pole. It was perfect!! Even on the return ride home, driver was on time! The only issue I had was the trip to the destination was so short and a very quick drive with no extra riding time. A little expensive for a 20 minute ride each way. Next time I will book a further drop off point so they can enjoy the ride! I recommend Winner Transportation and will use them again! read more

My group of 5 came in on Tuesday for a business convention . They flew with Delta so of course our flight was delayed. We called to let them know and they said no prob. The driver greeted us at baggage claim with an ipad that had our name on it. Joe was so great! He took pictures of us together. In the future I will definitely request him. Joe really knew how to treat customers. He got some jazz music going until we get to the hotel! They did upgrade us from a luxury sedan to an Escalade which was cool.We will continue to book Winner Limo service for all our Vegas trips! read more

I don't usually write a review but I found it difficult not to write a review after seeing the highest level of professionalism as well as customer service. We went to Vegas for a meeting and I was worried about the arrangement for the group I was leading but Winner Transportation made it super easy and convenient to all of us. From the beginning to the end of our stay in Vegas , Winner Transportation with its very friendly drivers not only gave us a peace of mind but also helped us to achieve our trip goal smoothly. I and my team highly recommend Winner Transportation for any sort of transportation need you may have in Las Vegas and in the area! read more

I made my airport reservations in March for a mid-June pick up. I called to confirm 2 days before and also received an email the day before. Our 5:30 time arrived and nobody was there. Then 5:40, then 5:45. I called and left 3 messages between 5:45 and 6:00, when we had to get in our car and drive to McCarren ourselves. When we got to our destination, there were 2 messages apologizing and an offer to comp our return trip. Sorry but that doesn't cut it as our car was now in long term parking. The whole idea was that we wouldn't have to find our car and drive home at 4AM. If this company wants to compete with the other limo companies they should have a 24 hour answering service that could have taken care of the problem immediately. We will NEVER use them again. read more

Booked my party bus but last minute we had a change in plans (venue/timing/numbers... EVERYTHING). I spoke with Marion, who was super efficient, organized, and accommodating. He was understanding and provided us with several different options to fit our new plans. The driver, Joseph, was super friendly and easy to contact. We went to the wrong door for pick up, and he had no problem coming directly to us. He took pictures, played great music, and even let us play our own. Because of the change in plans we had some time to kill after the drive so Joseph recommended some great spots for us to go to while waiting for our next reservation. Overall, we had a great experience! read more

Used them about 7 months ago. Prompt pickup and very well taken care of by the most professional and courteous driver. They respond almost right away if you email them. They really do go out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. She knew we were needing to stop by a liquor store before heading to the hotel so she was kind enough to have chilled beers already waiting for us. I am using them again this weekend! read more

Absolutely amazing service! I booked for my boss who was traveling to and from the convention center every day for a couple of days. It was an extremely busy time and they went out of their way to ensure we were covered for all of our rides (even though they were certainly overbooked). Cars were always there waiting for him and drivers were friendly. The dispatchers offer extremely personalized service. read more

6 friends and I used their Escalade service for a trip off the strip. Dan, our chauffeur, was the man. He gave us a nice price, was very professional and we would have definitely called him for the return service, but one of my local buddies came out and gave us a ride back! read more

One of the best experience I had, with the best company, people you name it. Our driver Jose was awesome. We extended our hour and didn't have a problem at all. Best Limo Service in Las Vegas. 110% Recommended !!! read more

We were picked up by this service for a Counts Kustoms tour while we were in Vegas. Our driver Steve was the best! He was early to pick us up, had a cooler stocked, and he gave us plenty of time at each stop. We were so impressed with Steve that we booked with him the next day for more sight seeing around LasVegas. That trip was just as enjoyable as the day before. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a reasonably priced ride with great customer service. read more

I was really interested in renting the 1928 Cadillac limo for my wedding.I was also planning on using their other vehicles for transportation throughout the week. I called the number on the website, and it's either the women had her family at the office with her or it went to her personal phone. Either way she answer ed her phone and didn't want to quote me because "its Christmas eve and she was with her family so she would take a message and return my call" it might have been okay if she said it nicely. But it was very rude. She should have let it go to voicemail or not picked up her phone! The level of didrespect will make me look elsewhere for another exotic limo. read more
