This company sent a van a month ago with a transmission that was slipping and making horrendous sounds. The driver back then said the company knews the issue. I did respond how unsafe that was given a 30+ mile drive through desert on a highway with 70mph speed limits. We'll, today that same van was dispatched to drive me the 60+ miles home.... we made it less than 3 miles before the vehicle broke down. To make matters worse, it is over 100° here in the Las Vegas valley. I called Medical Coach to complain that they had that van on the road. She retorted that I had never been in that vehicle so I was wrong. The driver today said that van has had issues and he was warned about it. I told her then their fleet needs attention. She then told me to find another way home and hung up on me, cancellung my ride. I am extremely disappointed that a company that is entrusted with our safety and wellbeing thinks saving a few bucks on maintaining their vehicles is more important than their clients safety and wellbeing. Sadly, I have limited choices living in a rural area.

I took the bus from New Vegas (the Strip) to Old Vegas (Fremont Street). It is a very economical way to get up and down the strip. It costs $6 for 32hours or $8 for 24 hours. It is very affordable if you plan on going up and down the strip. Getting a pass was easy. I did it on my phone while I waited for the bus. It took me less than 5 minutes to do. You can use your pass on your phone, Apple watch, credit/debit card, or physical pass. I used my phone. If you are going to use that option, just make sure you have enough battery to last. I did not feel unsafe on my rides, but there was no police presence on board. They do, however, have video monitoring on the buses. Fortunately, I never needed to see the reaction time on any of my trips. The bus was relatively clean. And I will be the first to admit that there are some very interesting people who ride the bus. The buses are ADA-compliant and have wheelchair lifts. The route is pretty much straight and can easily be followed using your map application of choice. I enjoyed my rides on the Deuce. It got me where I needed to be and saved me tons of money. If you have a little time to get to where you are going and do not need a direct route. I would highly consider this transportation option.

Some of the bus stops had actual benches, and others only had slanted metal strips about the shpae of a 2X4, to lean against. No issue with the policy, but the bad communication and ghosting is a huge red flag. Edit: Booking request was for December, April 1 was the quote as mentioned, April 23rd I confirmed I'd like to move forward with booking they asked for final details to secure booking that day. They then ghosted when I provided what they requested (Follow up emails send 4/24, 4/26, 4/29). I tried contacting them through Yelp June 6th as they never responded. They responded and again asked for final details to secure booking and then informed me of their three month policy after all of this. If their company policy is 3 months, no problem, but this was not communicated at all for two months and they consider ghosting as communication of their policies.
