The booking experience for this company was easy and they were flexible with changes we had. However, our actual ride experience was horrible. We were picked up over an hour late after a concert and got mixed stories of them being backed up and then the story changed to the freeway was shut (which it was). They said someone else was at the concert and they had booked a ride before us but the concert ended late, which it didn't. We then were told two additional locations before the freeway was closed. Nothing aligned. My main issue was I received a text an hour before my pickup the driver was on the way. Getting ahold of people was hard and the customer service was horrible. We were hung up on twice. I honestly feel bad for the driver that his team didn't help him more and provide a better customer experience. Wouldn't use them again due to the lack of transparency in the pick up process. Overall had a pretty good experience booking with Elite. They were responsive and was able to seamlessly make my reservations. They called to confirm a few days before and the day of the drivers were great at showing up right on time. The cars were super clean and easy to connect to bluetooth ! I wish i could give them a 5 but the drivers were a little aggressive. My word of advice is to make sure u clarify when making the reservation that you want to pay using CC or pay cash to the driver. Our allotted time was 230-430, supposedly we came at 240pm (but the driver was going over the rules) so they charged us $200 extra for being late during our allotted time frame. One week prior to arrival I received a call to confirm but the bus they confirmed was different. I called back to advised this is not the bus confirmed in email. Day of event I was called again to confirm bus and arrival time and again, wrong bus confirmed but I was told seating capacity the same. They are very pushy to book & reserve saying "almost sold out" which I can understand but the day of my event no one showed up so I had to call, turns out they never booked my appointment or they forgot about it. Driver showed up as fast as he could but we were only able to do an hr instead is 2 because we had to be at our venue. The owner only wanted to discount $25 which made no sense. It was a lot of "we understand but what do you want us to do" no apology. Also the bus I reserve was for 35 people and we were 30 and 3 of us were sitting on laps. Either they sent us whatever they had available or there measurements are off. Weeks after there customer service lady gave me a call to see how our event went as she had no idea what happened, she assured me she booked my appointment so I guess they just forgot about us. She told me like I am so sorry next time we will give you a better deal. So I ask for a quote for an upcoming birthday and she was quoting me a very expensive quote because pick up was further than my previous location. Which is false, my first location is 15 miles from them and the new one is 10 miles but some how that's more expensive. I just took it as an insult. AWESOME. I am a control freak (to say it conservatively). Alan and Stephanie at Elite handled all my questions and requests for our event professionally and in a timely manner. We rented out Big Daddy - their largest party bus for our group of 31 people for my husband's 40th birthday party on 11-2-13. We all came in from out of town, so the potential for our night being ruined was very high. Having been on party buses before where the sound did not work or they were late or whatever, I was nervous about this all shaking out perfectly....and I tend to have high expectations when throwing a party. John was our driver. He picked us up at MGM on time and took us to the stops we wanted (Peppermill and Mix) and even to the Las Vegas sign for a great group photo. Our group's theme was 70's Disco, so John had a Disco mix waiting on the sound system for us. He did absolutely everything we asked and even checked the sound system before coming to get us (to ensure it was working - my biggest fear). Billing, scheduling,... everything went perfectly. Elite Transportation's shuttles are unreliable and their customer service is awful. They would have completely left 25 of my friends and I abandoned at EDC had I not been proactive in my communication, unlike them. Book at your own risk, and take the several negative reviews on this page as a representation of the experience you risk having. In late April 2021, I called and booked a shuttle to drive my friends and I from EDC to our lodging in North Las Vegas each night after the festival. I was sent a reservation confirmation for each of the trips that were to be on 10/22, 10/23, and 10/24 at 6am. This was done six months in advance. I have these confirmations in my email and on record. In early Sept 2021, I picked up a call from Elite Transportation asking for my credit card number so they could keep it on file and charge the deposit. I gave them my information over the form, and completed the credit card authorization form that was emailed to me from elite@partybusinvegas.com. I have the credit card authorization form link in my email and on record. A week before our rides, I received a voicemail from Elite Transportation calling in regards to my EDC reservation. I called back an hour later. The woman on the line, who identified herself as Isabel, said she was calling to confirm my reservation. I confirmed it, and she said that the payment for the ride would be due in cash upon arrival of the driver. I was confused because I had provided my credit card, but they said that as long as I hadn't been charged the deposit yet then I should be all set to just give my driver cash - I checked the aforementioned credit card authorization form link which also said that I was confirmed and that my info was on the reservation. My last words to her were "so we're all set for next week?" and she said "Yes! Have a good night!" The day before EDC, I called Elite Transportation to ask about where we should expect to meet our driver when we were ready to leave. They unceremoniously told me that my reservation had been cancelled ("deleted by the owner"), despite the repeated confirmations because they never received my credit card authorization. When I went to check the aforementioned credit card authorization form link, it now said that the associated reservation had been deleted. After a several hours of panic and repeatedly being gaslit by Elite Transportation's customer service ("this is your fault", "this is not what our records said", "this is a he-said, she-said situation"), they called back offering to rebook my group on a shuttle leaving EDC at 8am (note that this is 2.5 hours after the festival has ended and 2 hours after what we originally booked) for 125% more than what we originally confirmed. Had I not called to do one last confirmation, they wouldn't have even told me that the shuttle was not coming and would have abandoned 25 of us without a ride at EDC Las Vegas. The only bright side of this is that due to their customer service repeatedly forgetting to use the credit card information that I gave them, I was never charged for any of these rides. I look over the abundance of negative reviews where folks had a difficult time getting their deposits back after the company's failure to provide the services and somehow have to count myself fortunate to not be among them. It appalls me that their business can continue to run like this, and I suggest that you take your business elsewhere. read more

We had a soccer team of 10 year old girls and families to total 42 people to and from dinner...Kristie was our driver and she was AMAZING! She was in communication earlier in the day, right before pick up, explained everything to the girls wonderfully and kind. Dinner was running late and she was overly accomodating and understood. The bus was so clean, bright, fun, bluetooth music selection of your very own....the girls had the time of their life and Kristie even took the girls to the Vegas sign for a photo opp!
