If I would have gone to the ER, I would have waited forever, and risked catching something else . Insurance ? Yes they take! $10 co-pay. I have repeatedly attempted to contact the office regarding urgent time sensitive medical issues , but my phone calls, text messages, and online portal inquiries have all gone unanswered. Navigating a significant health concern is stessful enough without having to constantly chase down a medical team for basic communication. Because the staff fails to return messages or handle critical patient correspondence efficiently, I cannot reccomnend this practice to anyone requiring reliable or urgent care. Responsive administration support is vital to patient safety, and unfurtuately this office fall completely short.

Well, three days prior to my surgery, I found out the doctor changed the surgery time by 6 hours! So now, I didn't have a ride back which was required. I called her and even though it was last minute, she was so sweet and accommodating. She asked me the procedure I was having and she gave me a bunch of tips on how to prepare and what to make sure I had on hand. She gave me more Dos and Do Nots than my doctors office did! Then, the day before surgery, the doctors office notified me that I had to take 4 Xanax before I arrived there 1.5 hours later. I'm super sensitive to medicine and I knew I would be a mess. I was scared to ride with a stranger in an uber like that so I texted Stephanie like 16 hours in advance asking her if she could take me too. She had training until 10am and I needed to be picked up by 10:30am at the latest and she said she would make it work! She was here at 10:25am- I do not remember this entire interaction. I was seriously drugged up. If it was an Uber- who knows what could have happened?! She dropped me off, made sure I was okay, left and was waiting for me when I got out. She brought me home, made sure I was settled in. Went over all the meds and what to take and when to take them. She gave me a time chart form so I don't lose track of what I've taken because I'm on medication. She has followed up with me to check on me--I just cannot say enough good things! Her character shows through. She's exactly who should be a nurse caring for people. Shes so thoughtful and makes you feel so cared for. Do not think twice!
