DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They would receive a '0' if it were possible here!! They were to pick up my brother from a nursing home facility to transport him to his VA appt for a place to live and receive nursing care. He had a 7am appointment for this with US Vets. The ride was scheduled by his case worker. When my brother was discharged from the facility he waited and waited and they never showed up. He was found deceased the following morning not far from where he was supposed to be living and receiving medical treatments after attempting to use public transportation (the bus system)to get to USVets When I called Daniella at MedLife all she could do was loudly make excuses for them not showing up to pick my brother up! Not once did she express condolences for the loss of my brother's life. She rambled on and on about how it wasn't her fault because there "system" broke down and it's not her fault. In attempting to arrange a rather difficult interstate transfer for my father, from California to Henderson, NV they misrepresented themselves and their abilities and willingness. My father has a g-tube, which we were entirely transparent about. We were told they would be happy to assist us. We talked with them on the phone- went to their office- checked out the van- met with the manager. We did our due diligence. We made all kinds of other arrangement with the myriad agencies involved. Then, after we had provided all the information and documentation required, they said "Oh sorry, we cannot transport a patient with a g-tube". Unprofessional, Unreliable, Very Poor indeed. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE DISHONEST! DO NOT USE MEDLIFE TRANSPORTATION! THEY ARE MOST UNRELIABLE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IN LAS VEGAS! I scheduled a pick up and they guaranteed me the driver would wait one hour for my procedure at the medical clinic and then drive me home. I paid extra for the wait time. I called twice before the procedure to confirm that they would wait for me for one hour during the procedure and they confirmed they would; however, on the day of the procedure, when I got picked up by MedLife Transportation, the driver said he was not sure that he could wait for me. So he called his boss, Danielle while we were at the medical clinic, and she started screaming at him on his phone, on speaker, with everyone in the room able to hear while Danielle screamed at him that he could not stay and wait for me. The doctors office had to cancel my appointment and I had to reschedule it. I could have lost my excellent medical provider because of MedLife Transportation and their dishonesty. read more

Not sure who they hire as drivers but extremely dangerous. Was driving N-95 in the carpool lane (with my kids) and they came flying up behind me, tailgated me for a mile, so close I could not see their headlights in my rear view mirror. I set an appointment for a procedure at 730 a.m. I was told my pickup time would be 630 a.m. I called at 645 and they told me that they had my pick up time as 730. First they told me they would have a driver to me by 718. Then they called back and said they couldn't make it at all.
