(They do require prepayment but I was fine with that.) I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment (their first of the day), prepared to wait but within just five minutes one of the staff came out to check me in. She was very polite, cheerful and professional. Less than five minutes later, my test was done and she told me I should expect the results within 30 minutes, that I could either wait or just get a coffee and come back. While I was waiting, I saw them test someone else, also within less than five minutes of them driving up. And the results were handed to me on time. Can't ask for more. I came here after walking out of a bad experience at another tester the day before. This is how testing can and should be done. Will definitely return as needed.

Community ambulance sent over two EMT'S. One was a female of normal weight, and the other was a big man that must have weighed 450 pounds. I am 208 pounds myself. So at my age and being a fall risk, I needed to call them. I told them I have a bad back and the female offered her hand and tried to get me up, but failed. The man tried to get me up by trying to pick me up from behind. He put his hands around the sides of my ribs. (I had no bra on) and tried to lift me up as he was lifting me up, his hands went up the sides of my breasts! I had a t-shirt and pants on. I told him to stop and that he was hurting me. I had told him i have a bad back, but he insisted on trying the same stupid move again. And again, I told him he was hurting me and to stop! My friend heard everything that went on. I said I will crawl over to my hassock and lift myself up. I put both my hands up to motion to him to NOT try that again! I did get up, successfully on my own. He then tried to talk me out of going to the Hospital, but I wanted to go because I had the flu and did not feel well. It was cold in Community Ambulance and both of them sat up front as if I did NOT EXIST! I grabbed the sheet (There was no blanket) and draped it around me. His name was Michael M. He thought he was so cool. but he should be fired for his incompetence, and he laughed all the way to the Hospital even when we were waiting from them to sign off.
