Pretty good. Totally worth it. We gad a great time in Vegas with this trip from Casablanca Express. They delivered everything as promised. The Plaza Hotel was very good, especially since it was basically free with this promotion. It was in a good location, and the service was very good. I would stay there again. The restaurant .com card they gave us was basically useless to me since it's such a nuisance to use. The Bite card seems to be very good, because you can save some good chunks of change with that, like 2 for 1 helicopter rides, etc. Though we have not used it yet. The show tickets they gave us were a bit of a disappointment. There is some sort of fee for any of the "free" shows. Most of the better shows were 2 for the price of 1. And one ticket could cost $70-$90 or more. On some of the other smaller shows you'd always have to pay something, not really a huge deal, but they aren't really "free". For instance there would be a $5 or $10 service charge per person, or a 2 drink minimum at $15 per drink (i.e.$30 per person), and so forth. We decided to see a show that had a $5 service charge only. So, after driving to planet Hollywood and parking in their huge garage, and walking around this big mall searching for the theater, then waiting in line a 1/2 hour, when we got up to the ticket window to get our $5 tickets the girl at the window said they are all sold out of the $5 tickets because there are only about 10 of those seats ever available in the theater, so they only have $15 seats available for our "free tickets" that we had. So we paid $15 each. The show was good but not worth any more than that. The sales presentation was fine, a little confusing at times, but it sounded like a decent offer. It was not high pressure at all, and the sales people were all very pleasant. We were out of there in 2 hours, probably would have been less if we did not act interested and did not ask questions. After the presentation they gave us a voucher for $100, we walked a few feet to the cashiers window in the casino and exchanged it for $100 cash. So that was nice and easy. read more

This a trash agency , they hang up in your face. They dont keep their word about extra you are suppose to get with the vacation package hyatt vacation needs to conduct business with another company i will NEVER use them again and i have cancelled all future trips through this company read more

This is a horrible scam. They claimed in the radio that I won a free cruise. I then called and they said I had to do 90 min presentation I. Which they tried to sell me timeshares. I declined. They charge me $100 to activate trip in which I paid and then when it came time to book. I had to pay another $225 supposedly for deposit and taxes on hotel. When I called to make reservations they asked for another $250. This whole operation is a scam. Everytime I call I am getting transferred all over. I am going to file a suit to get my money back because they played me out of $325 if I could post 0 stars that's what it would be . I am so disappointed read more

This company is a scam company where the employees will easily lie to you to get your money and to make you feel as though you're getting what you want so that you don't make complaints. Stay far far away from these scammers and liars! I won a trip through a free ticket entry at a basketball game. Chad eventually called me to confirm my trip. He kept telling me what great offers they had but intentionally avoided giving me all the details. He told me that a $199 deposit was required and was simply treated as an RSVP but this would be "refunded to me on a Visa card as soon as [I got] to the hotel"; those were his exact words. I confirmed this with him numerous times before agreeing to pay the deposit. I then called the 877 number that I was directed to so that I could pick the dates and hotel for my trip. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the associate that I spoke with, but he then informed me that Chad gave me false information. I was now being told that I would actually get $250 back on the Visa card but only after sitting through 90-120 minute presentation, which Chad NEVER mentioned, despite the many times I asked him to confirm that I was getting my deposit back "as soon as I got to the hotel" as he initially stated. I then asked this representative for Chad's number so that I can follow up with him about this. The representative assured me he was giving me Chad's number as he stated, "of course I know him; I work with him." I promptly called the number given to me only to find that I was told another lie; the number belonged to someone named Neil. Calling back the number that I initially spoke to Chad on, I was luckily able to get back in touch with Chad. He tried many ways to excuse his lie, but the short of it is that he intentionally misled me to get me to go along with their set up. I expressed my disappointment to Chad and requested to speak with his manager, which he told me was Nathan. He said that his manager wasn't currently in, but he would have him give me a call, which was another lie. I never got a call back. I even called again and left a message and still no call back. Now when I try and call, I am being sent straight to voicemail. So, clearly, Chad has gone to additional lengths to intentionally ignore me after he purposely lied to me more than once. I do not believe this is the customer service of an honest company, and their practices absolutely need to be looked into and investigated. Luckily, I was able to get my money refunded without too much of a hassle, but I can only imagine how many people's money they have stolen that didn't get refunded. Be aware of their deceptive tactics if you chose to give them a try. read more

This company called me for me to hear their spill about travel. Heard their spell listen if I listen to it for about an hour to a half hour that I could get a trip and exchange for my time what did I do that for I ended up being sucked into a scam. the initial trip was for Seattle which I paid them $200 and $50 to be able to go to Seattle in which I was told by one of the employees that It was actually a timeshare presentation which at that point I went on ahead and canceled because I'm not interested in attending a time presentation i did ask for a refund because I was not going to be flying from where I am to Washington State to here time share presentation for an hour and then have to leave and come back Then I was transferred to a Russell and they went on ahead and issued the refund out for the Seattle trip they called me again and said that they had another trip for another $200 deposit I could go to I believe it was either Las Vegas or Orlando so I said okay I'll go ahead and give them the down deposit and I'll go ahead and make reservations to be able to go later down the road I got to thinking I cancelled Seattle but i realized I had purchased that second trip and needed to cancel it and called them to cancel when I did call them to cancel I asked for a manager Go ahead and cancel that reservation with a manager who was very argumentative in regards to providing maybe fun but did advise me that they will call you to refund the second trip and I gave him my information to do so keeping in mind that all of these months I have a thieving messages for this Russell person emailing him sometimes with no reply and having to hunt him down in order to speak with It was a time and point where I called literally four times in one day I did not get a return call back I called so much and left so many messages finally did getting a hold of them /him and letting them know that I was not going to be going to this trip by that time I had felt something was up what was up is that this is a scam I was told by the manager We will go ahead and refund your money for the second trip since you did (not )stay at the hotel and And as I had told him I'm not going to pay you for something that I did not partake in as I awaited from October 18th to November 15th of the 2024 I had not received the refund from The manager nor the company the manager who got all my information so I waited until November 15th I called back and spoke to This Russell person again and he kept reiterating all calls are recorded all calls are recorded all calls are recorded they went back on their promise and said that he was not going to refund the $200 because they had to pay for a room that I was not aware that they had to pay for a room and so now I have to obtain legal counsel and now I have to try to fight this company for my $200 that they scammed me out of and promised me that they were going to refund to people everywhere do not give them your money because if you do it's a chance that they will renege on you It is a horrible scam that this company is running I informed this Russell person that if he was not going to be from the money why didn't he call me from October 18th to November to let me know with another time to pick up the phone and information that they were going to renege and he informs me that they have thousands of of people and that there's no way he can call them he was waiting for me to call him back This is the scam be aware of the scam I told him that I have a very busy life and I have a life he is not the center of my life and I had remembered to cancel the reservation thinking and knowing I had purchased two vacations so they have stolen my money and they are a sham buyers be very aware read more

We were so excited for a trip to Vegas. But when we tried to redeem our certificate we were so unhappy. The trip was for three days and the travel agent told us we would be traveling for two days and only day in Vegas one day and the agent did not put us up in the hotel that we were promised. I have tried to contact them several times and they will not return my calls. We have yet to finalized our tip and it has been since September of last year! A rating of one star is to much for the service you get but it would not let me rate the, any lower. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED. read more

If I could give a 0 Star rating, I would. They do everything they possibly can to NOT book your "free hotel," (which is essentially a Motel 6, by the way,) and they bank on frustrating you so much that you eventually just give up, so they don't have to give you anything. Don't waste your time. They will not respond to you, and if you do actually get a live person, they will lie to you. First of all, you have to book your travel several months in advance and you can't pick the actual days you want; you have to pick from a very select few options that never include any weekends. (I originally had booked my trip for early 2020. That of course had to be cancelled due to COVID. They did let me switch my destination and dates, which is the only positive thing I can say about them. BUT later when it came time to book my actual travel, they claimed to have NO knowledge of my trip changes. More on that in a minute.) After "reserving" my travel back in Feb of 2022, I was told that they couldn't give me any sort of information about my trip or which hotel I would be booked for. I had to wait for my assigned travel agent Martica to reach out to me one month before my trip to go over the trip details. That seemed pretty sketchy, as I really couldn't book my airfare or plan anything for my trip, because I didn't know where I was even going, but I took a leap of faith. I really should have known better.  When there was only a few weeks to go until my trip and no one had reached out to me, I started contacting customer service. I've emailed 4 times and called them 8 times this week alone. The same customer service person I spoke with multiple times, claimed my assigned travel agent had tried to reach out to me. (I do not have a single voicemail or email from CBE.) The customer service person then assured me that she had my contact info and she would escalate my case, and have a manager or travel agent respond to me. Big surprise - no one EVER returned my calls or emails.  After calling 8 times, (and probably spending several hours of my time waiting on hold), I finally got a hold of my assigned travel agent Martcia, (who up until this point, I really didn't believe was actually a real person, as I had emailed her and left her multiple voicemails, and she never, ever responded to me.) She first tried to claim that she had called and left me a voicemail today, which was an absolute lie, as I did not receive a single call today from anyone.  She then claimed that she knew nothing about my changed travel dates and destination, (proving that nothing at all had been reserved for me back in February.) She then finally revealed that the "free hotel" was just a Motel 6, and that I had to pay more money if I wanted anything better or if I wanted to be in a nice area of the city. I finally gave up at this point. I cannot stress enough how shady this company is. They will do everything that they can to wear you down so you give up on getting your free trip. read more

Let me start by saying if there was a way to give a negative star I would. BUYERS BEWARE! If you are thinking of buying timeshare with this company think again before signing on the dotted line. Casablanca Express and the employees who work there have no integrity and do not honor their commitments. What started out as an agreed three night stay in Las Vegas with Brian turned into a bait and switch for only two nights when a different rep (Anthony) emailed the hotel confirmation. To make matters worse they added a new requirement to sit through another 120 minutes presentation in order to get my "free stay." AND if I didn't show up I would be charged a $200 no show fee. When I called Casablanca Express to resolve the discrepancy Sr. Rep Anthony P. refused to acknowledge the original arrangement he claimed when I agreed to do a hotel upgrade that changed the original terms of the agreement. Brian failed to mention that during our call leading to multiple attempts with Anthony to get right. Anthony felt cheated out of a deal so as a result created a lesser valued package. Further escalation to resolve this matter only resulted in long holding periods on the phone and a transfer to one rep to another who would not correct the trip nor were they willing to go to the source. I suspect it is because they would find out I was right. I am beyond disappointed with this unrepeatable company and plan to let everyone in my network of travelers to stay away. read more

(Ours was done through the California Casablanca but apparently they all operate the same) Lmao this wasn't a "free" trip from our timeshare meeting. We ended up paying for LITERALLY everything when you decimal and dollar it all in. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam! In order to even get our trip from our timeshare meeting, Casablanca makes you submit your initial paperwork to them with a $50 non-refundable fee. THEN you pay $200 (or it could be another amount depending on where you're going. We went to Vegas from California) for "taxes and fees for the trip" allegedly. Then we needed to pay $50 to get our flight at just a DECENT departure and arrival times. And we paid the resort fees which was $100. Our room rate was $9/day. If you do the math, we paid fully for our flight and hotel stay. They didn't pay anything. And also, they make it a lot of back and forth through mailing in diff things just to get stuff set up. So you can get your money order lost in the mail or paperwork and you're SOL! I had to write down our contract or paperwork # somewhere in my phone so I can always connect it to my calls and anything I sent to them. read more

I've been to many timeshare presentations and have had lots of free gifts through these types of companies and this one is one of the worst. They lure you over the phone with good rewards, but then you arrive to find out they were not what they said. Now we expect some trickery from presentations like this, but not outright lies. We specifically asked a lot of questions before arriving to ensure it would be worth our time. We asked about the quality of the room, the actual free-ness of the tickets and the extent of the dining dollars. They assured us it was a top quality room, totally free shows and totally free meals. They flat out lied. I have been to presentations before that promise $150 and what you get is a legitimate $150, but with this place NO! What you really get are coupons. For the shows, they are free except for a small fee, so not free. You also get the worst seats unless you pay another $10 upgrade. For the restaurant money it comes as a coupon for restaurant.com where you can buy a discount. So basically you spend like $50 on the coupon which gives you $50 at the restaurant when you spend $100. So again, not free. And lastly the hotel was free aside from a small fee and again they give you the worst room, not a "top quality" as was promised. The front desk offered us an upgrade for $30 so we took that and I'm glad we did. Overall, even though we had fun in Vegas (how can you not?) we feel lied to and coerced. Now people say that a lot when it comes to timeshare presentations, but as a timeshare owner who has been to many presentations, I don't just say that about every timeshare. Other timeshares I have been to are very convincing sales people, but they aren't rude. Other timeshares promise big rewards that are never as easy to get as they make it seem, but they are STILL rewards and FREE. The last few timeshares I got $150 to spend no strings attached, a two day stay in a suite in Escondido that did not cost me a dime and tickets to an amusement park that were totally free, no fee and no tax. A good timeshare offers you a great freebie with no strings attached, other than the obvious presentation, is honest about the length of the presentation and tries to sell you convincingly, but doesn't push if they see you aren't interested. This company definitely met the third criteria, but the first two which make the whole thing worth it were missing. read more

They offer "free", but they mean "fee". Send in a deposit to lock in your reservation activation, then wait 3 business days and then book your trip x days out and then wait for a phone call, etc. Then your "free" 100 meal credit is really a buy a coupon program. I am not used to being lied to. I'm not sure how this company still exists. When we went in for the timeshare presentation, one of the guys asked that my wife, who has a pain disease sit down, when I explained that she had to stand because of her disease, he actually got angry and tried to insist that she sit down! If you think this program get's better, you will be disappointed. They should be called Rip Off Express. read more

Be prepared to pay for an upgrade so you're not staying in a bottom of the barrel hotel, make several phone calls to leave a message for your assigned rep, and freak out at the last minute because you STILL haven't received your travel itinerary or tickets days before you're supposed to depart. Also, be ready to be lied to as to whether you can bring your kids (or at least 2 of them). My husband and I got a "free" vacation from going to a timeshare presentation. When we were ready to schedule our trip, which was well within the deadline printed on our voucher, I was told, "Out of courtesy, I will honor your voucher, but out first available trip date is over 6 weeks after your voucher expires, so technically you waited too long. We get over 800 calls a day to book trips. You should have called way earlier." We were told that children were not allowed at the "resort" we were being booked into, yet we were actually booked into a cheapskate Knights Inn Motel for something like $38 a night. This is NOT the premium room we were originally told it would be. I was angry. How was I supposed to know that without being told or encouraged to call immediately when I got home from the presentation? Then, the upselling started. We paid $160 deposit, $50 deposit to hold our trip, and upgraded from a Knights Inn 15 minutes away from Hershey Park to a Comfort Inn & Suites 8 minutes from Hershey Park for $39. So, we are paying $250 for this "free" vacation, ha ha ha, joke's on us. I started calling them every few days when we were 45 days out, which is when they tell you to expect a confirmation call with details about your trip, but that call never came. The company blamed Hurricanes Irma and Maria, which is reasonable, but for them to completely ignore us for nearly a month and play phone tag with messages leaving no details about our trip, just to call them back and sorry we missed you? That's unacceptable. Only when our rep started calling us back and we were able to take the calls because we weren't at work did we find out that we could have taken our 3-year-old with us and that we had 2 adult tickets to Hershey Park and 2 child tickets. Wait, what? We were told kids weren't allowed at our accommodations, so how was that supposed to work? Ugh, whatever! We had already arranged for my parents to drive up from South Georgia to watch her. They love her to bits, so it worked out, but what a pain in the butt to be lied to! She would have loved all the little kid rides and games and things there. Oh, well. Today, we are 2 business days away from our scheduled arrival date at our hotel and we STILL haven't received an email with our itinerary, tickets, or anything. I had to call yet again and beg customer service reps to help me and, "Please, don't automatically transfer me to the rep I've been assigned. She and I are already playing phone tag again." She agreed to help and said that we would be receiving an email today with all of the details. Sure, we shall see.... Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy phone tag, being placed on hold a lot, don't mind spending several hundred dollars for your free vacation, and being given the run-around. Worst travel agency I've dealt with ever. read more

We won a trip with Casablanca to Vegas over the radio. We paid a $150 deposit, promised to be returned upon checking in at the hotel. When we checked in the front desk knew nothing of this $150 return. Turns out we had to wait until the TimeShare presentation to receive this and the other promised gifts. TimeShare presentation went 30 minutes over the time we were given. Even after multiple times saying no we weren't interested at this time, 3 other people came to try to convince us. After the presentation we were given vouchers for the $150. Which was easily refunded at the cashiers in the casino. We were also give VIP tickets to the Lovers or Losers show. Which we were promised free drinks. Turns out nobody gets free drinks. I don't get what the point in being "VIP" was since everyone had the same access to the VIP experience. We also received a $100 voucher for restaurant.com which shocking (being sarcastic) is not free. You must purchase something to use the $100. Overall, not pleased with this experience. Would have expected more from a company attempting to sell expensive timeshares. read more

Just don't. I got on their list by attending a high-pressure timeshare sales event for fun. It was fun and I highly recommend it for the entertainment value (mine was in San Dimas, CA), but for the love of gods don't give them your actual phone number. It's now three years later and I still get phone calls, half of them immediate hang ups, all of them from an 818 or other southern California area code. Telling them to stop doesn't work. Sometimes my bitching on Yelp will yield a call or message from a corporate-type, the shambling, dead-eyed Camaro drivers who I imagine watch menacingly over the chirpy Filipino call center workers who solicited me a week prior. Generally they assert that it couldn't possibly have been their company who called me (I've taken to asking), and if it was it had nothing to do with the high-pressure timeshare sales event. Last note -- I did get a few free to discounted travel offers from attending the sales event. They proved so impossible to use with restrictions applied that I, infinitely flexible and critically cheap, didn't even use them. read more

Liars, scammers, con artists. Will report them to Better Business Bureau and I suggest you do the same if you've had a negative experience with them. They commit fraud and should be sued. Mike was incredibly unprofessional and will do anything for a sale. Do not trust anything they tell you. This company won't be around for much longer. Booked me for the Plaza Hotel. Booked my flight thinking what they said was true. They called a few days later saying the Plaza Hotel was unavailable for those dates. Now they have me paying full price staying four nights at the Circus Circus (which I'm not really sure of because they never sent a confirmation e-mail detailing my stay or reservation). In order to get my $150 deposit back I have to attend this 90 minute timeshare presentation from which I will purchase nothing. Should have never trusted that the "free 2 night stay" I won on the radio was legitimate. These people are selfish and horrible. read more

I have not even checked in and I'm already giving it ZERO stars. Completely dishonest. Total scam save your time and money! The hotel is horrible. I am not sure why they book you at a low budget hotel if they WANT you to buy timeshare?! Further, you must pay additional resort fees (in this case more than the room itself!) and they told me before booking it was pet friendly. We planned our entire trip with this in mind to find out it is not true. The "free" gift cards/show etc are not free and also are not very good. Save your time and money. Do NOT use them. You can do much better on your own! read more

They called me numerous times and we ended up with 2 Las Vegas travel/timeshare packages. I booked both so we wouldn't need to pay airfare twice. A month before we were to leave they called to say I couldn't do them back to back, yet we had done this before. They are the company that sold me 2 packages and they are the ones that booked the stays. I had already bought airfare so I was stuck! When I called back, the hold on the phone was very long, and Michael got my call but wouldn't answer so I was left in limbo until he finally started speaking. Not acceptable. So the next time I had to call back, he transferred me to the wrong extension. This is their customer service? Ok, I had to call in again and hold forever again but now I am writing this review. Don't bother with them read more

I got a phone call probably from filling out contest raffle form at an AMC theater. A representative called me at October and said that all I had to do is attend a 90 minute presentation. I would then get a 3 night stay at Vegas (weekdays) or 2 night stay (Friday and Saturdays), $100 cash, $100 restaurant.com gift card, $200 Binion's free slot play voucher, and a three night voucher bonus vacation stay. The catch? $199 charged to my credit card. I called to book my stay. The rep made my request easy. I was to stay at Plaza hotel in downtown Las Vegas. The hotel is not bad for a remodeled. Rooms were bigger than average fitting two queen beds. More on the hotel on a separate review. My presentation was set for the next day in the morning. Check in was easy I just needed a "significant" other. I had my relative as my significant other. To them our IDs showed that we lived at the same address. To be qualified for free goodies you have to be living with a significant other or be married. 90 min presentation (at Saturday 10 am) was more like two hours. They show a video and an agent ask questions from a classroom sized of qualified prospects regarding their opinion of having a hotel versus a point based vacation ownership. Then everyone is broken into couples and a dedicated sales rep go for the close. If you don't bite then another rep comes to talk. If not you get to talk to a "manager" who gives you the goodies after saying no. For the free trip to Vegas or Hawaii (your additional bonus vacation voucher) be prepared to pay processing fee and deposits. The room was good but paying 15 dollar a day for resort fee was not pleasant as other reviewers said the plaza does not justify being a resort. Got 100 dollars cash as promised. The bite card is semi useful if you are watching shows at the quad like "recycled percussions." Or go on a Grand Canyon tours. Check out vegasbitecard.com to see participating retailers. The restaurant.com card was a joke. Why would I have to pay to get a discount? The $200 free slot play in horseshoe was a scam. You play a carnival slot which prints a coupon for free picture of you and a million dollars cash (cash protected in one inch plexiglass clear casing). If they say you can rent out your timeshare for money it's obviously a scam as timeshares cost thousands and you don't own the property, only a vested interest. Think of how softwares you bought. In reality you only bought I license to use the software. I would've been happy if the room and resort fees were comped and the 200 dollar slot play could be used to play on real slots using my players card. As a result I don't trust em unless my stay is absolutely free with the cost of a 90 minute presentation. read more

I really, really wish I would've read these reviews before I booked with them. I bought a deal on Colorado's Best Deals (a Groupon-like website), and then when I called in to book my stay, they pretty much up-sold me into staying for 4 nights for "free," as long as I listened to a 90 minute time share presentation. What other people say here is 100% true. When you get to Vegas, they'll be no strip for you. Nope, rather a shuttle ride to the "fine" Plaza (I'll review this he*l hole more later) in downtown Las Vegas. It was one of the most horrifying hotel stays I've ever had. The room was tiny, had stains all over the walls and carpet and smelled horrible. The sink clogged (and smelled rotten), the staff was rude (except for the Poker Dealer -- he was great), and they have a $12 "resort" fee to cover your 2 bottles of water and a tiny, stinky fitness room. The timeshare presentation itself wasn't so bad. The company, RSL Resorts, I believe, were right in the hotel, so all we had to do was take the elevator down to floor 3. The salesman was horrible (just a bad salesman), which made telling them no that much easier. In any case, I guess the old mantra "you get what you pay for" is true. You pay "free" through Casablanca Express, expect to get that kind of quality. My suggestion: AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!) read more

You're much better off with Expedia! Received a "free" trip for 2 to any major U.S. destination of choice, picked Boston, paid $300 in "fees", and received terrible flights and a motel that was over an hour away from the airport. Upgraded to better flights for an additional $215 because the original flights had two stops each way. Renting a car was highly recommended and when I looked at how much that would cost, I would have to pay over $400 for that. Awful, awful, awful. Do not ever give these guys $$ unless you want to work with a company that doesnt tell you all of the hidden costs and fees you have to pay after paying initial fee.. Worst travel service ever!!! Would give it negative stars if I could!! I won a free hotel stay to Las Vegas from a wedding fair. There were a lot of restrictions to the voucher so I called for more info. I was tricked into "upgrading" my free vacation by their manager Brian by paying $100 for the following gifts: $100 restaurant card from bite.com; free show at Planet Hollywood, upgrade to 3 weekday stay or 2 weekend day at the hotel, and $100 cash back. When I received the fine print of my upgrade, I was outraged. The restaurant card is limited to very few restaurants in Vegas; a mandatory 90min presentation to receive these gifts seemed to have slipped Brian's mind; and there are strict restrictions on the "free" show at Planet Hollywood such as only 5 shows to choose from, service fees, mandatory drink purchase, and limited seating availability. What kind of upgrade is that?? Then when I called customer service to complain, I spoke to Tiana who was very rude and did not listen to me at all. She dominated the conversation and refused to listen to my converns. Worst vacation/customer service experience of my life. Don't fall for their "free" gift with so many restrictions, false advertisements, and poor customer service. read more

Beware! As soon as I received my "free" hotel and theme park voucher for attending a Welk presentation, I came to read review on Yelp on Casablanca Express. I knew about the tricks that they put you through and I was determined to follow the rules to the tee. But guess what, they are still out to screw you over! 3 days after I received my voucher, I filled in my form and send my $75 deposit to Casablanca (via snail mail of course at their insistence). I triple checked everything and also took photos of the form just in case. I received the mail back saying that they have received my deposit, with the instructions for booking. I followed the instructions to a tee, planned for a time that is not summer, not school holidays, not a busy season (I booked 5 Oct 2017), and I booked this months ahead of my travel date. They confirmed the booking and sent me a return mail, and said that someone would call me in a months time. When I heard nothing from them at the beginning of September 2017, I called them to ask them. They of course said that they cannot do anything for me until one month out from my travel date. I can see no reason why they choose to enforce this policy except to increase the chance that they would upgrade. Finally on 7 September, I receive the call. As expected, I was told to pay over $200 to "upgrade" my accommodation as the one that comes free is terrible, not suitable for more than 2 adults, far away...etc. I was expecting the upsell but I did not need to upgrade. Despite pressure, I resisted and said I would take the "free" accommodation. When Simon knew that he couldn't sell me, he became very rude, and would not tell me anything about the accommodation I would get, and just said I would receive the vouchers in the mail 7-10 days before the trip. I am sure they leave it to the last minute to pressure you some more. I waited until 7 days out before my travel date (26 Sep), and of course, having received nothing, to call again. After I gave my confirmation number, they now told me, that my voucher would now be "emailed" to me, and I would only be able to receive it on Tuesday 3 Oct for my 5 Oct travel date, but I would also need to receive a call from their agent to "confirm". Despite saying that I have already confirmed everything and I would just like to receive my voucher that I actually paid $75 in taxes for, they refuse to review anything, and I would just have to wait for "the call" and "the email". I don't see any reason why they cannot send me my voucher except for another opportunity to upsell me on the call and to make my trip as inconvenient as possible. I am not sure whether I will get to go on my trip that took 1+ year in the planning (I received the voucher in Sep 2016), but I sure will not go anywhere near Casablanca Express again. Hopefully by posting my experiences here it will help other unsuspecting prospects they will try to trick. read more

Amazing customer service from Jennifer. I was able to do what was needed in such a timely. She is awesome!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! It all sounds good when they call you, but it is really a NIGHTMARE. I won't bore you with all the timeshare stuff since I see there are plenty of reviews already laying out that junk. But I am sure everyone else who received the call was excited to hear from the sales man that the Riviera was recently purchased and all the rooms upgraded and they want to show off their new showcase hotel....but that is far from the truth. Riviera - DISGUSTING, DIRTY, OLD, SMELLY, etc. I can go on and on about this place...I stayed for a total of 5 hours. My flight got in really late so by the time I got to the room, I just wanted to sleep. Well I wouldn't even use the bathroom in the room it was so nasty....and want to know what was the worst part, the dry BLOOD on the bathroom floor. Yes, I said it, dry blood. I am fortunate that I was able to book the remaining nights of my stay at the Elara (out of pocket), I don't even think the Riviera is safe for the homeless to sleep in. So now its 6AM and we decide to go check out since we are confirmed at a new resort. On the long walk down to the reception counter, my boyfriend reminds me it is not the girl at the front desks fault and to just be nice to her. I walk up to the desk, very polite and tell her that its only been a few hours that I must check out, I am very disappointed in the room, its very dirty, falling apart. She cuts me off and says did you call management. I said no, I got in very late and just needed to sleep...she then cuts me off again and says "well if you picked up the phone and called management they could have fixed this for you, but now you are all checked out." HOLY CRAP, did that just happen. As we walked away, my boyfriend turns to me and says wow, I should have let you let your fangs out on her. Beyond unprofessional, rude, and had no respect for us. We decided to not walk back in and ask for a manager right then and there since we were on vacation and did not want to waste one more minute of our time in that toilet bowl of a motel. In the meantime, I send an email to Casablanca Express, expressing my concerns and attaching pictures of the room I was placed in. I get the standard email back that all emails will be answered within 2 business days. Well, that email was sent on 12/9/14 @ 2:36AM, and it is now 12/14/14....zero response. I will also post the pictures of our room just so you know what you are getting yourself into should you decide to try Casablana Express or Riviera. read more

I called Casablanca for a reservation and the second time I had a rep pick up, he was right on top of everything and helped me understand what I was to prepare for. I'd like to thank Anthony for his time and for being so prompt with answering my call and being so helpful. read more

I have been dealing with Casablanca Express for over two years now. It has been a L O N G two years. They never have hotels or tickets on the date requested. I have had to cancel three trips and redo the entire date choice process on more than four occasions. Save yourself a lot of stress and headaches - I cannot in good faith recommend this business. read more

Basically read everyone else's reviews. The amount of "deposits," hoops, date restrictions, pressure phone calls where you have 1 minute to choose 3 different dates (that they dictate) to schedule your vacation, yet have to be 30 days apart and 60 days from the date you're called, PLUS the time limit to even be able to use it. I'm so done. Calling it a day and taking a few Disneyland tickets over a 3 night vacation that was promised and losing out on over $100 of deposits they required. Will NEVER give in to one of these scams again. I'm so annoyed I've wasted almost a YEAR trying to redeem this "free" vacation. The people that work there could care less either. It should be illegal what they're doing. Everything is laid out in the pamphlet about the process. Then each time you complete what you think should be it they add on more stipulations, steps, and restrictions. I don't understand how this is legal. Seriously. read more

Went to a kids expo and was talked into a "deal" from a guy at a booth..."go listen to our 2 hour time share bit, and pay $40, and we will give you $40 back, plus 2 nights at the dells, air fare and hotel for 2 nights in disney. Wont cost you a thing. This is our way of advertising." In all actuality, $1,000 later we got a trip to disney...because in all actuality, after waiting 8 months to be able to book it, their "2 night" deal was u leaving on tuesday night at 8pm, and having a layover for a 2 hour flight, then returning at 6am on a thursday, and stay in a run down motel an hour from disney, where u have to rent a car..OR you upgrade and pay $1,000 to stay in a reasonable hotel close to disney. KNEW THERE HAD TO BE A CATCH. NEVER AGAIN TRUSTING THIS COMPANY. read more

Casablanca Express is a scam. First off, just expect to be hung up on every time you call. Anytime you think you're going to get any answer it's a bait and switch or you get disconnected, or an argumentative and rude customer service agent like Julio balderrama. Second, don't expect to get anything this company advertises. They will treat you very poorly, and continue to tell you that you didn't follow the instructions correctly. After I sent $50 they sent me another letter asking for more money . Casablanca Express will continue to waste your time and energy. Everything I've read about this company is negative. Anything positive about this company that you read online was probably posted by someone who works for the company. If you've already sent money to the company don't send anymore. read more

NOT TO BE TRUSTED! A great getaway for my wife goes down as my worst experience ever!!! Or should I say, no experience. Purchased a 2 nigh package through Casablanca Express in Vegas at the Riveria... brand new, renovated rooms with many features was the pitch, with many great offers including a $200 dinner and other great perks. Arrived at the hotel only to learn that our reservations were cancelled by Casablanca Express. No written notice. Said they tried to reach me three separate times by phone, something that was disconnected last May. Never an email, never a response to my phone messages that I left for them. How do they getaway with cancelling something I paid for? How can a Vegas Hotel allow a "scam" reservation group to do this to them --- THEY BOTH WILL NOT BE USED, or VISITED IN THE FUTURE! An ATTORNEY GENERAL in Nevada should do something about these type of organizations. Enough said. I am done venting. I will chalk this up to the worst experience, and one I will always remember when dealing with future offers. They aren't worth it! read more

Rude people especially the customer service front desk girl, no formal manners, no formal training on customer care. For those that have spoken to the so call manager, I am pretty sure it is just one or two people who actually have manners. for those few reviews that say this is a wonderful travel agent, I am convience they must work for this place. My story starts back in 2013, when I received my certificate after a timeshare presentation in my current living area, Las Vegas. I paid the Holding Fee for the trip, but unfortunately was not able to take the trip, so they were nice enough to cancel it and return my money back.... Fast forward to April 1st, when I receive a "Final Notice of Credit" letter. This surprised me because I assumed after I cancelled my trip I would not hear from them again. The first time I called, the front desk customer service girl took down my name, and said "someone will call between now (noon time PST) and 6pm"... she did not mention her name, she did not sound happy or friendly, nor did she even say good bye after the phone call, just hanged up... So I waited for the call and around 5pm I figured maybe by now I would speak to someone. No luck, same girl answered my call, told me the same thing "some one will call you by 6pm", in which I replied 'so by 6pm than?" and she replied with a "i told you before between now and 6pm" and the phone went dead. I assume she hanged up on me. I finally called AGAIN today, got the same RUDE/PLAIN/Unfriendly girl on the phone and with out telling me she was transferring me to anyone or letting me know what was going on with the phone, I get a male voice that just said "yes?" I had to be the Operator and telling "Hi, my name is Jenny and I am wondering if you can help me?" his reply was "um, ok?" He told me that the letter was for me to tranfer over my credit to a VEGAS trip...Seriously?? I live in Vegas. When I told him no thanks, he said "ok", and befor he hanged up I asked for his name, he had to think about it and just said "um, Aaron"? Don't accept anything from them, not until they learn manners. read more

Do not be tempted by this company! I paid $200 for package $250 for room and got $150 back. I could have booked a better room on my own and not have to go to the hour and a half vacation ownership presentation. read more

Got my FREE 3 day 2 night stay at the Plaza hotel. Free my ass. You still needed to pay the resort fees of $18 a day. The FREE $100 slot play is actually 25 turns on a rigged slit machine at Binons. The game show Lovers or Loosens was terrible. Todd Bridges seemed drunk and could barely get his words out. What a waste of time. Don't bother with this company. read more
