She answered all my questions in detail as I was ready to go from there. I needed same day wash and fold service and booking was very easy. They arrived and returned clothes when they said they would and clothes were neatly folded, smelled amazing and I was extremely happy with my experience from beginning to end. I will definitely be using them again and have shared my satisfaction with people I know . The valuable service you offer is definitely worth the price point! I put in my information because I desperately needed my clothes washed that weekend, they were not available so I went with Rinse (another laundry service that I had a positive experience with). I was charged a cancellation fee for a delivery that I did not schedule. There was no email confirming any appointment was scheduled and before I knew it I had a phone call confirming a pick up while I was at work. Then got charged for a missed pick up. I reached out to the company to make it right, but they did not. I do not recommend working with them.
