I love the family vibes and authentic feel of The Drycleaners. I had a big event and needed a suit tailored in like less than 3-4 days and before a major holiday. The suit ran big and was long/boxy. When I tell you, the tailor took my measurements quickly and efficiently and got work. Now, I paid a pretty price BUT I know I paid for her dedicated service, expertise, and her time because she is an absolute pro! I picked my suit up on time, and with no issues. I loved the outcome and took this experience as a time to enjoy my first custom suit that I will use for events in the future. Thank you!

I would strongly caution anyone against relying on ZIPS Cleaners in Brandywine if you actually need…read moreyour clothing when promised. For the past several weeks, this location has repeatedly failed to complete my dry cleaning by the stated pickup time. This is no longer an occasional delay. It is a pattern. What makes it particularly frustrating is that ZIPS actively advertises "In by 9, Out by 5" same-day service. Yet I currently have multiple orders from the same visit, and while some are marked ready, others are inexplicably still "NOT READY." Customers should not have to make multiple trips to retrieve pieces that were dropped off together. If you cannot consistently provide same-day service, stop advertising it. If an order will be delayed, communicate that proactively. Neither is complicated. Reliability is a basic expectation of a dry cleaner. At this location, it has become the exception rather than the rule. I would strongly caution anyone against relying on ZIPS Cleaners in Brandywine if you actually need your clothing when promised.
