I had put my clothes in the machine, put my soap, put my card in and went to push start and the machine was giving an error that the water was low and it wouldn't let me start the machine. I went to call the guy for help and I said hello to him, he didn't say anything back. I went to the machine and he followed me and tried to start it but it didn't work so he restarted the machine. He then walked away from me not saying anything so I kept saying "excuse me, excuse me" and he just kept walking. He finally turned around and I asked him was he going to refund me the money the card took, he said that was what he was going to do....WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING THEN?? He came back and restarted the machine and it was still giving the same error message. He then told me to move my clothes to a different machine and I was trying to explain to him that I already put the soap in the machine and he just kept repeating "move it to another machine then proceed to yell at me "what did I say!?" and that I don't listen and started pulling his ear while yelling at me that I don't listen. That was utterly rude...I am not his child and there was no reason for him to get loud and disrespectful with me.

From the outside it appears to be clean, inviting, and never busy. Once I arrived, it was very clean, smelled good, organized, excellent service from the staff, and it was very spacious. Bonus to this place is that it is not coin operated. You will need to purchase a laundry card and add the funds . . . how neat! In hindsight the machine in my building not working saved me from walking up & down the steps and only doing 2 loads at a time. I arrived at 11 and was back home by 1:35 and that was after washing, folding, putting clothes in bag, and walking to the carry-out and liquor store. I might ditch the convenience of washing clothes again in my building and go to the neighborhood laundry mat and get it done much faster!

Since becoming a single mom, their pickup and fold service has become an absolute game changer for me. I work full-time and juggle my toddler's busy schedule, so finding time for laundry can be tough -- but they make it effortless... not to mention my laundry feels clean! I've used Rinse but American Mega is way better. The staff is always kind, professional, and reliable. This is my go to cleaners because they always get my shirts fantastically clean and pressed exactly…read morethe way I like. I ask for no starch and almost without fail my shirts are not starched, but still well ironed. Some cleaners use a machine to press dress shirts and it causes a lot of broken buttons. In all the years I have been a customer here (over 14 years!!!) I've only had one or two buttons to be broken and even then they made sure to replace them. The prices are very reasonable and most days you can get same-day service even if you don't make it in before nine. They also do a good job with dry cleaning although the prices are higher then discount places like Zips, but the quality and care they take with your clothes is more than worth the extra price. This cleaners really excels at alterations and specialty items like formal wear. The seamstress is a master at measuring and sewing. The staff is always nice without fail and they have never lost or damaged an item of my clothing. Would that they had longer hours, but even 7:30 PM is more than reasonable. Overall a solid five stars.

I don't know about you, but I don't have pictures of my socks and bras. And I don't make it a habit of taking pictures of the clothes in my hamper. When pressed, she said the company has photos they can use to find my items. If a representative bothers to respond to this review, don't believe anything they have to say about this being an anomaly. My clothes were delivered last night, yet when I texted customer service about my missing items, I got this form response: "Hi Crystal - I'm so sorry to hear about the issue with your order. To help us assess and resolve quickly, we'll need a bit more information. If your order was delivered in the last 14 days, please complete our simple claims form here: www.rinse.com/customers/claim. Please include: 1) Photos of the items 2) A link to where the item (or comparable) can be purchased online. If it has been more than 14 days, you can send this information here and we'll open a claim for you. Thank you - we're here to help." So you lose people's clothes often enough to have a canned response ready??? Do NOT use these people. I don't know where to begin replacing these items. I'm so glad I didn't let them dry clean my custom-made items. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau. Rinse should not be in business. Shame on you.

I was charged a cancellation fee for a delivery that I did not schedule. There was no email confirming any appointment was scheduled and before I knew it I had a phone call confirming a pick up while I was at work. Then got charged for a missed pick up.
