She answered all my questions in detail as I was ready to go from there. I needed same day wash and fold service and booking was very easy. They arrived and returned clothes when they said they would and clothes were neatly folded, smelled amazing and I was extremely happy with my experience from beginning to end. We decided to try this location in Dunkirk. Once again, a large stain that wasn't there when we brought it in. They've ruined multiple dress shirts. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you don't want your clothes ruined. When the owner was asked about the stain he got angry and defensive. I'm sure it's not the first or the last time he ruins someone's clothes.

I was charged a cancellation fee for a delivery that I did not schedule. There was no email confirming any appointment was scheduled and before I knew it I had a phone call confirming a pick up while I was at work. Then got charged for a missed pick up.
