The pedicure began nicely but the person doing it for me had issues with communicating... I asked for a colour and it seemed they were out of it in regular polish. No one explained this to me and instead just replaced it with something else with no notifcation.... I specifically asked before continuing with my manicure if the shop had silver heart gems to achieve a look I showed in a photo. I was given an okay. When it came time I was told no by another person (I believe it was amber who I requested originally in my appt but did not get) and then tried to get me to accept a drawn heart even tho that is not what I wanted... after trying to make me accept painted heart and the woman continually scolded the man who was orignally working on me (clearly someone new? Or inexperienced?) Which made me pretty uncomfortable in its own right... they finally retrieved their various gems and such to show me... I settled because I was at the point i had no choice but to take it or leave with nothing... I dont even feel.happy taking photos of my nails... theyre a mess... paint on my skin... uneven cut... and I was knicked and caused bleeding on 3 different fingers in the process... you can see it on 2 of the 3. The 3rd is covered by the polish that was painted onto my skin and it is hurting me trying to peel it off... This cost $120. Though Kieu is still getting established, the quality of her work remains A1! And as a matter of fact, she's gotten some cool gadgets in her new space that make removing old polish much easier, which shortens and improves the overall process. Not to mention Kieu remains a very sweet and sensitive person that I don't mind being in a small space with for sometimes up to 1.5 hours. Happy to see her growing and thriving!

Came in and asked for the deluxe pedicure with gel polish. Gel polish looks fine. Whatever. The pedicure itself was not worth the nearly $70 (not including the tip!) I was charged. She scrubbed the fuck out of my one leg and hardly scrubbed the other. All she did was slather my legs in a thick layer of lotion and barely rubbed it in. Then she asked if I wanted my toenails clipped. Duh? Of course I want them cut; they were long! I tell her yes. She clarifies. "Do you want me to cut them all the way down?" Yes. Please. I get home and feel pain in my toes. I look. She barely cut any of my nails off, and most she left most of my toes with sharp edges that were digging into my skin! I'm diabetic. I physically cannot afford to get foot injuries. So i had to cut my nails myself. Now everything looks like shit but at least I'm not in the running for multiple ingrown toes or in pain. These nail places rarely ever take accountability for their shortcomings and mistakes. Fuck this place.

This could probably be remedied by just scheduling with a preferred manicurist though -they don't do builder gel. My nails generally grow longer with builder, which I prefer -the main reason however is the parking! They validate with a garage however it's still 7 dollars, which is too much. The first time I came, I paid 15 or 20 dollars because I parked in the wrong garage Maybe I'll change my mind if I can't find a better, more convenient shop!
