Her nails looked like press ons. Sold! She took her time, filed, clipped, clipped. Filed excess powder off for even distribution of the powder. No rush just pure passion. The pedicure began nicely but the person doing it for me had issues with communicating... I asked for a colour and it seemed they were out of it in regular polish. No one explained this to me and instead just replaced it with something else with no notifcation.... I specifically asked before continuing with my manicure if the shop had silver heart gems to achieve a look I showed in a photo. I was given an okay. When it came time I was told no by another person (I believe it was amber who I requested originally in my appt but did not get) and then tried to get me to accept a drawn heart even tho that is not what I wanted... after trying to make me accept painted heart and the woman continually scolded the man who was orignally working on me (clearly someone new? Or inexperienced?) Which made me pretty uncomfortable in its own right... they finally retrieved their various gems and such to show me... I settled because I was at the point i had no choice but to take it or leave with nothing... I dont even feel.happy taking photos of my nails... theyre a mess... paint on my skin... uneven cut... and I was knicked and caused bleeding on 3 different fingers in the process... you can see it on 2 of the 3. The 3rd is covered by the polish that was painted onto my skin and it is hurting me trying to peel it off... This cost $120. Ive been to many nail salon in the last decade and this was truly the most disappointing experience... I really hoped I was finding somewhere new and close...

Though Kieu is still getting established, the quality of her work remains A1! And as a matter of fact, she's gotten some cool gadgets in her new space that make removing old polish much easier, which shortens and improves the overall process. Not to mention Kieu remains a very sweet and sensitive person that I don't mind being in a small space with for sometimes up to 1.5 hours. Happy to see her growing and thriving!

The pedicure felt very rushed, and the technician repeatedly dropped tools and supplies throughout the service, which did not inspire confidence or professionalism. I decided not to get what I originally wanted because I did not have faith it would be good. I was also surprised that I was never offered water, despite complimentary beverages being in the fridge. Small touches like that matter when you're paying for a service and expecting a relaxing experience. Overall, the visit felt rushed and inattentive rather than welcoming and customer-focused. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. As customers, we vote with our dollars, and I hope enough people do the same so the salon recognizes where it needs to improve!

Poor Customer Service…read more I drove two hours to Pamper Me Nail Spa in Baltimore for a scheduled appointment that included a fill-in, pedicure, and waxing. I spoke with salon manager Tina and explained that I would be 15 minutes late due to traffic. Tina told me I would not be able to get any nail designs. I said that was fine and was willing to forgo the designs. After arriving, I received my fill-in but was then denied my pedicure and waxing services. I drove two hours for this appointment and was willing to make a compromise. There was no attempt to accommodate me and no empathy for the situation. I understand being late can affect a salon's schedule, but denying two of my scheduled services after I had driven two hours was extremely disappointing. Poor customer service and no consideration for the customer. I will not be returning to Pamper Me Nail Spa, and I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. Manager Tina showed no compassion, understanding, or appreciation for my business. I passed countless nail salons on the way but intentionally chose to drive two hours to support her business. Instead of appreciating that level of commitment as a customer, she allowed a 15-minute delay due to traffic to result in me being denied two of my scheduled services. Her attitude came across as mean-spirited and dismissive, and the way the situation was handled made it clear that my business was not valued. In the end, what could have been a minor inconvenience resulted in the salon losing a customer who made a two-hour trip to patronize their business.
