You do have to jump through the ' let's make sure you're human' rings. As I walked in, the lady asked me if I had appointment. I told her I did and she told me to check in at the automated kiosk. Since I use LabCorp due to insurance, they had all of my information. All I had to do was scan my insurance card. Counter girl was efficient, a little friendly, but on a busy day, you can't expect much. Had to do a lot of tests, luckily it was only two vials of blood. The blood technician, not sure if it was a phlebotomist, perform a fairly painless blood draw. She was nice and friendly. I do recommend this place . Probably one of the better places and experience since I've had doing yearly blood labs.

Rarely do they have two people for check-in. I must say they are always polite and don't seem to stop for brakes until the crowd is gone. Early is the worst time to go but many times you have to fast. This review is for my visit on the 9th of Jan. The young lady seemed not as experienced as some of the others in there that draw blood samples. I never had a problem in the past and they have no problem finding the right spot. This lady did not hit the vein spot on and so she was moving the needle around while in my arm. She only got half a vial. The elastic was put on way too tight so my arm hurt most of the day. PLUS that spot had a huge bruise about the size of two silver dollars. I showed my husband when I got home and he has never had that problem there. She needs more experience before she deals with the public. I wish I wold have taken a photo.

I booked online for a blood draw appointment which was easy because there were numerous days/times…read moreslots available. It is a small front reception area, the draw area, and a bathroom. The tech who was also the receptionist was friendly and pleasant. I had only booked for a few individual tests, but he showed me package deals which were more cost effective so I went with a more comprehensive test package. We went to the draw area and when he pricked my arm, it really hurt. I tried not to move or react, but I could tell that this procedure was going to leave a mark. See the picture of my arm the next day. It was sore and tender for another 4 days. I used the bathroom to collect my urine sample. I was texted and emailed login credentials to create a profile and to able to receive my results. The results came in 4 days later. I liked the convenience of making an appointment, but I am not sure I will return due to the pain and discomfort of the blood draw.

She had a very bad attitude and spoke to us as if she was there working for free and we we're intruding on her space. She kept saying she couldn't find my daughter's information in the system while taking her time and taking long pauses between questions. Emma Vega kept insisting we get back in line while the information pops up. Since when are people pushed to the side because of a "system failure" instead of attending us?! We did not get labs because of this rude, unprofessional woman who for some reason took her hate for her job out on my daughter and I. Emma Vega needs to realize that people have a very specific need for getting labs that are detrimental to health checks for the purpose of wellness and medical adjustments! Disgusting behavior!!!

Upon entering, there were about 4-5 people ahead of me with appointments, so obviously those people were seen first and then several people came in after right after me. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made the whole process super quick and easy. One rang the bell and the lady just kept telling them to use the kiosk, and when they said they were trying she kept saying use the kiosk, use the kiosk, use the kiosk. The person gave up and left. The second person needed help and after watching that, I helped. I was able to help them get their license scanned and checked in. This person was not a English first language, the lack of help was appalling to me. Then the billing. I have visited several times and not showing payments posted. I called and asked for a statement of account. Any provider should be able to provide this, it is a list of services and payments. I was told I would be sent the statement, what I received was individual copies of bills. I noticed a payment was not posted, I called back and the person, says, "there is another bill". (Why do I not have it, I thought) I said I requested a full statement of my account. She said, "we don't do that, we can only send copies of individual bills" so I asked again to have a copy of every single bill sent so I can reconcile to make sure my payments are posted. I am now waiting for that, but I will not use Quest ever again. It is ridiculous that they can't print one statement for me with everything and they way they treated people in person was degrading. Go elsewhere if you can.
