I have used Cryo-Logix for many years, and I have been very happy with their excellent customer service.

I visited FEM Women's Wellness last year seeking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for premature…read moremenopause. Finding the clinic can be challenging and stressful... the GPS directions are unclear, the building doesn't stand out, and there's no large, easy‑to‑read sign. I'd recommend giving yourself extra time for your first visit; I've gotten lost twice and arrived late because of it. FEM Wellness is aware that some people experience difficulties finding their building, but they don't tell you that when booking your first appointment. Inside, the clinic is clean, spa-like and modern, and the staff was polite. They offer robes for that spa feel. Dr. Ernst was friendly and approachable during our interactions. However, I was disappointed overall, as I expected more in-depth holistic approach to women's health rather than something that felt like a med-spa focused primarily on surface-level hormones and aesthetics. Adjusting my hormone levels took an unusually long time, especially given my sensitive body type and ongoing health issues, including thyroid problems, ulcerative colitis, and autoimmune disease. The HRT has required multiple tweaks to get it right, and I'm still adjusting, which has been frustrating. More recently, I had a follow-up appointment scheduled with Dr. Ernst, but I experienced a severe ulcerative colitis flare-up and had to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice. (I had canceled within 43 hours.) I explained my situation to the receptionist... that I was quite ill and might not be able to reschedule for weeks or even months due to the unpredictable nature of my condition. While I appreciate that they didn't charge me for the cancellation and I understand the need for policies, this experience highlighted a lack of flexibility or compassion for patients with complex chronic illnesses, especially regarding women's health issues. Flares can strike without warning, making it challenging to commit to rigid scheduling. I was also told that if this happens again, I may be charged, with no "hope you feel better" or other words of empathy... the lack of warmth really concerned me. For those primarily interested in Botox, laser treatments, or straightforward hormone replacement in a spa-like setting, this might be a good fit. But if you're seeking a more in-depth evaluation of your overall health, comprehensive care, advanced hormone bloodwork, and thyroid/endocrine system care, I'd recommend checking out DECON across the parking lot with Dr. Kuhadiya instead. Overall, a mixed experience that left me hesitant to return.

Inquire within and for their pricing. She's no ordinary gynecologist and this is no ordinary office. I patiently waited for this practice to open so I could switch over. I have never met a provider that has and shows genuine compassion to her patients like she has shown me over the years. Her knowledge and transparency helps me maneuver my health decisions. She's a God send in my life and over saw my last pregnancy. Unfortunately this office doesn't offer OB care, but I'm done having any more kids. They will refer you if you do need OB care. My most recent visit was today. There was an unavoidable hiccup with scheduling. Some customer service would have been nice from the office. I'm a loyal customer/patient and was told that I had to be rescheduled without a blink; although it was a lose lose situation. Of course I was frustrated, but thankfully Dr. Rajamand was able to get me in and out. My only recommendation would be to avoid incidents like today is get on top of the program that sends emails. My appointment was made last year and had it not come through my old email, I would have missed it. Thank you always Dr. Rajamand; I am grateful for your diligent care. See you back in a few months!

The space seems to be so much bigger. The staff has always been great and from my experience today, that hasn't changed a bit. My experience with this OB office was extremely disappointing and, at times, genuinely upsetting…read more Throughout my pregnancy, I dealt with severe symptoms including vomiting to the point my throat was bleeding, GERD and heartburn so bad I lost my voice, and one-sided leg swelling, which is a known red flag. These were not minor discomforts and directly impacted my ability to safely perform my job in the medical field. Despite this, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed as "normal pregnancy symptoms," without meaningful evaluation. At one point, the clinic supervisor called me while I could barely speak due to losing my voice. I explained clearly that it was from severe reflux and heartburn. She said she would get me in to see Dr. St. Pierre, but when I was seen, that concern was not meaningfully addressed. I was told earlier in my pregnancy that if my symptoms became unmanageable, I could speak with Dr. St. Pierre about being taken off work. When I did, she initially refused to complete disability paperwork and dismissed my situation. She also referenced Nevada being a "right to work" state, which is unrelated to medical leave. My mother-in-law, who has decades of HR experience, was present and confirmed that statement was inaccurate. After significant pushback, the paperwork was eventually accepted, but the process was unnecessarily difficult. I was even directed to labor and delivery triage to initiate paperwork when my OB was unavailable, only to receive more resistance there. There was no continuity or clear process. Dr. St. Pierre also took multiple trips during my pregnancy. When I reached out with complications, I was told they could not assist because my OB was out of town. There did not appear to be adequate coverage. At my final appointment, instead of a discussion about my condition, the first thing Dr. St. Pierre said was, "Why don't you just get induced since you're so uncomfortable?" I was not yet 39 weeks, and there was no explanation of risks or reasoning. It felt dismissive. In contrast, when I saw Nurse Practitioner Katie Bischoff, she clearly explained my stress test results and provided thoughtful guidance about induction. The difference in communication and care was significant. Continuity of care in this office is poor. I rarely saw the same provider. During one visit, Nurse Practitioner Ann Murtada greeted me with "Who do you belong to?" which set the tone for how impersonal the office feels. Additionally, during two stress tests with Dr. St. Pierre, nothing was explained. I was left without clarity during an already stressful time. To be fair, Nurse Practitioner Katie Bischoff, Nurse Practitioner McKenzie Rosette, and Dr. Mellum provided good care. However, my experiences with Nurse Practitioner Ann Murtada and Dr. St. Pierre were the opposite. On the administrative side, the office felt transactional. I paid around $1,500 and remained current, yet was consistently pressured for payment before being checked in. Requests for minimal flexibility were treated as a problem. I also raised concerns with the clinic supervisor and received no meaningful support. Overall, this office felt cold, disorganized, and lacking in communication and compassion. I regret choosing this provider for my pregnancy. If you are looking for supportive prenatal care, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I went here a few times after I had a miscarriage. The physician ordered a blood test. I was running late to an appointment, so I called the physician to see if we should reschedule and whether the appointment was necessary. She told me to go to the appointment anyway. She literally only spoke to me for between 3 to 5 minutes to give me my test results (which she could have easily done over the phone) and then charged my insurance hundreds of dollars for that 3-5 minute visit. (I was on a PPO plan and also had to pay out of pocket for a portion of the visit.) That experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say, when it came time to find a practice for my prenatal care, I went elsewhere. So far, I haven't had the same experience at my new practice. (My new practice doesn't waste my time or money when merely providing me with test results; I assume it's because the staff realize that there are limits (yes, limits!) to how far one goes when trying to make money.)

It should not be that difficult to schedule one single correct appointment and it should not take 9 phone calls. Going to give them a short. Will review and update.

I have been a patient of Dr. Garol's for coming up 4 years. I can't vouch for his obstetrician…read moreskills, just his gynecology skills, but I wish I had found him sooner. I met him while inpatient during an emergency and while I was absolutely miserable, I loved his bedside manner, personality and education and fully trusted him and his decisions without hesitation. I say I wish I met him sooner because he seemed to have a lot more willingness to research my medical history that could have saved me having the emergency requiring his care. As another said, you feel like he is actually listening and invested in you as a patient, a very very desirable quality for a doctor to have. He literally saved my life. After that inpatient experience, he let me stay with him for future reproductive healthcare, and I was able to leave my previous doctor who I had never been satisfied with. Every year I have my annual check up due to being high risk for cancer, and every interaction is like seeing an old friend, he is always friendly, genuine and often funny too. I still trust him, and am completely comfortable with him given the type of exam. His office is slow (like it can take an hour to be seen after your appointment time) and large, and can feel like a bit like a cog in a machine here, but its worth it to see him as my doctor. I have also seen on Facebook that when women ask for recommendations he is highly regarded there as well. I am not sure if he is taking new patients or not, but if so and you're in need of a doctor you like for a very vulnerable part of your healthcare, I highly suggest Dr. Garol.
