She is the best Family Practice Doctor we have ever had. She listens to her patients carefully and is available to answer any medical questions we might have. Her office is clean, and the staff at St. Mary's Medical Group are helpful and very friendly. We have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be called into the exam room. With Dr. Konakis, I had just that. She didn't tell me what to do, she worked with me to find a solution we were both comfortable with. I recently moved to Vegas and, as such, had to change doctors. The doctor I have here is okay, but he's nothing like she is. I miss her terribly. Two things I didn't like: the wait to see her could be weeks, unless something was really wrong (I.e. not just a check up). Not her fault, she's popular. Second, some of her office staff were frustrating. One of the receptionists is kind of mean, and it was difficult to get message to the doctor if you spoke with certain people. But those are really minor things, and completely worth dealing with.

Two weeks later and after the pharmacist schooled her on proper dosage, I did get the prescriptions. Went to make stress test appointment and it had never been ordered. Went to her for Botox and after bottom half of my face was done, she let me know that she was not certified for the upper half. If not for my health, I'd call this a comedy of errors.
