During the initial consultation/estimate, Scott provided his expertise in assuring me how he believed the repair would play out, which was in contrast to some other estimates I had where they could not guarantee how things would go. They showed up on time, brought more than enough workers to expedite the process, and, since I work at home, he brought me over to the bathroom to give me updates and show the progress during the different phases. When they finished they cleaned the adjoining bedroom to the point it was cleaner than before they started. I would definitely go with TNT Construction again, if needed. Horizon also replaced cabinets in the dining room, removed blinds, and patched and painted several rooms. David was our project manager. I highly recommend working with both Horizon and David. He provided an accurate estimate for the work, started and completed the work on time, and was always pleasant and responsive when I had questions. It was my first experience with a kitchen remodel and David proved to be patient and kind, never making me feel like my questions were silly or naive. He responded to all of my texts promptly and delivered on every one of my requests. The craftsmen employed by Horizon were professional and skilled. They did a fantastic job, and cleaned up as they went along. Horizon also operates a showroom in Fullerton, so I was able to see options in situ, not just small samples. David and everyone I met in the showroom were knowledgeable and friendly. They listened to me, made a real effort to understand my aesthetic, and then made great suggestions.
