Apparently ensuring appropriate water level for a pool is too much to ask. This company will…read moreperform a weekly substandard service, and will refuse to take ownership on the simplest of tasks. We have had a dirt pile in the corner of our pool for over 3 weeks now that has not been cleaned (I have photos with time/date stamps). Our pool level has been way too high for 6 weeks causing the pool to leak through the top and causing damage to our travertine and surrounding trees and plants. Checking the pool level and auto leveler is NOT a part of their service we have come to find out. Which in the opinions of 3 other companies, is routine maintenance. This is a shame as we loved working with Kenny when we first moved here a few years back. Once Kenny left, our services from this company have been on a down hill spiral. The pool equipment has had a leak for quite some time now which could have been easily identified by any pool technician that performs routine maintenance. This company is not recommended.

Jason the technician gave me a heads up he was coming and did a great job with the replacement seals. Nice to see there are honest people out there doing great work at a reasonable price.

We recently bought our first home and knew very little about pool care; we knew there were some issues with the equipment based on the home inspection and originally had another company that was highly rated on Yelp come check it out. While they were great at first, after a dozen emails and finally asking to have someone come out to perform the needed service, I never heard from them again. Jeff has helped us with everything from a green pool and drain/refill, to a new cleaner and new pump. We're excited to have much more efficient equipment that our pool needed, and Jeff was able to do everything in a very timely manner. We are now able to enjoy our pool thanks to Jeff's hard work and professional advice. I would highly recommend Blue Ribbon for the responsive, reliable, and friendly service. Thanks Jeff!

Green turned to blue in no time, and we were back in good shape for Summer fun. After the swamp, and following black mold were remedied I hired Radiance Pools to handle my weekly maintenance. Jeremy became our weekly pool pro, and he was great. Fortunately, he was also very patient on all the days I forgot to unlock my gate. We were happy clients for about half a year, until I sold the house. During the summer their services cost about the same as I was paying for chemicals to maintain the pool on my own. In the cooler months it would have been much cheaper to maintain on my own, but we happily kept them coming because of how easy they made things. I'd still be a paying client had I not moved.
