I chose pork as my filling, but they offer beef and chicken as well. For a VERY reasonable price, you get enough in one order to easily have a pretty solid lunch. They are tender and the filling ratio is spot on. The chili oil broth could stand on its own, in my opinion. It isn't overly spicy, but they offer chili crisp at your table, which I happily added to up my spice level. Do yourself a favor and try them, you won't be disappointed. The brisket was sliced right in front of me, but it was bad. It looked tender, but it was supper fatty and could handle be chewed. I spit most of it out. The problem was probably a bad cut of meat and not the smoking, but they still served it to me. The sausage was great, but only had a couple of little slices. I added some of the sweet sauce which was very good. I chose the beans for my side. Fine, but nothing special. A little dry, so I added sauce to help it go down. Then they had some local soda option, so I passed on an overpriced drink. It looks like there are more local options in the area, I would try somewhere else if ever back in this area.
