Tried their pasta arrabiata and pesto bianco and overall, it was a solid experience. The arrabiata had a nice kick to it and was packed with flavour. It's more of a comfort-style pasta than a traditional version with a hearty sauce. This definitely hits the spot if you like the bold and slightly spicy dishes. The pesto bianco was creamy and smooth, I thought it was pretty well-balanced with the amount of pesto and cheese. It wasn't too overpowering so it's easy to keep eating without getting tired of it. The portions were generous and everything tasted fresh (considering how you can literally see them make the noodles). Quick and satisfying meal, wouldn't say authentic but still enjoyed it!
This place was amazing! I came for a yelp event !!! And we absolutely loved all the pasta . The place is very clean and efficient as well. The wait staff were very attentive. The pesto was amazing and noodles were great!
Had such a great experience! Right when you walk in you can see where they make the pasta. Someone was making it when we walked in which was cool to see! We came late Sunday afternoon and it was pretty busy. Seating was limited. Our food came out really quickly and tasted great! We ordered a small fettuccine Alfredo, small cosmopolitan salad, and full shrimp bruschetta. The full pasta is huge so come hungry! The cosmopolitan salad looked a lot better than it tasted. It wasn't bad but just not really special. I wouldn't need to get it again. I'd try a different salad next time though. Staff were extremely friendly and came by to grab our finished plates. The place was very clean as well. I hope to come back again!
Saturday afternoon at Sauci Pasta was absolutely amazing! My wife and I had our first opportunity to experience homemade pasta created fresh on the spot, and it did not disappoint. Watching everything come together made it feel even more special. The sauces were incredible -- rich, flavorful, and perfectly paired with the pasta. Every bite was delicious and truly memorable. It turned into an amazing dinner date that we'll both always remember. The quality, the freshness, and the overall experience made it such a special outing for us. If you love fresh pasta and authentic flavors, this place is a must-visit!
Rustic salad was good until I found a hair in it when I was nearly finished. (I chose not include that picture). Besides the hair, I enjoyed the pepitas and currants in it. Lettuce was crisp and fresh. Warning to vegetarians: their pesto is NOT vegetarian due to the rennet in the romano cheese.
Very conveniently located, especially for students at Lindenwood. Plenty of parking outside the restaurant as well and not too busy during the week. The staff was very friendly and helpful when ordering, and when receiving our food. I love the idea of fast and convenient homemade pasta! As a big pasta lover, I love that you can create your own pasta dish. There are so many different noodle options and sauce options. I also like the different options you have for your protein. I built my own pasta with the red sauce and it was very tasty and filling. I had plenty to take home with me for the next day. I LOVE their breadsticks. It almost reminds me of a pretzel from Annie Anne's. Very comfortable and cozy restaurant for dinner. One of the managers at the restaurant made sure to check in on us after we got our food. A person in my party asked for additional sauce and was able to get that along with their dish which was great. I definitely will be back in the future!
This place is a must try. The menu had just enough variety without being overwhelming. The space is lovely with plenty of room; you do not feel like you are packed like sardines. The service was very quick. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. The staff were really great. I got a combo with mini pasta, salad and a drink. Do not let the 'mini' fool you. I had leftovers. I tried the white bolognese and would recommend it to anyone. I'm interested in trying their pesto sauce. The Caesar salad was delish, but you can't go wrong with their house salad/dressing.
Glad to have a pasta shop like Sauci in the St. Louis area! It was quite busy on a Sunday evening, but getting a look at the pasta maker (they make all theirs in house) while we waited to order helped pass the time. Our booth had a view into the kitchen which was fun to watch as well. The Pasto Combo was a great deal- both the "mini" pasta and the side salad were nice portions, and we both had extra pasta to take home for later. Their Caesar dressing is really good, and the pasta is as tasty as you'd want a scratch-made dish to be.
My son introduced us to Sauci a local to Saint Louis. He really enjoyed, so a small group of four met up. The store is around 20 minutes or so outside of town in Saint Charles. Parking was not a problem in their spacious lot. I found it clean too. Their claim to fame is they make their own noodles. The operation for this is up front and open for viewing. The restaurant is set up as a fast casual that you would swear is a chain. Great name, great concept so of course it could be a chain. I confirmed with the manager that this is store #1 with hopes to franchise. I found the prices a good value. The staff up front were friendly and helpful. The menu board is helpful and to get ahead just look at their website. My wife and I both decided on the deconstructed lasagna. They offer two sizes and don't be fooled as the small packs a punch! They also have a few salads and I ordered the Cosmopolitan. Breadstick were also ordered. They are so popular the dining room gets overwhelmed. Especially if you immediately go in and have someone in your party save a table. However, they allow it per the manager, but he would he would discourage as it disrupts the flow. When waiting for our order we waited a good 15 for something to open up. Others were waiting too! They have three outdoor tables for two that were also occupied. Food rolled out and we sat at one of the two bars for a bit more until a table did finally open. All the food pushed out within 20 minutes. I was impressed with the quality and quantity of the large bowl. My dish tasted so good. My salad was fresh and flavorful. The bread was great hot, but not good cold. Next time in town I will return. 4.5 rounding up.
After church, we decided to check out Sauci, a spot we'd heard great things about, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The ambiance was so welcoming. The place wasn't too busy, so we ordered right at the counter: I went for the large bowl of Arrabiatta, my wife chose the small Rigottini, and our little one got the small Zuca Pesto Cream. We also grabbed two garlic breadsticks to share. Prices were very reasonable, which was a nice bonus. We found a table and sat down, and to our surprise, our pasta was ready in under five minutes. Watching the chef prepare each bowl right in front of us made the speedy service even more impressive. I'm a big fan of hot, fresh pasta, and this hit the mark. The flavors were incredible. You could really taste the difference that fresh, handmade pasta makes. We were all genuinely impressed and even started talking about coming back to try more dishes. I'm especially curious about their deconstructed lasagna, it sounds like a fun twist. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
I've stopped by here a few times for takeout and I have dined in. It's so easy to order online and your food is ready in 10 to 15 minutes. They share a private parking lot. Most of the dining is indoors, but they do have a few tables outside. It's a casual pasta restaurant where you order at the counter and then bring it to your table. Even when they're really busy, it doesn't seem crowded. The service is fantastic and they really want you to have a good experience. This visit started with a side salad with their delicious house dressing. The dressing is the star of the show. Then, I ordered a bowl of fresh pasta with white sauce and I added red pepper strips, broccoli and pearl mozzarella. I ordered it to go, and It was very good. Such a great spot for a fast casual dinner .
Amazing pasta and salads!! Portions are quite large and filling especially for the price. Food came out super quick and I love how you can see them making the pasta. Great local spot!
Plenty of parking in strip lot. Walk in. Order at counter and pay. Grab a seat with a number provided upon ordering. Fountain soda available. Food is brought to your table. Comes out quickly. First the salad. Then the pasta very soon thereafter. I thoroughly enjoyed the salad. Fresh lettuce. Not overdressed , right amount. The croutons were delish. The pasta dish was very good. Tasty. Good balance of sauce and overall flavor. I like how there are takeout boxes by the soda. No need ask and wait. If you are looking for a quick service high quality pasta, this is it. When finished you bring your plates to the trash and dishes station. Recommend!

I love this fast casual pasta restaurant from the Fratelli family. They make fresh pasta on the spot in the center of the store and the restaurant kitchen is also open concept. I've eaten here a half dozen times and they're always consistent. The only issue I have ever had is with a to go order...there was hair in my salad. I can't say I was surprised as the guy that was working on the to go orders had very long hair hanging down in his eyes and over his ears. He did have a hat on, but his hair was coming out on all sides. LOL! Yikes! I called though and they made it right and gave me a free salad on my next visit since I didn't wanna drive back up the same day. I love that they offer San Pellegrino, both plain and flavored options. All you need to do is order at the front choosing your pasta shape, pasta sauce, protein, and any toppings, then grab your table number and go over by the soda machine to get your utensils, cheese, and pepper flakes if you want them and your order is brought to your table very quickly. There are a few appetizers and I highly recommend the meatballs. There is also a small stand where you can buy a bag of fresh pasta to take home, along with some merch if you are so inclined. Stickers are free at the register. My favorite pasta shape is rigatoni, and I love their rigatoni carbonara. I always get the toasted breadcrumbs because it reminds me of my Sicilian grandmother that used to put toasted breadcrumbs on her pasta. I got the shrimp this time and was a little disappointed that they were baby shrimp and didn't have a lot of flavor. Next time I will get Salsiccia. It's fantastic. read more

YUM! I really enjoyed trying Sauci. I got rigatoni with rose sauce, mozzarella, & broccoli & it was fantastic. You get a generous portion of everything, including sauce, which I find rare with pastas a lot of the time. The rustic salad was great! The breadsticks have a good crunch & are very soft inside with great salty flavor, exactly why you want along with your pasta. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly. Service was very quick too, we sat down & they were delivering it immediately. Definitely a great quick dinner option. read more

This place was super clean with fast friendly service. The line moved quickly and the food came out just as fast. I got the deconstructed lasagna which contained mafalda pasta, mushrooms, mozzarella, Provel, whipped salted ricotta and meat sauce. It was delicious! Enough food to bring home left overs. I also got a side of the oven roasted hand rolled meatballs and breadsticks! The red sauce with the meatballs was a little too much on the sweet side for me. But other than that I enjoyed everything about this place! read more
NOTE: Attended a Yelp Elite event to highlight this business where I received a complimentary entree in exchange for a review. This bright and clean fast casual Italian spot in St. Charles (across from Lindenwood University) is a wonderful place to get handmade pasta dishes. The portion size is generous and I chose the deconstructed lasagna. Service was friendly and quick. Table sizes are mixed so you can be very comfortable there on a date, with family or eating solo. I thought the pasta was tasty, love the fresh noodles and sauce had a nice balance of flavor with a little sweetness but also a little kick from black pepper. Happy to split it so I have leftover portion for lunch tomorrow! Because of the pasta quality, I wanted to bring more home to sample, so made a To Go order for meatballs and cheesecake. The lemon cheesecake was light and delicious and a shared treat at home. Overall, great vibe, quality and value of food and hustling service. Definitely recommend! @yelpstlouis @saucipasta read more
We are so happy that we can get fresh delicious homemade pasta this close to home! We enjoy eating at the restaurant that is always bright and clean, and you can watch them make the fresh pasta! Confusing menu, but great tasting pasta! Pasta Combo menu item is confusing as it "starts at" $12.99, but that cost changes with choice of sauce, pasta and if you choose a protein. Many variables. Ended up spending $20+. My choice was the Rigatoni Carbonara with the Rustic Salad and both were amazing. Wish the combos came with one breadstick. The servers deliver the meal to your table and the service was quick! The employee took their time to explain the menu and the options since it was hard to understand but was very kind and patient with all my questions. This location has tables, high top tables and the half booth/half table options. Next visit I will be better prepared on their menu! read more
The first time I went I took it to go and was very satisfied and ordered the same thing thinking it would be just as good but this second time fell short. I ordered the shrimp bruschetta... The shrimp tasted a bit fishy once it cooled down and there was definitely something wrong with the water. I don't mind tap but here there was a heavy metallic taste that just ruined the meal. My husband almost ordered soda, but after I told him how syrup is mixed with water through those machines he said forget it and ordered one of those canned Italian sparkling drinks. That he and my mom enjoyed! Maybe it was just a bad day to order the shrimp, maybe I'll try again another time, maybe I won't come back. It was a bit chilly outside but when people would enter or exit, it felt like we were eating on the patio... take away what you will. read more

I visited this place frequently throughout my past year of college and never had a bad experience. My go-to order became the Chicken Fettuccine with Broccoli, and I occasionally bought the breadsticks. A friend who worked there recommended the breadsticks, and I can confidently say they are worth a try--always made fresh, topped with butter and Parmesan flakes; they're always delicious! The service is consistently excellent. You can order at the counter or online, and the food usually comes out quickly. The staff are friendly as well. The ambience is nice, making it suitable for lunch or dinner. I wouldn't recommend it for large parties; it's better suited for families or small groups of up to four people at a table. Unless you're willing to occupy a couple of tables, overall, it's a great place to dine. I highly recommend trying the breadsticks and Chicken Fettuccine! read more

I have been to Sauci Pasta a few times, and I've been enjoyed their menu and loved the service here. Our recent visit was great. We had a big party but we were able to put 2 tables together. Food came out pretty quickly after placing the order. It was my sister's first time here and she loved it. My favorite is the deconstructed lasagna, Caesar salad and spaghetti with meat sauce. Pastas are made in house so it tastes fresh, and has amazing texture. Love it! read more

Ad a fast cause concept, this is awesome! The freshly made pasta shines thru! The flavors are amazing and the staff work diligently to complete the orders quickly. This order I got to-go, but they offer onsite dining with actual dishes and silverware. Lol. The menu offers preset items as well as a build your own. All their pastas are large enough to share for 2 or for a single person as 2 meals. Alot of value for the price! Deconstructed Lasagna, Add extra Ricotta, the dish has meat sauce which has plenty of meat in each bite. The Ricotta creates creaminess for dish which balances the tomato sauce very well. 2nd pasta, Chicken Alfredo add Broccoli. Boy oh boy, this gives all the cheesy pasta flavor you need. It's rich for sure with chunks of chicken. The added Broccoli breaks up the richness nicely. I drive here from north county to get this and it's worth the drive! Will be a regular! read more

Quick, convenient, brightly lit restaurant with surprisingly good dishes. My gluten free penne with meat sauce had good flavor and portion sizes too large to finish. My dining companion ordered rigatoni with meat sauce and added meatballs. He said the meatballs were really good but the bread sticks a little sweet for his taste. Service was quick and pleasant. We popped through before a movie and plan to visit again. read more
Food: 4 Star Service: 5 Star Love the concept of handcrafted pastas and salad bowls being served in a fast-casual restaurant. Being a Corporate Girlie, some evenings I find it challenging to find time to whip up a fresh meal at home. In addition, I don't always want to get dolled up to dine at a restaurant. At Sauci, you can roll in casually and have a fresh side salad, pasta made to order, and freshly baked breadsticks and still have time for yourself at home (and not worry about having to do dishes). I love that their pastas are made in house as you can definitely tell a difference with the texture and taste of the noodles. Each bite of noodles are springier and taste fresh, not stale from a cardboard box or plastic packaging. Their rigatoni with meat sauce and meatballs was quite the hearty meal! Luscious noodles and a robust sauce topped with breadcrumbs for added texture paired perfectly with their rustic salad and an order of freshly baked breadsticks. Scanning the menu, I initially thought the prices of pasta were a little hefty, but after seeing the generous portion sizes I quickly retracted that thought. My bowl of pasta made for 2-3 meals and was just as delicious the following day. Thanks for the great experience! read more
We were surprised how nice the interior of the restaurant was and how delicious the food was. It seems like it might be low grade fast food, but don't be fooled! Cute interior, clean tables and layout with funky decorations, along with fast service! The smell of fresh pasta when you walk in is also a nice touch! You have to walk past the pasta being made to order, very fun to watch. Quick ordering process and food came out fast. Everything tasted fresh and was really nice. Plastic bowls, and self serve napkins/silverware /drinks/to go boxes make it easy to get yourself settled before food arrives. Value was good for the amount of food that you get and the taste. Wasn't a huge fan of the breadsticks, but everything else made up for it. Open one in Kirkwood or nearby soon! Please! read more
