While the work itself was acceptable, the behavior of one of the young men on the job site was absolutely unacceptable. I believe his name was Michael (no one properly introduced themselves, which already felt unprofessional). At one point, I personally observed him vaping on the job site. I did not feel comfortable confronting him directly, as I was alone in my home, but I was extremely disturbed. This is a workplace -- not a lounge. Additionally, the language used by him and one of the other boys was completely inappropriate. There was frequent cursing and slang that I would not expect from professionals representing a company inside a client's home. It made the entire environment feel uncomfortable and frankly disrespectful. When you hire a company, you expect a certain level of professionalism and decorum. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue because clients should not have to feel uneasy in their own homes. Very disappointed.

She has a problem with speaking over people and not listening to what they are saying. What a horrible first impression. To get a follow up appointment by the phone is not possible. No one answers the phone there, it rings 5 times, then to voicemail. That's not the best part, the voicemail box is ALWAYS full so you cant leave a message. I tried to call all day Wednesday to confirm an appt for Thursday. No luck to confirm the tech was coming on Thursday. Sent them an email bc I couldnt leave a phone message, no answer. Requested an estimate, told the tech I was happy with the price and asked him to return. The electrician was OUTSTANDING! He went above and beyond what was expected. waited for a return call after the estimate, nothing. Two days and no call from the office. I cant call to leave a message bc again the voicemail is full. I tried several times. So on Thursday morning, I gave it the old college try one more time bc I REALLY liked the electrician that came to the house. He knew his business and projected that. So on Thursday morning, I dialed the number and it rings, wow Jeanine actually answered the phone but as expected, she was grumpy. I get greeted with "who are you and why do you keep calling me?" Im like WTH lady? I got an estimate the other day and was wondering if I could make a follow up appt. She tells me the tech is in my driveway and that I said he was coming out on Thursday. No follow up call, no confirmation email, nothing. Okay, whatever. At this point, all I want is my range installed and yes he did an excellent job. Im very pleased with his performance. Im done with her. It doesnt have to be this difficult or aggravating. What a difficult experience, especially first thing in the morning. Perhaps her job should be wire stripping to release some of that anger. Who needs this type of aggravation? I just wanted installation of a simple outlet for my range. Geez! Try another company for your own sanity!!

Briar was an extremely pleasant young man and exceptionally knowledgeable. Both he and Zachary were professionals and did an outstanding job. This is not to say there were not unforeseen issues. Both electricians and Cornelius worked through this to get the correct part and get the job done in a timely manner. In the end, i was very happy with the job and highly recommend this company. Also, they honor veterans and gave a very generous military discount to which i was truly grateful. All interactions with this company were positive.
