My family and I had just purchased our dream home on the beach and hired the company to complete electrical work as part of our renovations prior to moving in. I strongly recommend getting all promises and agreements from William in writing before committing to any work. Throughout the project, communication was poor, there was a lack of accountability, and verbal commitments made to myself, my wife, and our general contractor were not upheld. When issues were raised, William deflected responsibility rather than working toward a resolution. After receiving over $11,000 for a job that was only about 75% complete (on a total contract just over $13,000), he abruptly ended communication, hung up the phone, and told me to "lose his number." Additionally, some of the work completed is now having to be redone due to quality concerns. This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a negative review, but I believe it's important to share my experience. I truly hope no one else has to go through what we did.

I got 4 quotes and decided to go with Champion, partly because it was a very reasonable quote and partly as Stephen is a one man band and no reviews so I went with the underdog. I was not disappointed. Stephens communication is excellent, confirming the appt and keeping me informed when he would be there. He arrived on time and set to work, 2 hours later I had 3 perfectly installed and operational fans in rooms that definitely needed it even with AC. They also provide much needed light, (why do American homes not come with a ceiling light !! so weird) and I couldn't be happier. I always try and support the owner operator companies in this case it was the best move, Give this guy your support and get him in, you will be glad you did.
