Briar was an extremely pleasant young man and exceptionally knowledgeable. Both he and Zachary were professionals and did an outstanding job. This is not to say there were not unforeseen issues. A wrong main breaker was dispatched with the panel assembly and a temporary fix was done to maintain power. When issues were raised, William deflected responsibility rather than working toward a resolution. After receiving over $11,000 for a job that was only about 75% complete (on a total contract just over $13,000), he abruptly ended communication, hung up the phone, and told me to "lose his number." Additionally, some of the work completed is now having to be redone due to quality concerns.
