Most everything went okay except that we had art lights installed for all our art throughout the house and all of them were wired separately from the main light in the room. But, the art lights in the game room were wired all wrong except one. Basically, the entire house was done correctly regarding the art lights, but they did not do the game room right. They tried to say our electrical plans showed differently, but we told them that was definitely an error as we would never have wire them with the main switch in the room and make them non-dimmable and we asked them to fix it. They refused and refused to at least charge a small charge to correct. They wanted thousands to fix this. We are stuck wiring it ourselves. So after such a large job was given to them, the lack of caring to fix an error and their lack of asking us why that room was different or to not notice it was wrong we found that to be unacceptable. On my next visit I had her rewire 2 lamps, they did beautiful work and the lamps which I have had for many years looked brand new. They went above and beyond polishing the metal, cleaning the ceramic and even staining the base that had a nick in it.
