For the last 6 months or so it has become impossible to reach anyone. There are 3 different numbers for the company yet none are working. About 3 weeks ago they came and removed a part and said once the company sent it to them they would come out and replace, about two weeks. I have been trying to reach them and nothing. It is scary that you buy such and expensive machinery and there is little if no support. At this point I am glad I didn't bite the bullet and pay for their Annual Maintenance Agreement.

Edit: As of January 16, US Generator returned our deposit in full. The owner made a good case that…read moreextenuating circumstances caused the long delay, and he offered to continue with the contract plus some additional discounts. Under the fact set, we decided to just call it quits with US Generator. However, the owner, Bill Broocke, came across as genuine and wanting to fix things. Since I can't say they acted in bad faith, proceed if you will with US Generator, although I'd suggest a specific time-performance requirement in any contract, to encourage prompt installation. It may come down to your opinion of the owner. The three star rating indicates we are ultimately satisfied with the resolution of the issues, although obviously we still don't have a generator and are now shopping for another firm.
