Can't give any less stars but it's bittersweet. I have two vehicles with them. I recently had a major fall which resulted in a severe back injury. I was unable to cash my check on Friday because of this fall (when my payment was due). On Tuesday I was in the ER again with the inability to get up or down without screaming. My legs were going numb. They messaged me at 545pm and said you're behind, your car is up for repo if you don't pay by 7pm or return the vehicle. I sent a picture to them with my IVs and name band and they repoed my vehicle from the ER parking lot instead of waiting till the next morning for the payment. The inability to work for less than 12 hours with someone in a health emergency and lack of respect has me wanting to pay it off and moved forward. They will pull you in but if you're ever even late for any reason... Watch out. They don't care about you as a consumer. Their dollar is their bottom line. And the things they claimed to have fixed to pass inspection is FALSE. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would! My brother purchased a car from here a few months ago and had we taken better precaution when buying his first car, we would have NEVER step foot in this establishment. They take pride in scamming those who know very little about car, inspections and the entire buying process. As they are in cahoots with Meineke next store, They will sell you a car that is in very poor condition and have Meineke make sure these vehicles pass through inspection (although it shouldn't) in order to make a sale. If you are not familiar with cars and you go to this place, PLEASE take a mechanic with you to look at it. My brother started having some issues with his car so we took it in to our mechanic and He said that his car is a death threat and should not be driven at all, even in a parking lot. He took one look at the inside of the car and said that he does not know how this car passed inspection. When he found out where my brother purchased his car, he was very upset because he knows of this place and how they scam people. If you purchased a car from them and have experienced issues with your vehicle, please contact the State department. They will do a thorough inspection of the car and if it does not pass, they will have to remove your stickers then they will write this place up and issue them citations. Unfortunately, we have to take this as a loss but If enough people who are having issues with their vehicle after purchasing it from them, please report it. This place needs to be shut down and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people and putting their lives in danger all for a sale. I put my down payment down which was 900 cash, I purchased a vehicle from them on May 11, 2018 I did not get to drive the vehicle until June 6, 2018 I was given a loaner vehicle and was told that all the things I had questionable about the vehicle was going to be looked at and fixed about two week, (wheel alignment, detail interior, oil change and inspection done). When I was called a week later to pick up the vehicle I drove off the lot and nothing was done and engine light came right on. I then took the car to auto zone just to see what the codes read and the said that the reader would not even power on, meaning someone unhooked the diagnostic tester part to the vehicle (whatever it's called) I took the car back, nd since they was about to close they to me to either take the loaner back or keep the car with the engine light on. I took the beat up loaner back. One week later they called me to pick up the new car again, I had the new car three days till they shut the starter off on the new car. I continued my day off to work I call them on my lunch break to tell them the issue. The woman at the desk, told me my payment was past due ( which I only drove the car for three days) and I need to make a two week payment or the vehicle will be repossessed. I thought wow!!!!! I came home from work to find an embarrassing note taped to my front door and inside the car stating that the vehicle is process of being repossessed. I was completely embarrassed!!!! I immediately called McNamara's auto sale and told them that I will leave the keys in their vehicle and they can come and get their vehicle I will not do business with them ever again in my life no matter how cheap the cars or if I have bad credit anything I'm OK I learn from my mistake that's a bad place to invest your money. read more

Dealership ripped me off. After paying for 2 different cars over an 8 year span. I was hit was a 1600 dollar service bill that i never had done. Took over a year to get straight. Company is full of dishonest managers that have no clue what they are doing. I would avoid this dealership like the plague. They are straight con artists. read more

I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I bought a car there two years ago and it was nothing but a headache the entire time I owned it. First off, it should have never passed inspection with the illegal window tint (which they refused to remove before I purchased it) then the turbo went bad. Several other issues popped up here and there but on of the major ones was a code that popped up with the fuel system. I took it to Advance Auto to find out what it was, then I took it to shitnamara to have it worked on. They sent it to mineke and after driving around a couple days the same code popped up again, meaning they just cleaned the code out and didn't fix the issue. Then just recently the clutch started to go bad. The asshole refused to service it. read more

They allow you to take the vehicle to your own mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection and follow up with any issues related to said vehicle. They are patient with the customer about any questions or concerns about the vehicle. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly with all customers, even after the sale.
