First visit: Paid over $1,100. Picked up the car and discovered the high beams STILL didn't work and the key fob was STILL broken despite being charged for the repair. Had to buy a new key fob myself for another $285 + tax. Returned the car on December 21 after assurances the issues would finally be fixed. On December 26, they presented me with an additional bill for over $980. When I asked about credits for the prior incomplete work, I was told only the diagnostic fee was waived--even though the invoice clearly showed $600+ in labor and I had already paid diagnostics the first time. Service advisors Scott and Kelly gave repeated conflicting and inaccurate information (claiming labor wasn't charged when it clearly was, assuring me parts would be verified when they weren't, promising a courtesy wash that never happened). Even basic assurances were not honored. When I pointed out inconsistencies, the information changed on the spot. After multiple outright misrepresentations, I lost all confidence in the repairs and the staff's honesty, so I declined the new charges and I have since escalated to BMW corporate, the PA Attorney General, and the BBB due to what feels like deceptive practices and an attempt to charge twice for the same unfixed problems. This dealership's service team damaged my trust in the BMW brand. Do yourself a favor--take your BMW anywhere else for service. There are too many horror stories like mine for this to be an isolated incident. Save your money and your sanity.

Using the BMW certified program to gain my trust tricking me into buying a vehicle I would never consider otherwise. Now the parts needed are not available. I decided to buy a car, so on October 11, 2025, I visited Ciocca Nissan in York, PA, between 10:00…read moreAM and 11:00 AM. A salesperson named Jack Bauer greeted me warmly. I had a budget of around $8,000 for a car, so I was looking for something reasonably priced. Jack presented me with a 2023 Mitsubishi Mirage ES with 42,000 miles for $15,209.81 after taxes and fees. I agreed to the offer, but I was new to Pennsylvania and had not yet built a credit score, so I couldn't make a down payment. Jack tried to work with me, but he went to his manager several times. The manager suggested a $4,000 down payment, which I declined. Jack and another salesperson named Bruce then came up with a new offer: 54 months at $259 per month with 9.88% interest, but they wanted a $1,000 down payment. I decided to think about it and left around 2:30 PM. Later, I called Ciocca Nissan and asked if I was eligible for a $500 down payment. The general manager informed me that I would deduct another $500 from the total price. He asked how long I would be staying, and I said 10 minutes. I was excited about the possibility of getting my car. I arrived at Ciocca Nissan at 4:00 PM. Jack instructed me to get insurance immediately using the provided number. I called and made the first payment of $328 and also got the insurance. Since my work hours started at 6 PM, I hoped to sign the paperwork and get to work. I informed Jack that I had limited time because I had to be at work at 6 PM. He assured me that he would give me a ride to work even if my car and paperwork weren't ready by then. Jack then went back to the management office. At the last minute, he returned with a new offer. I thought the deal was done, so I got the insurance as well. What was this? He explained that this was the payment amount. I was shocked and incredulous. Bruce, another salesperson, arrived and confirmed the situation. I demanded my paperwork and asked to leave. They refused. I took a few pieces of paper with my signature on them and tore them up. By this time, it was already 6 PM. I asked Jack to drop me off at work, but he refused. I expressed my trust in him and accused him of making my job even harder. If I was late or had any issues at work, I would blame them. Then, someone else from management came and dropped me off at work! I worked all night without rest! Why? Because I went to Ciocca Nissan in York to buy a car! The result was disappointing! I'm still having issues with the insurance company! So, the process isn't over yet! They haven't refunded me the $328 I paid. I earned that money working the night shift! Why am I having this problem? Because I went to Ciocca Nissan in York to buy a car! The result is disappointing! They have no idea what your situation is! They greet you very politely! They'll walk around with paperwork, meet with management multiple times, and say they're doing everything they can to help you! That's it! But then they finally reveal their true colors and intentions! Why at the last minute? Even after you've got the insurance? Because they think they're so smart! No one gives up after that! It was a waste of time! And a terrible experience with them! They acted like they were very professional, but they weren't! Their only goal was to scam you! And make a little more money! That's it! My friendly advice: Run away from Ciocca Nissan in York immediately! Thanks for reading.
