These guys are great! We had four recessed lights and 2 chandeliers installed. There had been a…read moreproblem with the wiring of the recessed lights, and that had to be addressed before the actual installation of the new ones. In addition, the old-style lights and their housing had to be adjusted for the new ones to fit. Amazingly, Alejandro did the job (4 recessed lights, wiring repair, carpentry to change the housing, and two chandeliers) in approximately half a day. Everything worked perfectly, the floors and house were spotless when he left, and all questions were answered. Very efficient and professional. We couldn't be more pleased. Two days later, Miguel came by to do the final patching up and painting. Again, the work was done professionally and with total competence. Perfect clean-up afterward. Kudos also go to Alvaro, the supervisor of the job. This is not the first time we've used ADI Electric, and we have been perfectly satisfied each time.

Long story short, they picked up the generator from my house, repaired it perfectly, cleaned and tuned it up, and then delivered it back. They also took the time to teach me how to properly maintain it so it doesn't happen again. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! They're not the cheapest, but in my opinion, they're worth every penny. We live in Malibu and purchased a 60-kw, whole-house Generac generator. The unit was purchased by…read moreour electrician directly from Generac, and was professionally installed. We bought an extended warranty and Generac assigned our warranty to Elite Generators. We've been working with Elite for months now on two warranty issues. Their customer service is just awful. We have found it very difficult to communicate and schedule work. The team that answers the phone will often say "we're super swamped over here, but let me check and I'll call you right back, OK?" And then they don't call back for days. We then have to follow up, and then it's the same thing all over again. Most recently, we paid a large service fee for Elite to come make a warranty repair (a sensor issue that caused the generator to not start up when the power goes out). I took week of following up and a hassle of phone calls to get the part ordered, and then again to get the work scheduled. And the repair didn't work, so I called them a week ago to let them know that the replaced sensor did not solve the issue. Again, they said "we are super busy with other jobs, we wish that you would would hire us for (expensive) regular service, but we'll see about scheduling this repair and will get back to you." It has been been a week and I hadn't hearf from them, so I called again today. What do you think they said? "we're super busy, will call you back." Sure. We have elderly people in our home, young kids, and rely on that generator for life safety issues. I recommend finding someone else for you generac generator warranty issues.
